CutePDF Writer - installs as a printer so anything that can be printed can be made into a .pdf.
Greenshot - a free screengrab utility.
Not sure if it will be print-restricted as well, but you could try CutePDF Writer. It installs as a virtual printer and will save just about anything as a PDF. Load the PDF in Adobe Reader or whatever PDF reader you use, and then print it. Select CutePDF as the printer and it will prompt you with a save dialog.
I always print to CutePDF. Then open the PDF to see the end result, and print only the page(s) I need.
Short Description: When you install, you will see an added printer to your computer "CutePDF" that you can print to. When you do, it 'prints' and then pops up a SaveAs prompt to save it as a PDF. Then you can open it as a PDF and print the pdf as usual.
Download CutePDF Writer It makes a printer on your machine that you can print any document to and turn it into a PDF. It may have you download another component. It's fine and works great. I use it all the time.
Here is what I do to achieve monthly CEO reporting.
I am creating a site and courses now covering Microsoft Office usage in business with courses that will cover scenarios such as this and creating and reading financial statements etc. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
I am a data analysis and reporting consultant.
CutePDF is a free program that allows you to "print" to pdf files from any program that you can normally print from (like word, powerpoint and excel).
The program I use on Windows machines, CutePDF, has been around since 2007. And with a bit of setup you could print to a PostScript file in Windows since approximately forever.
Not sure if you can use another PDF printer, but I've been using CutePDF, which has a registry setting allowing you to suppress the dialog. Maybe there's an equivalent for the printer you're using.
you failed to mention which OS becaus win10 comes with its own PDF printer, if its not enabled by default you can add with add features
or use cutepdf and ghostscript, you need both installed for it to work http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp
Send to PDF is a Windows 10 only feature, however you can use CutePDF Writer instead which does the same thing and is free for both commercial and personal use.
Get yourself a PDF printer like CUTE PDF. That should allow you to try and print, and each slide should end up as a page. Never tried it w/power point, but I don't see why it wouldn't work... CutePDF Writer
Or using CutePDF Writer (free even for commercial use!), it basically works with any program that can print by having Windows present it to the application as a printer, except instead of actually printing to paper when you hit Print, a standard Save As dialogue box comes up to ask you where to save the PDF to. :-)
you could install a program like http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp
instead of printing with your printer, select the cutepdf fake printer, it will generate a pdf file. Then open it up and print that.
when you install that, perform a custom install and uncheck the stupid asktoolbar.
With Chummer, you want to have a PDF reader/writer program like CutePDF or something associated with it, then you can just select 'print' and use that as your printer.
I've been using CutePDF Writer - it makes a fake printer on your system that will "print" your pdf to a file. Super useful for may things (not just Chummer)
No, however you can usually print to a pdf. Might require sometware like cutepdf (free software). Otherwise you might already have this functionality on your computer.
If you do print as a pdf it will no longer be editable.
Clover is a good one. Adds browser style tabs to regular Explorer windows and includes full drag-and-drop functionality.
CutePDF Writer is another good one allowing you to print directly to PDF from other applications.

As always, mind the install processes on all free applications. Some of them use tricky wording and slip in the Ask! toolbar or some shit like that.
It would be a good idea to use a version of Ghostscript that doesn't include the start menu shortcuts, or include an alternative package. Our users got a bit worried when Ghostscript appeared after the installation.
CutePDF links to Ghostscript 8.15 and doesn't include the shortcuts. I'm not sure if they put the package together themselves or not. Here's the link: http://www.cutepdf.com/download/converter.exe (It's on their main site http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp)
My template was created for 600 dpi, so text and art files loaded in will look much better. All you have to do is create the cards and "print" them to AdobePDF/CutePDF Writer
Format the file period.last name.first initial.assignment title.
Have them print to .pdf

Make sure you set the folder options to manage funny business.
In Chrome you can print to PDF. If you have Office installed, there will also be a Microsoft PDF option. You can also install the CutePDF Writer to print to PDF. All of these PDF output types are accessed in the print dialog by changing the printer to the relevant output method.
If you've ever "printed to file" you'll see that one of the options was .xps. It wasn't THAT bad but I prefer something most people have like CutePdf which, when installed, allow you to print to pdf. Just watch out for the crapware bundled in the installer, don't just click next.
Never attempted to install a PDF printer on a print server, always just install it locally, the problem with a print server installation will be file permissions and file locations, assuming you can handle that, the 2 I recommend are

What was recommended to me, and is working well, is this little guy. http://www.cutepdf.com/products/cutepdf/writer.asp
Just install that, then when you go to print, just select "cutewriter" and it creates a pdf of whatever you're printing.
Try CutePDF Writer which will essentially add a a PDF Printer to your list of printers. Then while viewing the document in your browser, select File | Print from your browser menu and select the CutePDF Writer "printer". I just tried it and it WILL create a legible PDF document.
You definitely don't have to over-think your resume at your age, but it never hurts to get a head start. Really can set you apart.
You best bet is to find freeware to convert the pdf to word (or whatver you want) for editing and use something like cutepdf to get it back to pdf.
haven't used this but if your need is light it might work There are things out there but I haven't used any in awhile.
you are looking for Abby Fine Reader it will scan images and make them into Word Documents (perhaps a PDF as well) if not then you can also use CutePDF Writer to convert the word doc to PDF.
I used this program last semester to scan one of my books and turn it digital so i could search it for stuff. I actually took pictures of each page with a digital camera and it worked perfect. sometimes it can be a bit off if you don't use a decent quality image but for the most part it works great!
Download something like CutePDF, once you open works print the file to a pdf. Then send the pdf, since most people have ways of opening that type of file.
