I have fiber, and the Intel 9260 card (one step down from the AX200) -- I don't have a Wifi 6 router and don't anticipate getting one anytime soon. I do have an AC router capable of supporting the max speed from the 9260, and gigabit fiber.
My speedtests are around 300/300mbps (https://www.speedtest.net/result/d/23a1b565-7d90-4387-b64c-9aa962558dbb); they were roughly half that with the card that came with the laptop.
There's a bunch of products on Amazon that are third party replacement feet for laptops, once you clean off the mount they should do
This model is not so popular and probably will never be to have one made for it specifically. Not sure how or why yours heats up so bad but one "solution" that comes to mind is to cut out a piece of aluminum laptop cooler (something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-NotePal-PLUS-Performance/dp/B00CEXL9TW/ref=sr_1_26?dchild=1&keywords=aluminum+laptop+cooler&qid=1595159068&s=electronics&sr=1-26) to fit the bottom with about 1/2" less all around and use few pieces of double stick THICK foam tape (they are available at any major hardware store) so it creates space between the bottom and plate, if plate has holes then its even better. It should provide the spacing that would reduce that heat but will add some thickness to laptop though.
This one has served me well:
LapGear BamBoard Lap Desk with Phone or Tablet Holder - Natural Bamboo - Fits up to 15.6 Inch Laptops and Most Tablets - Style No. 77001 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HM2DY78/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_dWXdFb49DSE5H
It doesn’t have any active cooling, but the holes combined with a hard surface help a lot. You really just need to make sure it’s on a hard surface so the bottom vents aren’t blocked.
These would probably work.
Alvar New 2pcs/Set Bottom Base Case Rubber Feet Strips
I use this with my Motile 141 and have not had any issues. it is great to only carry USB-C power sources for multiple laptops.
I replaced my wifi card back when I got this laptop and basically doubled the wifi performance. There may be something newer/better/similarly priced, but this is the exact card I used: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079QH5KW1/
Ive had good luck using some of them on my other devices in the house at ranges where my motile gets spotty with the wifi. I think it wouldn't hurt, only thing is they're a little bulky depending on which one you get.
I've used this since Feb. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FDSLCBR/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1#customerReviews
You will heed a J00 screwdriver bit. I used am ORIA set to remove my screws:

Just bought this for my m142 no problems here
As for ssd your only option is going to be a (m.2) of which any will work you just have to choose the size.
It's all just plug and play, unscrew your bottom plate, pry it off carefully and you're off to the races.
Crucial 16GB Single DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) DR x8 SODIMM 260-Pin Memory - CT16G4SFD824A https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019FRBHZ0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_T7DAPWSGV4WDTNK714YY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
We left the stock WiFi card in as it works fine for my partners use.
Yes. I used the Loctite "Gel Control" and it's been perfect.
Someone posted about having a similar issue. They changed brands and it did the trick.
I went with Crucial.
5.5 x 2.5mm
This one worked for me. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08B3RNJTK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I found another card thats a AX200 that someone used on there M141 in a upgrade tutorial. Here's The Link. Lmk which one I should buy https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZVYKRW9/ref=as_li_qf_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=farkletech01-20&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B07ZVYKRW9&linkId=3174e2b66bfa766edd1b2628b4a142ac
It's good enough, but the point was that I picked it up because it was the cheapest NVME drive I could find. My point was more that almost any NVME SSD will fit your need.
However, for a carrying bag with good passive cooling, there's the Hitek (Chicago, IL) RCBG2-13L "Rugged Laptop Bag G3 13" w Alumishield" (ASIN B07H3FLYW7, $49) that has Cooling Channels under the laptop for air circulation and cushioning as well as an aluminum plate above the laptop to protect the display. It's designed mainly for student use at K-12 schools. Its customer rating is 4.6 of 5 stars (17 ratings). It will take laptops up to 13.5" x 9.6".
This is the only carrying case that I can find with any built-in ventilation fan(s): "LapGear 46117 Black 'ChillCase Exec' Laptop Case" (ASIN B004XXRA7G, $20) is a carrying case with one small fan in the bottom. It's only rated 3.5 of 5 stars (17 ratings), but there's no other All-in-One laptop lap desk/cooling pad/carrying case.
The laptop lap desk my wife and I each use is the LapGear 91585 (ASIN B07N9JMSW6, $33), which has a cushioned underside, fits up to 15.6" laptops, has a 5"x9" mouse pad, and has a slot to hold a smartphone. It's very comfortable and only 2.94 pounds, and at Amazon it's customer rating is an incredible 4.8 of 5 stars with 1,979 reviews. It ended our overheating problems. Its only negative is that my mouse tends to roll off it if it's not level, but I could fix that with self-sticking 1/2" felt strips (ASIN B07ZX3LB97, $7) if I wanted to.
If it doesn't see it in BIOS in second slot of either model then you might have a bad SSD, try another device that takes these drives or external enclosure. I got this one with fan on Amazon just to have it for OS transfers and checking drives: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082QZ23DP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Here's a highly rated speaker at Amazon: Axloie Portable Bluetooth Speakers, Black (4.8 of 5 stars). It's $27.99 (only $22.39 with Amazon's 20% off coupon). It's at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YWZ8TB9 . Mine's not arrived yet, but I don't expect it to replace my headphones. It's mono unless you buy two.
Check out my comment for details.
Bought it from Amazon for $20 w/ cable.
