I am thinking combination locks are more long term reliable than push buttons, and harder to crack maybe? I don't know, haven't found any list of vulnerabilities for the push buttons style.

It works great! I run it for 15 - 20 minutes after each trip. Gets rid of all scents and odors. I was dubious but it does work.

Pretty sure you can have the housing of the fob changed. It's not useless! You can also buy covers for them, which is what I have for mine!

To fully remove the smell, I had to do this:

• remove all floor mats; shake and vacuum
• shampoo floor mats
• shampoo all carpeting
• apply meguiar’s luxe leather cleaner/conditioner to searing surfaces
• griot’s blue detailing spray on remaining interior hard surfaces
• sprayed griot’s blue detailing spray on a new microfiber cloth and scrubbed headliner
• ran ozone machine for 3 hours with one window cracked

After ozone, I opened all of the car doors outside and let fresh air in for about 2 more hours.

I charged him the $150 Turo smoke cleaning fee.

I haven’t used it since both my cars are out currently and only one has the smoke smell. But my cars have the Nav screens and other normal electronics like window button etc. Can this damage any of that?

Im assuming it won’t since everyone uses this to get smoke out
