Apparently they were huge throughout the US in the 90s but I never heard of them, never played anything like them, never even saw the POG juice boxes before a few years ago after living on the west coast for 20 years. The only "pog" I knew in the 90s was by Nantucket Nectars and it was <em>pineapple</em> orange guava, not passionfruit.

To anyone interested in some sunscreen that's great for POC, I would highly recommend Banana Boat. I have darker skin, and I have found that it looks great and protects my skin nice. If your not the type to put on sunscreen, I would highly recommend at least a sun hat. I'll leave some links to some brands that sell some.

You may be disabling it in your sleep. I use to have this problem, and it sounds like you are using your phone like I do.

2. Put your phone way away from your bed. Make yourself get up and out of bed to disable it.

I did both of these things and would wake up halfway through tasks. Eventually I started waking up the moment I got out of bed and can use regular alarms now.

I'VE HAD THE SAME ISSUE (until recently)

For me, toenails are no problem. They're thick enough that they never fly and I can always keep track of them. Usually I'm next to a trashcan, but making a pile works fine.

I used to cut my nails in a way that kept them in large pieces to throw away (like toenails), but since using these magical things, I've found that it's best to freely clip little pieces, maybe 5 times PER nail. As long as I don't lower the front below parallel to the ground, I never lose a single piece of nail ever. For me this is the ONLY good solution:

1. I've tried the shower, but I don't always have my contacts in while showering. I also used to brush teeth and shave in the shower, which gets really wasteful of hot water really fast. The shower proves problematic to nearsighted and non-wasteful people.
2. I've tried outside, but sometimes it's blazing hot out there. Sometimes it's freezing. Sometimes there snow/rain. Sometimes there's a wasp's nest on your porch and you don't like hanging out there (yes I'm glad that's over).
3. Hanging out near/over a trashcan is cool, but there are ALWAYS flyers. I've heard some people hold the nail still while clipping, but since I only have two hands and lack the fingers of a world-class magician, I've not managed to succeed here.
4. Sitting on the edge of the bathtub dry with the curtain works okay, but it's inconvenient. Same for sitting on a corner seat/shelf in a stand-up shower.

I highly recommend these finger tweezers for easy containment. I expected to see pieces falling out while clipping, but it hasn't been an issue yet.
