I'd say that you shouldn't go without your mum. I know Russia is not a great place to live at the moment, but running away and leaving your mum there alone, worrying about you is probably a bad idea. From what you say, I assume your mum is kind and you don't suffer any kind of abuse or such. If so, i don't think running away would be a good idea. Running away is a big decision and a last resort, it's not something you want to do if you can avoid it.
If you really want to go, talk about it with your mum. See if she wants to move to another country with you as well. Or at least tell her your plans, your reasoning and ask her if it's ok with her that you go to a different country to persue a better future. Do your research about asylum, refugees and whatnot, so you know pretty much what will happen, so you are prepared and can tell your mum that you will be safe. If certain sites and stuff are blocked in Russia, try using a VPN (I recommend trying ProtonVPN), or the TOR Browser with bridges, for complete anonymity.
Goodluck and I hope this pointless war ends soon, both for Ukraine and the innocent Russian civilians caught in the crossfire.
Shoe inserts/insoles. They are just as important as the shoes. Spend $20 and they'll maybe last a month, spend $50 and they'll probably last three. Id recommend the 'Superfeet orange'.
A pack that fits properly is one which you can comfortably fiddle with all the straps without running out of webbing. A properly fitting pack will transfer most of the weight to the hips and use the shoulder straps as stabilization. This helps avoid back pain. You can find solid used Osprey bags on internet auction sites all the time. IMHO Mystery Ranch makes the best suspension systems if youve got cash to burn, but their bags are heavy.
On that note, try to avoid tacticool or military surplus kit: "tactical" translates to "heavy". The lightest packs are just one or two main compartments.
Dont take any medications from strangers. Over-the-counter stuff should take care of the aches and pains of carrying a pack. Treat yourself to a hot bath and a 47 hour nap at the end.

Look at the ten day weather forecast for your area and your destination. If you will be traveling far then also look at weather in cities along the way.
Do you have cold weather camping experience? Do you have layers of warm clothes and warm boots?
The first thing is, just change the phone along with a sim card. Cz even if you remove the sim, the IMEI stays the same, so they can track you down. Don't use social media, like Facebook, instagram.....or any other. If you still wanna use social media, then replace it with Alternative Tools . And make sure you don't add anyone whom you know.

This is the basic you hv to follow this.
Have you considered Matrix.org? I can assist with setting it up for you guys. It's a self hosted open source discord alternative. You don't need to worry as much with it getting shut down as it's open source.
iPads run almost the exact same OS as iPhones.
>You can even find devices that are offline.

>If your missing device can’t connect to the internet, the Find My app can still help you track it down using the Find My network — hundreds of millions of iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices around the world. Nearby devices securely send the location of your missing device to iCloud, then you can see where it is in the Find My app. It’s all anonymous and encrypted to protect everyone’s privacy.

Apple products are notorious for their privacy invasions. If the device is in any way attached to the people whom you dont want to be able to find you, dont even sell it just leave it at home. It doesnt matter if you wipe the device - the tracking feature is linked to the serial number hard-coded into the device itself. If you sell it, they will be able to track it to whomever you sold it to, and possibly permanently disable it by marking it as 'stolen'. If you're a minor, your guardians could probably compel Apple to aid them in tracking you even if the device is yours outright. If the device is yours outright, and they have never had access to it whatsoever (including apple store accounts or credit cards, even on previous wipes), sell it and get a cheaper tablet with a nice case.
TLDR if the device has in any way ever been connected to the emails of the people you are trying to avoid - they can track you, the can track who youve sold it to, and they can disable it remotely.
Have y'all though about setting up a self-hosted rocket chat server? LMK if you need help doing that. This would solve the banning issue, but idk if ppl would want to download another app...
Like let’s say I put NordVPN on my iPhone and then I go to iClould and press Share location with my family.
What happens? You think NordVPN will block Apple from sending your exact real-time GPS / cell tower location to your family?
VPNs don’t do anything.
Great question!
Unfortunately, you don't have a lot of options. Depending on how they break, you might can tape them back together or buy a repair kit, but the repair kit wont fix cracked or scratched lenses.
Even if you are able to runaway and use them without breaking, your eyes may get worse as you grow older so you would normally update your prescription by visiting a doctor and then an eyeglasses store.
You might could order glasses online from a retailer like eyebuydirect for pretty cheap, but you would need a copy of your prescription and the prescription is only valid for 12 mo after you appointment. If you buy from eyebudirect, they have a really generous return policy covering damage in that they just send you a new pair, no questions asked for free. You don't even have to return the old one proving damage. You would need to have an address for them to ship it to.
The other thing you should think about is dental care. If you're not able to brush your teeth 2x per day and floss, you may end up losing teeth which painful, not fun, and forever.
