These and similar. They plug into the end of the phone and they twist around so the cord doesn't get tangled. They work fantastically for that, but there's a crackle on the phone line after a few months using them. I've tried a couple brands and they all do it.

I use a wrist rest very similar to this one here. It helps with wrist and forearm pain.
