Get an rca cable and 2 rca to 1/4 inch adapters, or a cable that does that in one, like this:
Small thing but I found the adaptors on amazon and it makes me feel better when having things hanging from my usb c ports.
On the same disk?
Moving files on the same disk doesn't actually move the data, it just updates its database of what directory the file is in.
So that could no really cause this problem.
Your could try to check the SMART status of the disk, which will show you the problems the disk itself is aware of.
Nope Traktor can't do that out of the box.
if you are on MacOS, I have developed a tool that will do that (and much more btw)

And did you know that you can convert your Serato cues/loops etc to Traktor using the DJ Conversion Utility?
OK, we're going to have to up that.
I've created a custom mapping for the Korg NanoKontrol, with just 8x loop size + set, and 8x loop size selector out. I've exported that to TSI file and uploaded here (599kB).
It's set to work on any in/MIDI out, but you'll probably have to change the actual noted it responds to.
On OSX, open up Terminal, navigate to the directory where the tool is located, type "python ibrarian.py" and hit Enter.
On Windows, install Python first. Then open up a command line (press Win+R -> cmd.exe and Enter), go the directory where the tool is located, type "python ibrarian.py" and hit Enter.
After seeing so many great streams in recent weeks - I looked into last week & stressed all weekend trying to get it working but with little joy & I thought .... audio isn’t guaranteed so I figure I’ll just keep recording mixes every week and putting them up.

Cheers! I plan on eventually upgrading my CDJ’s but would like to make this set up work for now.
Would these do the job? …haven’t been able to find the downloads on the NI website
You'd need something to split the output. If you're just connecting to a home hi-fi amp, you could try something like RCA splitters (like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/ENET-Female-Splitter-Adapter-Digital/dp/B07PY6LBST/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=ENET+2+Pack+Of+20cm+1+RCA+Male+to+2+Phono+Female&qid=1619166579&sr=8-1).
Otherwise, you'd need to go to an external mixer (if you're going into something like a PA system).
You can also go the hardware route and use a mixer. I used this affordable Behringer Xenyx 502 for years, worked like a charm. I was able to adjust volume levels separately and even route in my old Playstation 2 in the 2-Track RCA's.

So the S2 Mk3 had aux and rca out and the speakers have TRD and XLR in so any of the "in" to "out" combinations should be fine. I'd recommend RCA to XLR, like this
