Without knowing more details it’s hard to say. The Adobe Color (https://color.adobe.com/create/color-wheel) website can help. Since your deck is about mosquitoes, I’d assume one of the colors is red (for blood) - so I’d start there. Pick red as one of your colors and then play around with the different color schemes. I’m partial to Triad but really, whatever looks best to you.
Hope that helps!
I would recommend using Microsoft Publisher if you have access to it. It is designed for print work in mind. With that being said you can do it in powerpoint or word (like another user suggested) but you'll have to lay it out with the creases/folds in mind.
Edit: Here are two alternative desktop publishing applications in case publisher isn't available to you:
Use Open Broadcaster . It can record as well as livestream. Best used for recording in MP4 format by the way. This is by far my favorite software to live stream with because it's free, and it works better than every other broadcasting software I've tried. You can choose to obliterate your CPU and have the stream ultra compressed so you can stream with shitty internet and a powerful PC or you can have it only lightly compressed for the fast internet ans even somewhere in between.
The others are correct; there's almost certainly no way of automating this, but WHATEVER you do, do nothing until you've got a good solid template to start with. Otherwise you'll just have similar problems, though perhaps not quite as severe, when the next rebrand comes along down the road.
There are people who do this professionally; two of the best have written the bible for creating good templates:

You'll want to get a copy. Then maybe hire the authors. ;-)
22 people have joined and the jam is now featured on itch.io (Got a color!) Amazing! Looking forward to the upcoming creations and the community that's growing for PowerPoint games!
I know you're looking for a free, software based solution but maybe it's time for a UPS? I think some of them can even send a signal that the main power is out. Otherwise - maybe use an old laptop so it can run on battery for a while?
The cube doesn't look from PowerPoint. The others look like they can be done.
After I played it, the next video on my queue was similar and had a watermark. It seems it was done with this app. The app says it's free but after installing, it tells me it's a 3-day trial.

Hey,
I was in the same situation it just took me forever to translate the text on each slide with Google Translate.
It was really annoying so I created a small add-on to do it automatically: https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/slide_translato/672875861603
It is not crazy, it basically automatically retrieve the text on each slide and translate it in a new slide deck.
Pretty simple but I am saving a lot of time thanks to this tool since this is something I need to do pretty often!
Hope it can help you too :)
Mike
You can try Slide Zoom--another option would be Prezi.
https://prezi.com/presentation-template/
I haven't used it in years, but you can drop elements in a 3D space and zoom, rotate, etc. almost infinitely (depending on resolution). Vector art doesn't lose quality.
I'm taking a free public speaking course on coursera:
https://www.coursera.org/learn/public-speaking
I'm only a few lectures in. Nothing mind-blowing, but helps me think about my presentations in different ways, and will hopefully lead to a better overall presenting skills.
Take a look at this article on how to extract images from pdf's: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/extract-images-pdf-files-save-windows/
You didn't mention if you were on Windows or Mac.
Good luck.
Infograpia made my presentation easy and good looking with their wide variety of graphics and charts, it saves my team a lot of time creating graphics for my presentations and presentations for my clients.
You can read real reviews on Trustpilot. Click here https://www.trustpilot.com/review/infograpia.com
Hope that helps!
Can you please first:
You can't achieve similar file sizes as an exported PDF. If you'd like to get optimal results don't be lazy and first crop then optimize your images before importing them in PowerPoint. I'd recommend FileOptimizer for Windows. Before you say you don't have access to the original files: you can unzip your Excel spreadsheet and fetch them from the xl/media folder.
The other answers are all good. But if you need to quickly check the color of a series of things in PPT (or in any other program), install Pixie from Nattyware. It will also pick up colors from within inserted pictures and such.
And at $ 0.00 (anybody know what that works out to in Euro or Yen?), the price is quite reasonable.
I have not used a gif in years but I think you may be able to address this challenge with a gif editor

Another thought would be if you can not stop it from animating, make the logo as a regular png or jpeg and add it as a layer over the animated gif (have it blend in or something). You could make a static image and animate it in powerpoint instead as well.
Funny, it use to be the other way around, people could never get their gif to animate.
Do you have an example of what you're looking for?
You can make charts look slick in PPT with some decent editing and knowledge, but from my experience if you're going to do something more illustrative/visual, most designers will use vector programs like illustrator to manually create something.
You can do stuff easily like, say for example you're talking about 17 in 100 people do something, you can just get an SVG from www.flaticon.com that represents a person and repeat that person on a slide 100 times, highlighting 17 of them. With some nice use of colour and typography you can take what is a fairly simple stat to look slick and powerful.
It does retain animation and interactivity. It's basically a plug-in you add to PowerPoint and convert from there. From looking at the website, it seems you have access to their Cloud Services that lets you share content, so no need to have your own hosting service: https://www.ispringsolutions.com/ispring-suite
Sounds to me like you might be able to set up a script using AutoIt to do the deletion of the first 2 slides.
Changing all the text to the same font and size might work through the editing of the master slide for each presentation.
If the material isn't sensitive, hit up Fiverr and see if anyone would be willing to do the manual edits for you relatively cheap.
Hope that helps.
Update: I used a free template from smile templates and doing so I think I may have screwed myself over. I wasn't really looking when I saved (just happy to get it done) and it save at .pot which is a template according to this site. Is there anything I can do to recover my audio files?
The team templates look nice. However, the org chart templates link is not working. I work for Creately, an online diagramming tool and we also have some nice org chart templates that you can edit online. Have a look and let me know your thoughts.
Might be worth looking into other online PowerPoint alternatives like Google Docs powerpoint may offer better templates. I also think Prezi offers beautiful styles and graphics that are easy to manipulate.

Good luck!
Taylor's a good guy and a funny, mile-a-minute talker. The man can pack more useful info into a couple minutes than anyone I've ever heard.
If you want THE reference on building templates, though, check out Building PowerPoint Templates (Swinford & Terberg). https://www.amazon.com/Building-PowerPoint-Templates-Echo-Swinford/dp/B09GJSBCQH/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1QGHBF52Z7C7G&dchild=1&keywords=terberg+swinford&qid=1635382880&s=books&sprefix=terberg+swinford%2Cstripbooks%2C71&sr=1-1
Disclaimer: they're both friends of mine.
I know lot of cool things more on Power point using this software from my childhood I have accomplished lots of great things on PowerPoint I am not getting time to post videos due to lack of time I am not a youtuber exactly I am learning to make apps made some apps launched one see if you like it I needed some reviews on it https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lalitesh.datenoteapp
It is possible on Android and Windows Phones.
You will have to check for yourself to see if you can do this on iOS.
