My hunter's current progression is 6/9 with attempts on maiden (the guild I'm currently in is really laid back and doesn't push hard for progression and that's just not my style) I took a 2 week break the week after ToS came out that's the reason I'm behind. Hi there, we are always looking for more guild members, espicially those that have interest in raiding (current and in the future). It's not about the gear score (that can be gotten very quickly) but about the player. While we are primarily a raid oriented guild we also do grouped content outside raids such as Tannan Dailies, Timewalker/Heroic/Mythic dungeons and even a smidge of pvp (very few of us do that last one anymore though). We are on lightbringer but just about anything can be done cross server now so if any of this sounds like the thing for you give us a shout:

Are you willing to server transfer. If so we ask that all potential transfers spend some time in cross server mythic dungeons and raids with us yapping it up in Teamspeak. It's best that way so both of us can see if we get along before anyone has to throw down some money. Heck anyone asking you to transfer should be doing that first?
We raid two nights a week and we value comradire and freindship and having a good time first and foremost. Leave any attitudes and elitism at the door :) but be ready to bring the pain when we enter combat.

Your hunter or priest healer and your freinds monk are classes we are looking for in to fill out the remainder of our raid team. We are of the mentality that having fun with friends is way more important than anything in the game and we raid with that mentality. We don't pvp a whole lot though, in fact there is only person that does it consistently. We do team up for tannan dailes, dungeons both heroic and mythic and of course the two nights a week we raid.
Give us a shout if we sound right? We can do some cross server stuff and if after a while we all mesh we will get you on our server one way or another ;)

Your mentality about raiding in wow is what we are looking for. I know someone else already commented on your statement of "Raiding to us is about killing bosses with people we like to play with, not about the loot" makes you very prized in our opinion and gives me a chubby to see players like that still around. Hi there! I'm Adorician, a Retribution Paladin (melee DPS), and I'm looking for a fun casual raiding guild. While I've never played the Holy spec (melee healer), I'd be willing to try it out. I'm also willing to tank if needed. I do have all the paladin artifacts, but the DPS one is the only one I've leveled so far.
Regarding schedules, I work 58 hour weeks on night shift Sunday night through Thursday night, so 10pm EST Fridays works out great for me! Mandatory overtime sucks, BTW.
I know I'm undergeared at the moment; I haven't had the time to play since Mists, but I'm back now and ready to rock and roll. I hope to be able to start farming LFR this weekend.

I’m a Ret paladin (Armory) returning from an approx. 2 year break. Willing to tank off spec, will start learning fights this weekend. Looking for Casual/Social progression guild. Experience raiding and tanking LFR and some normals in MoP. Item level 809, expect to be able start running Heroics and/or LFR this weekend. Have all artifacts, but only DPS weapon is leveled (Concordance at level 2).

I'm currently combat but only because it just works better for the content level I'm at (Cleave everything). It's also a lot more forgiving gear wise which helps my situation. I've raided as every spec to some degree though so the spec I play is kind of irrelevant to me. They all stab stuff.

<Grats Well Deserved> is a Casual PvE Guild on Zul'Jin (US) Horde, looking to grow our roster.
Our goal is to clear Heroic content quickly with each released tier, while enjoying the game with like-minded people. Our crew has experience through 11/11H Antorus, the Burning Throne, with some at 5/11M also. Going into BfA, we are looking to shore up our roster to come out swinging with the new content. To finish out Legion, we aim to clear AotC as a guild group.
We want you to enjoy what you play, so we will not ask you to play a role you are not comfortable with.
We run Mythic+ keys every week on multiple characters, and encourage everyone to complete at least one +15 each week.
Our raid nights are currently set for Thursdays, 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM EST/EDT, and Saturday 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST/EDT. Other nights, we are pretty active as well doing Mythic+ or PvP.

Raids will at a max be for 4 hours a night and as a team we vote to keep going to get off throughout the runs.
Communication Use utilize Discord, but have mumble and Teamspeak available and if nothing else at all could always open up Curse Voice.

You can expect a group of 18+ players with different expansion experience. We have several returning players and some people who were heroic raiders in WOD. You can expect a patient and helpful group that enjoy each other company and many are RL friends. Our goal is to clear content while it is still relevant but not be total dicks. If I'm doing time conversion right (no guarantees) then our late night team on US-Galakrond might actually be a good fit for your afternoons - they will be raiding 11p-2a Tuesday and Wednesday (on this time converter gizmo, that looks like 2-5p Wed/Thurs for you).
