There's a whole cum cookbook out there somewhere. I don't feel like looking for it but I've gotten it as a gift for a white elephant exchange with friends once.
Edit: got unlazy. It's called Natural Harvest.
Amazon link in case anyone wants to buy it for a friend: https://www.amazon.com/Natural-Harvest-collection-semen-based-recipes/dp/1481227041
You aren't looking hard enough then. Read a few books about the Holocaust, everything you can imagine happened in concentration and extermination camps.
I can't recommend this one enough: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Volunteer-Story-Resistance-Infiltrated-Auschwitz/dp/0753545187/ref=sr_1_6?crid=1P8YW6SUGLIVA&dchild=1&keywords=escape+from+auschwitz&qid=1604689189&s=books&sprefix=escape+ausc%2Cundefined%2C169&sr=1-6
If more people read books like the one I just linked then more people would more easily understand how abhorrent the Holocaust was.
This book stood out to me for a few reasons. It's an insane story, it's very easy to read and it contains detailed sources including photos of most of the people mentioned (including Nazi guards etc.).
Not necessarily. Depending on circumstances, it takes a long time with increasingly severe pain/symptoms until eventually the person becomes delirious. One could argue that they probably don't care at that point, but they will have been in pain for a long time before they pass out. K2 is a good book that talks about such an experience.
According to this link, 53 average sized balloons would lift an empty Glock 19, and 31 could lift an empty Ruger lcr. This is a far lower quantity of balloons than I had expected.
This book really helped with my kids understanding when my parents dog died last year and again this year when ours died. The main story is about a dog but it also mentioned cats and you could just asked the story so that the main character is a cat if it would help

I think in general it’s just the natural human urge to do slightly self-destructive things.
However, when it gets to the extreme, it’s called Excoriation (skin-picking) disorder and is often associated with anxiety or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
WebMD notes that ‘Skin picking disorder is considered a type of repetitive “self-grooming” behaviour called “Body Focused Repetitive Behaviour” (BRFB). Other types of BFRB’s include pulling or picking of the hair or nails that damages the body.’

There was a 20 minute crush porn video on enoughinternet before it was banned. Fucking sickening.
In terms of humans though, (the vid of a cop and his son being killed by cartels in guerrero)[https://www.bitchute.com/video/pwJeaw70Zn9K/] is fairly rough.
Or the video of that Russian dude digging through his own eye to try and find a camera that he thinks has been planted there. Not nearly as graphic as other vids but something about nearly pulling out your own eye is so bad...
Hej OP, there is a smiliar Q&A about how to explain a family members suidice to a kid on wikihow (that people found helpful):
> Q: "My 14-year-old daughter killed herself. How do I explain this to my 4-year-old daughter?" A: "Explain to your young daughter that her sister had a very bad sickness (much worse than a normal cold or flu). The sickness, called depression, made it difficult for her to live, and it killed her. Emphasize that this is different from normal sickness, so your daughter does not become afraid of getting sick. Young children may not be able to understand suicide; she can learn the details once she is older. Be honest about how sad you are, and validate her feelings. At age 4, she may not understand much, so don't be surprised if she seems numb or uncertain." <
I cant answer your questions but I have a book suggestion! Its called "And Then You're Dead: What Really Happens If You Get Swallowed by a Whale, Are Shot from a Cannon, or Go Barreling over Niagara" by Cody Cassidy and Paul Doherty. Super interesting and goes into detail about exactly what would happen to you/your body in different scenarios.
Book 8 of Nicomachean Ethics. http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/hopper/text?doc=Perseus%3Atext%3A1999.01.0054%3Abekker%20page%3D1155a It was in a lot of ways in response (though not directly) to Plato, who seemed to find himself stuck in a logical conclusion that there was no moral (i.e. justifiable) reason for friendship, which I find really interesting, because in general I feel like people see friendship as just a nice thing that there's no reason to question. Some other related things I'd suggest (if you can find them, probably most are online somewhere) are Cicero's De amicitia, Seneca's On Grief for Lost Friends, Kierkegaard's You shall love your neighbor, Montaigne's Of friendship, and Aelred of Rievaulx's Spiritual Friendship.

Not sure how much force you'd need to exert on a person to get 1700 pounds per square inch though.
The lethal dose of drugs is administered by a medic and they stay ther to make sure it works (I don't think there's a lot of failed attempts...) and for the threats, the process is long and arduous enough that the family can't really sue... (it's usually recorded and you can see the perso who commits suicide does it willingly, I can't really see on what the family could sue...) here's a video in french explaining it... If you're that concerned make an alt-account and use tools like Tails OS (use via VirtualBox) and Tor. You can use 10 minute email to avoid having to put in one of your email addresses.
Other than that I have yet to see anything go "too far" in this sub.
According to WebMD sneezes travel at about 100mph, and according to MythBusters sneezes are ~40mph. Not sure who to trust here but it doesn't look like it's 200mph.
As far as killing someone with your sneeze, snot doesn't weigh very much so it would have to be going extremely fast to do any damage. It would certainly kill the person sneezing well before it could get to the point where it could kill someone else.
The biggest issue you're likely to encounter that could cause death would be using needles that haven't been sterilized, thus potentially causing infection.
This article from a few years ago discussed the ~80 deaths in the last 45 years as a direct result from acupuncture treatments: https://www.theguardian.com/science/2010/oct/18/dozens-killed-acupuncture-needles

It’s pricy, but I’d highly recommend Spitz and Fisher's Medicolegal Investigation of Death.
There are various ways to tell, must most require thinking about how a live body acts compared to a dead body. I assisted with autopsies but was not a pathologist, so I can’t answer all the ways it’s found in an autopsy specifically, which is when much is discovered. At the scene it may be tough depending on many factors such as weather, temperature, etc.
On amazon this is the first result for coffee.
That container has 864 grams of coffee ground.
Google says that 100 grams of coffee beans has 838 mg of caffeine.
838 mg * 8.64 = 7240 mg of caffeine. in that 30.5 oz coffee container.
Average weight globally is 62 kg.
The lethal dose of caffeine is 192 mg per kg.
62 kg* 192 mg = 11904 mg of caffeine required to kill the average human 50% of the time.
You won't die from eating that much coffee ^^most ^^likely but you would experience an irregular heartbeat, nausea, vomiting, and hallucinations.
Op- cutting your tongue out won't make your family or the world "excuse you" from communication. If your fear is that your family will hurt you if you simply go silent, then text or email authorities like the police or mental health professionals. If you're afraid of your family overreacting to the fact that you dislike speech, something which I imagine they already know about, how on earth would they react to you CHOPPING your tongue off?
This isn't American horror story, or a cool webcomic. If you carry cards saying you won't/can't talk because reasons, most people will adapt. Especially if you explain you have Autism. If you chop off your tongue, people will bug you to talk until you show them the scarred lump. I know you think this gives you control, but it won't-
You'll be made a spectacle. They may pity you, fearyou, be cruel, ignore you, be kind, or freak out. Those are the possibilities then as they are now. It doesn't give you control.
What can help, though, is to show people through cards or your phone that you're non verbal. If you want to talk to anybody, you can think for a long time on the words. Study stoicism, Meditations by Marcus Aurelius is marvelous and has a great wealth of info on presentation of oneself to the world(not to be taken literally though- it's to be seen as parables, not law)
Cutting your tongue off will make you even more misunderstood. You deserve more than to make yourself a freak show.
Like you recommended, I googled. It took me through four pages of unreliable “mommy blogs” to find anything that has substance to your claims. What do you know, webmd states there is insufficient evidence to support the theory that eating Parsley induces menstration. source What most likely occurred is your period was a few days late and you attributed the Parsley instead of natural fluctuation in your cycle.
Might I suggest you get a camera to know for sure? They're pretty cheap nowadays and you can even use an old android phone as one with apps like ipwebcam.
Trust me. A free VPN is not what you want to use for any "questionable" online activities. Just pay for one. They're really not that expensive and it's definitely worth it. Especially if you do things like illegally download music from torrents.... Not... Not that any of us (including myself) do that . I use a service called Private Internet Access (pia). Works great.
Your body has to spend calories replacing the skin, so the net effect is negative, which wastes energy on making the proteins, heating, etc.
Chicken skin provides 3.5 kcal per gram. The human body has a density of about 1 gram per cubic centimeter. Suppose you bite off 10 strips which are 0.5 mm thick, 2 mm wide, and 15 mm long, the total volume is 0.15 cubic centimeters, so their caloric content would be about 0.5 kcal.
I assume the registered caloric content of food accounts for the energy cost of digesting it - the chewing, the lifting the food to your mouth, the producing stomach acid and bile, the peristalsis of your bowels, etc. Chewing gum costs 2 kcal per hour more than doing nothing, so if you loss from that should be less than 0.12 kcal.
Well, the minimum amount you need to make to be taxed is...complicated to say the least. As an individual though? That number is a little over 10k.
As for a family of 4, 18200 isn't a lot of money...in fact, that family is in poverty.
As for the variances in cost of living from place to place, this also effects the quality of life, can be riskier, and results in a population which is displaced by the cash in their pockets alone. A person with millions can take up the space hundreds of borderline porverty people.
Probably worse now. Look at how big the front end on pickups have gotten. These will probably cause impact with the victim's head. Also, these large pickups are more common now because of crew cabs, meaning they are more useful for everyday use.
The pendulum might start to swing the other way though, as features like automatic emergency braking (AEB) begin to proliferate. This would lower the impact speed, or possibly even prevent the impact altogether. I've heard that AEB is expected to be standard on new vehicles starting 2022 (citation: http://www.consumerreports.org/car-safety/all-new-cars-to-have-standard-automatic-emergency-braking/ )
Well, a preventive mastectomy is pretty good at preventing cancer, but the problem is that you can't always remove all the breast tissue, so you still end up with a chance to get cancer:
>In a mastectomy, it is necessary to remove tissue from just beneath the skin down to the chest wall and around the borders of the chest. However, even with very thorough and delicate surgical techniques, it is impossible to remove every milk duct and lobule, given the extent of the breast tissue and the location of these glands beneath the skin.
I'd recommend you to read the entire article. It's very interesting.
A lot of it would depend on how I killed them. If at all possible I'd leave the body in a situation that nobody would think anything much of. Dress my victim like a homeless person, give them a drug overdose and leave them under a bridge. Put them in clothes typical of a Coyote runner and leave them near the Mexican border with a unregistered bullet in their head. I'd leave the bodies in high crime areas with high unsolved murder rates and never in the same place twice. If I couldn't do that I'd have to burn it to ash, separate it into parts then put them in a smelt or box the parts of the body into concrete bricks and throw the remains into the ocean or lake.
Since the topic has been covered frequently here, and it's one to easily Google up a short version:I'll link to one of those short versions that's decent instead of pointing at you and screaming NOOOOOOOB!
>Alrighty. What are your feelings toward acting pedophiles (the ones who act on their desires)?
What they're doing is morally highly reprehensible! I do not defend those who have done it - because what they have done is socially, legally and morally incorrect. They call themselves people who love children - but at the same time can do something terrible to them without feeling bad. This would be called a mental disorder. You lie to yourself. What they do is selfish. However, these people also need help - to find their way back into a "normal" life.

> But like, is there anything beyond that? Is there true happiness? Is there a reason to live?
You might want to read The Dalai Lama's Little Book of Inner Peace: The Essential Life and Teachings if you're questioning life and happiness. It's the shortest and most approachable book I can recommend.
I can't pretend I've found blissful happiness, but I've found contentment. Desmond Tutu is another author to consider, but he's more religious outwardly. Most enlightened individuals will indicate your struggles are a lack of inward contentment. You may need to work through hidden or exposed emotions to come to peace with yourself. Then you can seek how to grow yourself. In this process you'll find yourself happier. Seeking happiness from the outside world is folly, however appealing it may seem.
In a similar vein, if you want a really good book on the topic, Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers by Mary Roach. Incredibly fascinating, thoughtful, and well-researched.
This is the one my friend and I have.
It's remarkably bright, appropriately dense (more power for swinging), crazy durable, and difficult to drop accidentally. I've yet to find a better one.
The batteries are fairly unique and relatively expensive, but they should last a long time if you don't live in a cave.
This would mostly be a political question since it is very much based on preference or ideology.
From a purely utilitarian point of view, killing one person to save four has a better outcome than letting one person live and four people dying; so killing the one guy is preferable.
However, by doing so, you have violated this one person's right to live. If you value individual rights more than the well-being of the group, then this suddenly becomes indefensible. However, if you think the well-being of the group is more important than the rights of individual people, then it becomes negotiable.
This is why I say that it's a political question. There is no right answer here, it depends on what you think is more important. Of course, I simplified a lot and in my example I showcased the extremes to make a point. Most people who are more moderate recognise both pros and cons and have issues deciding either way.
Quoting from <em>Human Physiology: An Integrated Approach (6th Ed.)</em>, p. 873:
>"Menstrual discharge from the uterus totals about 40 mL of blood and 35 mL of serous fluid and cellular debris."
This would mean replacing 40 mL blood in 3-7 days, which would be an easy task as the body produces ~500 mL blood each week. Thus a menstrual cycle would mean a loss of ~60 cal.
I know a guy who is actually allergic to alcohol. Can’t have any of it or he has the full anaphylactic shock. It’s EXTREMELY rare. But it does happen. Most people with alcohol intolerance may get stuffy nose, redness in the face, hives, and vomiting and diarrhea but there are people out there who have life threatening allergies to it. mayo clinic - alcohol intolerance
Blood flows from regions of high pressure to low pressure and will take the path of least resistance and capilaries are aplenty, they supply organs and connect arterial and venous sides. Blood does have plenty of 'roads' to take, and when a limb is removed, a path is also removed and it will just take another. Like putting dam in a river. The deadend is like the dam, it gives backpressure. The stump is still supplied by the remaining capillaries.
Look at this diagram and see the capilaries that are not labeled, but you can see them between the arteries and veins. There are many paths for the blood to take. Imagine that in an amputation, you block some of these paths. The blood will just take the remaining options.
Is this what you were asking?
Not the video itself, but wrestler Chris Jericho has his own podcast and a while back he had one of the survivors on it. Hearing him describe the events of the day, the emotions then the fire itself is pretty intense.
This is in the film [Contact] (https://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contact_(1997_US_film) too (follow the link on the page, can't get the standard link formatting to work as the URL ends in a bracket, thanks Wikipedia...) NASA said it wasn't true, but Carl Sagan, who wrote the book the film is based on, always insisted it happened for manned missions.
Neil Gaiman takes the original idea and builds a tie-in story around it. It's called "Goliath" and is included in volume one of the Matrix comic books (which are a thing, in case anyone didn't know).

He seems to have written a number of book on the subject and I can't find a specific autobiography. Alternatively, if you could summarize the study for me, that would be just as good as me seeking out the book, as I just need this specific information.
not sure, but check out a book by Caitlin Doughty. She's a mortician and total badass. I think she not only wrote about this, but a ton of other cool mortician facts.
If you're interested, I read a book not so long ago that documented the author's struggles of living with a parent who was a hoarder. I picked it up for like 2 bucks at a random college's bookstore, but it's around 10 on amazon right now. It's called " Coming Clean " by Kimberly Rae Miller.
If this is something you're really interested in learning about beyond these reddit comments, there's a book you should read called Rape: The Misunderstood Crime. It's been widely taught in criminal justice classes across the country, and it does a really good job of breaking down the different kinds of rape and the psychological implications of each. It also discusses the way rape is treated under the law, as well as how rape victims and rapists alike are treated by society. I'm not a fan of the last chapter, which is about preventing rape, because I feel like it places too much of that burden on the victims, but aside from that one chapter, I think it's a super informative book. Used copies run pretty cheap, I picked mine up from Half Priced Books for like $5.

Let's say you hire only 100% real hitmen, no undercover cops or scammers. Say you hire the hitmen like this:
-Have homeless man buy prepaid Visa with cash in gas station in other state
-Buy a used laptop, with cash
-Wait 5 months
-Wipe laptop
-Install Tails or some kind of Linux build
-Get a cantenna to get free WiFi from tons of places.
-Buy Bitcoin with Visa
-Use 2 VPN services (PIA and NordVPN) on top of each other
-Hire hitman on Tor
How hard would it be for them to track you if you pissed them off really badly?
This series is for you! Free to read on the Kindle app.
Yes there’s a good book about it by an awesome YouTube mortician!
I highly recommend this book, it’s helped me figure out some stuff and helped me finally go to therapy
I don't believe so. Here's a good read about it.
"The rhythmic body movements increase the heart rate slightly without exerting the body, and this increased blood flow could deliver more oxygen to the brain and hence help the students to concentrate better..." "Also, physical activity has been proved to increase the brain activity in Hippocampus, which in this case might help with memory. "
General Grivas was pretty damn bad.... he was an outcast and exiled from his own lands due to how bad he was. he spent some time in Russia.... then he managed to rope his own people to join a terrorist organisation backed by governments (unofficially) and military, to start a genocide of the Turkish minority people in cyprus, in hopes to try and unify cyprus with Greece regardless of what any one actually wanted. this included rape, torture or just straight up dig ur own mass graves elimination of any Turk of any age (and some greeks that apposed too or didn't want to join the Nazi like elimination/torture squads). even babies or pregnant women. great book on it called the genocide files. he really did command unspeakable things and i wished i believed ina heaven hell so i could at least rely on him being there rotting away in hell.
Grams/mg would probably be the best way to measure it. Milliliters are a unit of volume, and not all salt is the same size. A cup of table salt weighs significantly more than a cup of kosher salt. It also depends on your weight. 500mg-1g of salt per kg of body weight is fatal, but you'd have unpleasant side effects at least than that.
So, say you're 75kg (~165 lbs), you'd need 37.5-75 grams of salt, or 1.3-2.6 oz, for it to be a fatal dose. According to this product a salt shaker is about 2.8oz, but that is by volume. Water's density in oz is equal to it's volume in oz, and salt is almost exactly twice as dense as water, so assuming there isn't much empty space (very fine granules of salt) the salt in that shaker weighs ~5.6 oz. Youd need to eat roughly 1/4-1/2 of the salt in the shaker to have a severe adverse effect and possibly death. It would also be a horrible way to go.
I don't know, this seems pretty cheap
You can also get this and b12 vitamins (which are dirt cheap) at places other than a health store.
There are medical fetishes that can pop up from that kinda curiosity.
If you want to get the full experience, order a speculum from Amazon and have a bunch of water based lube on hand. From there, get a strong flashlight. Have her lay down on her back with her feet slightly up above.
If you do it right, you'll be able to see it all. If you do it wrong, you'll see what she ate for breakfast.
The first part isn't "unrelated" - it's related in precisely the way I specified, being attracted to the action as fantasy. Books like this one cover the topic, as well as relate it to real life desires.
The second part involves judgment (aka belief) about psychological conditions, but it's just that, not "emotions" lol. It also qualifies the judgment as "likely," making your claims of exceptions basically irrelevant.
Anyway, way back in your initial response you exhibited an embarrassing confusion about whether "garbage" and "object" were inconsistent concepts in this context, and there's not really any recovery from that. That confusion has led you down this entire path, with no sign of exiting. ☹️
Yes you do. It might be a match but it's still not your organ. I have lupus nephritis. I'll eventually need a transplant. Maybe 5-10 years. I'm already taking cell cept to prevent my body from attacking my own kidney. And it's expensive. I would be hesitant to take unregulated drugs that keep me from rejecting an organ. I doubt there's anyway to study the long-term results of black market organ donation and mortality. https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/organ-transplant-after-the-transplant

I actually watched a really great documentary about this a few months ago called The Violence Paradox.
It talks about the role violence has played throughout history and how, contrary to what we might think from watching the news, rates of violence are in decline. Worth a watch!
The community that used to be on r/watchpeopledie migrated to said.it. I’ve found their comments to be fairly respectful, both of marginalized groups and the dead themselves.
Step one: acquire the right uranium/plutonium, (253 or 24?) - This is the hard part (try this)
Step two: make a shell and the (little) logic systems/computer to the time it right
Step three: prepare the explosive that will launch the uranium/plutonium at each other, (gunpowder works)
step four: get plane and bomb to location
Step five: drip bomb with correct timings on the fuse, and FLY LIKE HELL

Kelly Anne Bates survived having her eyes gouged out before she was finally killed 3 weeks later. Andrea Joy Hall had an ice pick thrust into her ear, which was then stamped on until the handle. She was still alive and conscious after that but she was strangled shortly after so it's not clear if she would have survived had she got appropriate medical treatment.

Unless you can normally vertical-jump to the same height you fell from, it won't make a huge difference. If you align it perfectly, time it perfectly, and the height isn't extreme, you might increase your chance of survival by 10-or-20%. You'll still hit the ground hard, just not quite as hard.
If we assume you fall from 50' (where survival rates are %50-ish) and have an excellent 24" vertical jump, your jump subtracts 11.3 ft/s from your initial 56.7 ft/s, leaving 45.4 ft/s, the equivalent of a 32' fall.
If you fall from 100' instead, your jump subtracts 11.3 ft/s from your initial 80.2 ft/s, leaving 68.9 ft/s, the equivalent of a 73' fall.

Babies can take a bit of force but depending on what material they hit and where on the body they hit there is a chance you could kill them, full sized people have died from falling. If you are stressed 24/7 around babies and infants get some of those foam/rubber play mat, they are cheap and will reduce the impact if the baby falls.

I got the story from thisbook, I wonder if they consulted with each other on it if they independently named that as the worst death they knew. Dr. Melinek’s “Working Stiff”
>I meant in the terms of having structures and stuff like that. There aren't houses that are that old or anything like that.
Lol, no - what you're recounting is the product of colonialist 'white washing' of an ancient heritage. It's easier to feel less guilty about a history of genocide if you (clear and then) portray the land as devoid of any lasting physical markers of civilization.
Please please do some research - it's really not that hard to find.

I don't know where you're located, but a quick search on Google provides credible (and free!) evidence in Oklahoma, Virginia, Michigan, California ... The list goes on ...
Lastly, just because structures were wooden or made of more perishable materials than stone, doesn't mean there's no history or cultural heritage of prior life under your feet. Just as you shed skin and hair living your life, those living on the land before you left their DNA on that same patch. You are connected to them.
Never. Nudity is not pornography.
For example, here's a book you can buy on Amazon, with pictures of naked girls and women age 0 to 100. The girl blowing bubblegum on the cover was, IIRC 14. It caused a bit of controversy when it came out of course, but it's perfectly legal.
Okay, here's my plan. Why did I think this? I like thinking up scenarios.
2a. Call a friend have some small talk and tell them I'm gonna be home. Buy a game on steam, leave my PC on to run the hours. If I get asked to play with someone, just say I'm feeling down and it's a personal thing. I just wanna stay home and play games.
2b. Wrap it in a blanket and shove it in the trunk. Get some chemicals, handsaw, extra clothes, go somewhere isolated, probably in another state.
Cut the body up, drop it in the tubes the chemicals are in, dig holes for it, drop my clothes in there, close it, kick it in the hole.
Go home and play the game I bought. If I get questioned, I have 3+ hours on a game I bought a the night of. I also have a friend who knows I'm home playing games. Pay for the gas and items using cash, don't let it follow me on the card.
Use a VPN, oh wait... I don't have one... that's ok because this comment is sponsored by NordVPN, use code: Reddit Moment to get 75% off a three year plan. Use a VPN and 4chan to admit to the murder as anonymous, use a false grudge like "____ f#cked my boyfriend/girlfriend." Or "Couldn't take the fact that ____ said that to me before ___ left me." Make it a relationship thing bc the news will be all over that. The 4chan post is their only lead, mention traveling many states to do it.
Use the code I offered for NordVPN and just live life.
It would seem so: Adrian Carton de Wiart was by all accounts such a person. Despite sustaining terrible injuries in the war, spending time as a prisoner of war, and killing dozens if not hundreds of enemy personnel in the Boer War and both World Wars, he seemed to be a happy, well adjusted, completely normal individual... other than the fact he was a near-immortal killing machine on the battlefield.
He is famously quoted as saying: "Frankly I quite enjoyed the war," and was described by his peers as "a delightful character who must've held the world record for bad language."
He went on to marry, raise a family, write his memoirs, travel the world, and die peacefully at the age of 83, seemingly without ever having suffered any mentally illnesses from his time in service.
My dad owns a collection of books called the Howdunit series. It's geared towards authors and explains exactly what you're looking for. He and I have both used them for our writing. If this is just one story, the cost may not be worth it vs. a good internet dive, but if you do frequent writing with these subjects I would say it's well worth acquiring a few or the set.
Here's a link for one of them on Amazon if it intrigues you.
I am following this program for the last 5 weeks and I already see some improvement. It helps you deal with your constant unwanted thinking and how to use your breathing as support. I like it because it has no metaphysical or energy stuff on it, it is very realistic. I highly recommend reading "last train from Hiroshima" first or second chapter is very descriptive.

Yeah, I wouldn't want to cut into the fat layer. Just to like maybe barely reach it, or not even reach it. Never got stuck in a psych room, although I did (voluntarily) have a stay in 2 mental hospitals, which actually helped.
Yeah, that does seem pretty awesome. I never really got to use anything sharp, which is why I was asking. Started with one of these which I broke in half, moved to scissors, and then knives. Never got to using razor blades. So, I don't want to like actually get back into the habit, but I think a "one last" kind of thing with something actually sharp would be cool.
I did arms until in spite of my long sleeves, someone saw, then moved to thighs.
When you got to the fat layer, how much deeper did you go?
I know Colleen has another book but I didn't realize she hated Perfect Victim, considering herself without Stockholm syndrome. I've only read Perfect Victim so far because ironically that book is far more well known than her own and even has better reviews. It seemed like some people believe that The Simple Gifts of Life was actually written by Mr. Green. I don't tend to read multiple versions of a case - I just choose the one people tend to deem as the best version to read. McGuire's writings led me to believe that Colleen and her captor both possessed rather romantic feelings for each other. I'm really interested in Stockholm syndrome and accuracy does matter though so I may look into this book in the end.
This textbook is what you need. You can find older additions for cheaper and you can find it in any medical school library.
It's actually a pretty interesting question. I found a book that discusses this (and other things): http://www.amazon.com/Holocaust-Averted-Alternate-American-1938-1967/dp/0813572371/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1432628058&sr=1-1&keywords=holocaust+averted
Suicide and Attempted Suicide: Methods and Consequences by Geo Stone states:
(Firearms) Summary:
"About 60 percent of suicides in the United States are committed with firearms; 76 to 92 percent of suicidal gunshot attempts are fatal. Eighty percent of those who survived acted on impulse, many (25-40) while drinking.
The chances of living through a self-inflicted gunshot wound depend on many variables: type of weapon, site of injury, availability of medical help, age and physical condition of the shooter.
The most lethal site is the head, followed by heart, chest, abdomen, leg, and arm in that order. Many survivors suffer permanent injury.
This is not a recommended method for either suicide or suicidal gesture primarily because the chances of surviving with permanent injury are too high and it' altogether too easy to pull the trigger on impulse. "
That is the summary, but if you want to know specifically which firearm, bullet, and entry point to use with the least amount of pain you can find those answers on pages 313-316. If done right, with the information found in that book, you would not feel anything. If you just pick up a random gun and point at a random spot, you are going not going to have a good time.
EDIT: I also have a PDF of that book if anyone needs it. I know it is too expensive for most to buy.
