The closest thing I could find was Unassigned Death Chapter by Eyeconoclast. But it doesn't have a song called misanthrope.
The band it's from has a myspace page here with some more tracks, but it actually seems to be from a few years ago and I don't see anything else of them around.
I looked through a list on Rate Your Music as you can search by country and genre and it shows all album covers so good to scroll through. Only thing that popped up was Darkseed, Diving into Darkness, but here's the link with the search parameters on so you can look yourself.
I run a subsonic server on a computer that I have at home, which has my music library. From there, I use the dsub android app to access my playlists and library on my phone. The app lets me pre-cache as much as I want, so I don't need to use data to play my library regardless of where I go. Or if I really want to listen to something specific that isn't in my cached playlist, I can download it on the fly.
**Update**
It's finally on Amazon, a book showcasing most of the album covers I made for bands and record labels!

I have absolutely no idea what happened to this band, such a solid debut album (in a similar vein of sonic syndicate and soilwork) and after that they just disappeared into the ether. No announcement, no facebook page, nothing.
To listen to their debut album, here's their myspace.
I'll reply to you aswell. Since you mentioned the Production quality, I uploaded a version I tweaked, so perhaps you might enjoy it, perhaps not. Just a heads-up. :)

There is a melodic death metal list on rateyourmusic. You can sort it by year, country, and release type.
Smaller than yours and have a lot in common but >90% is melodic death.
I'm not an audiophile so $300 was an insane amount of money for me to spend on headphones, but these headphones are probably the greatest purchase I've ever made haha
