Might be from a different, smaller Poopsie series of blind boxes or something. I can find pictures of smaller and larger figures but don't know where the smaller ones come from. I don't know anything about this series.

At least it's still a toy. Yesterday I saw a small volcano snow globe in the toy section of a grocery store labeled 'This is not a toy' on the packaging. It may be because it's a glass globe filled with liquid, or maybe (as is the case with many snow globes) it could contain anti-freeze.
I can't help but notice Amazon categorizes it as a toy and lists the recommended age as 3-and-up.

I recently got the Star Wars Black Series Republic Security Droid from The Mandalorian, and it is easily one of the coolest robot figs I have ever owned. Super poseable and the joints are nice and tight and maintain poses. Highly recommended for $25
