Your licensing needs work. How is 5 instances a professional license? I have 9 game servers running on my Proxmox GS not including Satisfactory. What is the justification there, especially considering Pterodactyl is free, open-source, and objectively better.

Just get yourself an ITX mobo and case and call it a day:
I just learned the hard way that the global grid is horizontal only, not vertical.

I built a mining facility way out in the middle of nowhere and then built a bridge back for my conveyor belt... it aligned perfectly on the X/Y axis but the Z-axis is about half a meter off.
I expect it will end up being a mod. For there are lots of existing weather systems for UE4

I have been waiting on modding for Satisfactory until I get a full idea of what the final content is going to be.

Well, they could put it for 40$ on steam, so after the steam 30% cut they'll stil get the same as in the epic store. Oh I forgot, the steam store key sales desaster (see fff "regional pricing eploit" on https://www.factorio.com/blog/post/fff-247) is also passed to the developer. So maybe they'll should put it for 50$ on steam. But why the hussle?

It's time that steam gets a competitor. Steam by itself was a bit shithole the first years as well, so I give the epic store the benefit of the doubt for a while.
I've made a couple of timelapses as of late, and been asked a lot how I make them, so here's a guide!
Caution: the way I deal with the movement and turning is ... frustrating... and could probably be drastically improved with the right kinds of mods...
What you'll need:
1: a second copy of the game (can be either steam of epic store).
2: a second computer.
3: reWASD (https://www.rewasd.com/).
4: JoyToKey (https://joytokey.net/en/).
5: OBS, or some other program that lets you record your screen.
6: Patience aplenty.
I use reWASD to alter the sensitivity of the sticks on a controller down to just above the game's deadzone (this cost me a bit of money though... but I've wanted to make timelapses in this game ever since I first saw it... so... yeah). Then I put something heavy on the stick, making it perpetually move in the direction I want the camera to move. There are probably better ways to alter the movement speed to a crawl out there... but none that I have found.
I use JoyToKey to set a repeating command to the a button the dpad of the controller. it repeats moving the mouse one pixel left, 10 times per second... and then I set the mouse sensitivity in-game to 1 (default is 4). this makes for an almost imperceptible turning when I press the dpad-button in question.
Now.. After you have all that set up... there is one more huge frustration. the game will crash. Often. The timelapse in the video was of a little over an hour of gameplay.. and it crashed 4 times.
That's my process currently. If we're talking wishlists, then I would love a spectator mod with programmable waypoints...
I do not know what they use, but I think it is horrible. I can not even easily find my own postings, so I have no easy way to follow up on what I have posted.
I hope they have something better on their end to follow up. It makes me not want to use the site and that is not something you want.
And "something similar" is extremely vague. An other thing to consider would be your skill level. And what is the end goal. So the chances are that even if you find exactly what they use, it might be changed and probably will not be best suited for you.
There also is a huge difference in how it looks and how you might get it. It could be that they used the default, but it can also be that they completely changed how it looked.
As you want to host, look at e.g. Wordpress. They have a lot of plug-ins and many hosting companies have a simple 1 click install for it. They also have an active community. They also have links to other programs that you might want to use for whatever it is you want to do.
If it is just bug tracking, you can use e.g. bugzilla or redmine
