I have a new game for you:
Started a few days ago. I think it has a deeper end game, but I really don't know yet.
/edit: Wow, did not get this much hatemail since invading new players as SL1 in Dark Souls right before the Gargoyles. Yes, let the shameful clicks of procrastination flow!
It's just a idle game. You can play it without steam here. Most people probably just leave it in the background while doing other things and go back to it when they beat the level.
I've recently started playing Clicker Heroes. I'm still playing CC but clicker heroes is a lot more fresh/fun. The dev is an active redditor and frequents the game's subreddit /r/clickerheroes
When I first saw it, I was like this is dumb. Now I'm addicited. THANKS /u/BuckeyeSundae. cries Relevant xkcd.
Clicker Heroes is a web-page based game, in active alpha development, hosted at http://www.clickerheroes.com/
Similar in nature to CookieClicker, ClickerHeroes features Heroes, Skills, Achievements, Ancients, Gold farming, Breaking your mouse, and other silliness.
If you like games based on exponential growth, like Tower Defense, or have played other /r/incremental_games and liked it, then give it a shot.
> You're saying I've just been incredibly lucky, right?
That's exactly what I'm saying. You got a high TTD when you rolled. It's not super likely, but considering the cap is something like 98 days, 50 days isn't unreasonable either.
>You are asking me to take, on faith, that something that is vanishingly unlikely is true.
I'm not asking you to take anything on faith. I'm saying if you're gonna ask a question, have it answered by two people, and then say that you need a backup answer from a dev, just go straight to the dev first.
Nothing has changed in the code with timelapse or mercs to make them suddenly immune to a thing that, logically, they shouldn't be immune to at all. Timelapse is a straight up 8 hour advancement of your game. Anything that could happen over the course of that 8 hours still happens.
If you don't believe me, just look through the game code throughout the version updates. It's not super hard to do, you just need access to all the versions, which should come up with a relatively simple search. For example, version 0.24 can be found here.
>Either that, or you're just a jerk.
Sorry, I get kinda pissy when someone asks a question, both myself and someone else answer it, you ask for confirmation of the answer, I give confirmation, and then you say "Well, I don't believe you, I want someone else to answer."
I just noticed that on the options menu, there is a new button called "Privacy Policy" that leads to this privacy policy. Was this button there when the update came out or was it added after it?
So what games/activities do you play on doing while the stream is going? I'm not convinced that anyone is gonna watch 96 hours of just a stream without being preoccupied with something else?
I'll probably keep playing Final Fantasy 13 on PC. I'm really enjoying it so far, much more than I thought I would. I was considering buying Legend of Korra as well. I know its not the best game in the world, but for a $15 price point, you can't complain.
EDIT:Oh, and I've been addicted to Clicker Heroes lately...don't judge me.
http://www.clickerheroes.com/test510/
You can chat with your clanmates and there's a daily raid boss where you and your clanmates work together to defeat a titan. Your damage dealt to the titans (you can only click during the battle) is determined by the amount of souls you've gotten from primal bosses since joining the clan. Defeating the boss gives you a hero soul reward based on the total damage you contributed to the boss. You need to increase your raid boss's level each day to reach relevant hero soul rewards, though.
https://web.archive.org/web/20160113143821/http://www.clickerheroes.com/ is the link for 0.24. You simply hit the link that says "X captures" at the top (where X is a number) and pick a date that falls within whatever patch you want to play.
Can't seem to get it to work for a lot of 'em but in theory that's all you have to do.
v0.16: http://web.archive.org/web/20141028024551/http://www.clickerheroes.com/
I believe the oldest playable version is v0.12, you can adjust the date on that site, or in the URL (here 2014/10/28). You'll need to play it in a different browser though, because older versions can't read new saves and the game won't load.
There's a way around that: save your game (export) and hard reset on the current version, then immediately close the tab. Then open up the older version and it should load. But I'd strongly recommend playing in a different browser if you plan on playing the current version as well.
>is MAX 'fixed' / increased to much more than 9999 - in the alpha builds?
Yes, on the beta Q works as intended and will dump everything in Morg. Just import your save here, do your thing and export it to play on the live version again.
ClickerHeroes has a legend for units ...
Legend of Large Numbers
1K = 1,000 = One Thousand 1M = 1,000K = One Million 1B = 1,000M = One Billion 1T = 1,000B = One Trillion 1q = 1,000T = One Quadrillion 1Q = 1,000q = One Quintillion 1s = 1,000Q = One Sextillion 1S = 1,000s = One Septillion 1O = 1,000S = One Octillion 1N = 1,000O = One Nonillion 1d = 1,000N = One Decillion 1U = 1,000d = One Undecillion 1D = 1,000U = One Duodecillion 1! = 1,000D = One Tredecillion 1@ = 1,000! = One Quattuordecillion 1# = 1,000@ = One Quindecillion 1$ = 1,000# = One Sexdecillion 1% = 1,000$ = One Septendecillion 1^ = 1,000% = One Octodecillion 1& = 1,000^ = One Novemdecillion 1* = 1,000& = One Vigintillion A lot > 1,000* < A lot
If you want to understand game design, then the best way to do that is to design a game. All a game needs is a goal, and a winning condition.
Failing that, the 2 best ways to study minimal game design are these 2:
1K = 1,000 = One Thousand
1M = 1,000K = One Million
1B = 1,000M = One Billion
1T = 1,000B = One Trillion
1q = 1,000T = One Quadrillion
1Q = 1,000q = One Quintillion
1s = 1,000Q = One Sextillion
1S = 1,000s = One Septillion
1O = 1,000S = One Octillion
1N = 1,000O = One Nonillion
1d = 1,000N = One Decillion
1U = 1,000d = One Undecillion
1D = 1,000U = One Duodecillion
1! = 1,000D = One Tredecillion
1@ = 1,000! = One Quattuordecillion
1# = 1,000@ = One Quindecillion
1$ = 1,000# = One Sexdecillion
1% = 1,000$ = One Septendecillion
1^ = 1,000% = One Octodecillion
1& = 1,000^ = One Novemdecillion
1* = 1,000& = One Vigintillion
A lot > 1,000* < A lot
From the clicker heroes website. After "A lot" it goes to scientific noation
First thing that comes to mind is idle games like cookie clicker, I would recommend Clicker Heroes because there's a little more to it than most idle games, and it grinds itself when you turn the game off.
For iPhone there's Tiny tower Vegas, which is a 'go in, restock, go out' kind of game, Twodots/Yes Chef, which are candy crush-esque matching games that suffer down the line from luck based BS, and my favorite is Jetpack Joyride, it's like the flash plane game where you hold the mouse down to fly, but way more refined.
Keep in mind these aren't great games (Few time-wasters are), but I enjoy them in short bursts.
>Additionally, you gain gold faster when the game is closed than when the game is open.
Does this mean I should hit the X on my browser or that I should keep it in a back tab? I'm using the http://www.clickerheroes.com/ version.
It's like Cookie Clicker, but instead you fight monsters, gain gold and increase your damage. There's bosses every 5 levels as well.
There's also Kanye Zone. Just don't let him into his zone.
It does work. When I tried, I loaded at random version 0.23
Well, I went ahead and found version 0.26b for you:
https://web.archive.org/web/20160504065009/http://www.clickerheroes.com/
Works well.
Of course, clans might not work anymore, but they weren't important for anything in version 0.26b anyways.
I am not sure if you know this, but we already can buy random relics. When you spend 40 Rubies, you get 3 random relics. So I don't think they will add this.
However, cause of how late you got on here, you probably don't know this, but on the Test Server there is a beta going on that lets you upgrade relics with forge cores. You only increase the stats the relics currently have, so you can't use them to add new stats to the relic.
Another feature is Mercenaries that let you do quests for rewards. You can find information on the Quests here.
http://www.clickerheroes.com/test2/ First one I found that is different from the normal this page doesnt exist. Probably a previous test page or something.
Ill edit the post if I actualy find something. Im really curious about this now. Ok, apparently searching is really boring for me, I got too bored at 22. Nothing else up to that point.
Yes, you can.
http://web.archive.org/web/20141028024551/http://www.clickerheroes.com/ v0.16 for example. By messing with the date in the URL (in this case 2014/10/28) you can play any version you want, but I think anything prior to v0.12 isn't playable because stuff has been deleted or whatever.
Also be aware that the game will try to load your current save, and that won't work. You need to export your save, hard reset and immediately close the game so that it doesn't have time to save, and then open the previous version and it should load.
If you maximize it it will eat up more your computer resources though, slowing down your performance.
But you can do it by opening a source code of the page with the game: http://www.clickerheroes.com/
And getting the link out of there with a fresh version. Currently it's: https://d1snsxh2hr65cz.cloudfront.net/ClickerHeroes_v4362.swf
Open that file in your browser and it might go full-screen.
"Z" buys x1000, and "Q" buys x10000, but in the 1.20 beta version, "Q" dumps all your souls into Morg. So if you need to make a dump into Morg you can export your save into http://www.clickerheroes.com/test510/ and export back to the regular version when you're done.
The beta servers are open for everyone who can play in a browser: http://www.clickerheroes.com/test510/

Spatial Exploration is an interesting conundrum. I don't think there is a "right" answer. Here are some quick "case studies" on how it has been used in popular games ...
> I can't just change time to pretend the traveling took real time,
Why not? I mean in WoW the player has to wait for the flying mounts to travel on top of being nickeled and dimed. The advantage is that by taking 1-2 minutes it provides some "downtime" for the player to go for bio (food/drink/bathroom) breaks.
> All I can think of now is money,
You could also charge them non-currency items such as materials that come from drops. Of course this will force players to farm/grind for them, but you could give them as a bonus loot drop.
> The problem I see is that players can question how that caravaneers have got there and why the fuck are they waiting for someone in potentially dangerous places.
I believe you are falling for the Red Herring of Realism ^TM. Most players won't / don't care if they can get to their favorite farming / grinding spot quicker.
What happens if you disable Steam Overlay for this game? Do you still get steam purchase authorization window?
The ultimate solution is, of course, is to use Web Version of the game at http://www.clickerheroes.com/
(Simply export and re-import your save file into the Web Client, and you good to go.)
just tested it out - armor games does not have ruby capability yet - I've gotten 2 rubies on http://www.clickerheroes.com/ - i saved the game and loaded it into the armor games website and my 2 rubies disappeared. not sure how long that will last though
Legend on the right. And no, the only site that "translates" a save file only shows ancient levels and soul-related stuff. Just put your save on pastebin and link it or something.
Clicker Heroes http://www.clickerheroes.com/ is kinda like that. It takes a little while to get momentum up, like 4 days to a week maybe, but once you get in the swing of things, it sounds almost exactly like what you describe.
http://rebuildtheuniverse.com/ not really hectic or exciting, but I find this quite fascinating. Build atoms -> use atoms to build universe.
http://www.clickerheroes.com/ for "RPG" clicker-game. Kill monsters by clicking and idling, level up, repeat.
It does drag on a bit, but I gotta admit it made very good background while grinding ClickerHeroes. Not our typical 8 minute vine, but definitely the hardcore workshop porn we all seem to love. And learning too! Much more nuanced than a lot of the subs here. I know I would very much enjoy doing this kind of work for life, how 'bout you?
Not able to restore game by logging on.
I signed up on the http://www.clickerheroes.com/ website, have a logon with user/pass. When I close the browser and come back to Logon it gives me an overlay screen that says to "...refresh the page..." to reload my progress. If I do hit F5 (refresh browser tab) it takes me back to a blank game zero'd out and I need to logon again.
Work around I've found so far With the overlay screen showing (says to refresh screen) I can see that some of my game data has been retrieved. I go over to the Tools button, then hit Save to file. Then when I hit Refresh and it takes me back to a new/blank game I can then use that save to restore progress into a playable form. (without the overlay)
Win7 Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit)
>I have the feeling it wouldn't be the smartest move to click allow.
It's just the game requesting more space for its saves which became a lot bigger nowadays.
If you're not sure, just open the ClickerHeroes.com site, and take a look at the page's source code (any web browser has such an option), and then find there the link to the game's swf file, which would be a path that begins from that same address that asks you to allow using more space.
Firstly, make sure your Firefox is up to date, and that Adobe Flash is up to date: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
Secondly, go into the game settings, and save manually into a file.
Then import that save info into the game on the official game site:
That's where you should play the game, really. The link is from the sidebar of this subreddit.
Maybe that will fix your game. (Also, ascending might fix it, but save into a file just in case, prior to trying that).
Clickerheroes. Plays out like your average clicker game at first, (cookie clicker, etc.) you click on and as you progress you purchase things that click for you and you start clicking less and less because its just not beneficial to click anymore, but as you get deeper into the game new features start to appear and it becomes more of a strategy game (gonna try to explain it without going too much into detail) you have to figure out the best way to go through the game in the most efficient way. There are 3 different playstyles (Idle, clicker, hybrid) that are well balanced (auto-clicker isn't really giving that much of an advantage over running idle etc.)
It is an incremental game that is about watching numbers grow endlessly, but there is so much more to it than just clicking and idling. If you have any interest in strategy games this game is for you.
Well, firstly update the script to the most recent verison, if you are using some older version.
Secondly, right above the downloading link it says:
>The script mainly can work only with the official web version: http://www.clickerheroes.com/
And in FAQ section, linked in the main post it also says:
>Steam version is known to have problems with the script
You can import saves between web and steam versions, manually from the settings menu in the game, so it's not a problem.
Btw, you do need to make manual backups, since their cloud saving system is very unreliable, and people keep losing their saves occasionally. So make separate files with manual save backups from time to time. :)
OK - firstly, I think you may be confusing workSHOPS and workBENCHES - two different things that just happen to be right next to each other on the same menu screen.
WorkBENCHES are what you unlock very early in the game that give an 8% bonuses per level to crafting (allowing you to craft more than 1 item for the same amount of resources) .... and the option of crafting more than one thing at a time (per click) for multiple sets of resources (e.g. 4 picks at the same time not including the crafting bonus).
WorkSHOPS are unlocked much later in the game and give you a 10% crafting bonus per level and (when turned on / activated) give you a 10% per level autocrafting speed that boosts the efficiency of such things as banks, blockyards, carpentries, shipyards etc. for a small cost of coal and chemicals (burning for fuel).
I hope this clears a few things up...
And regarding Adventure Capitalist, I don't actually consider that a good idle game... its actually pretty lame and crappy compared to the many others that I have played and aside from the relatively nice graphics a and huge-ass numbers that you go through, the game actually has very little depth and as you've pointed out, no active/hybrid mode.
If you want an absolutely ingenious Idle game with all the goodies you could want, exceptional idle/active/hybrid gameplay AND fancy graphics with a lot of humor peppered in, try ClickerHeroes
I've sunk almost a year into that and still play semi-regularly... and they keep up the update schedule relatively often and with pretty big changes / upgrades sometimes
When you have another fight handy it would probably be worth importing your save into the website. I was on steam and switched to http://www.clickerheroes.com specifically for immortal fights because of laggyness.
hmm, try to make an experiment:
open http://www.clickerheroes.com/
import your save data from Steam into there (it will also show if there's anything wrong with the save date you're copying into it, if the game won't import properly), then save it from the web version, and copy/paste that new save info into http://dobruj01.github.io/clicker-lister/
Tell me if something worked.
Are you playing on official page? http://www.clickerheroes.com/
Try closing down your browser, open it back up. Click that link. Then when that page opens try to use these key combos: Ctrl+F5 or Shift+F5 so it will fresh reload.
And just in case go here to see if you have the latest Flash version for your browser: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
P.S. I hope you have your game manually saved somewhere, because if not, you might find out you lost all your progress after those manipulations you did.
right now there's no bug on the web version: http://www.clickerheroes.com/
open it in a browser, and click Ctrl+F5 and maybe even Shift+F5 after it reloads, to reload again, so it would make sure the most recent build is loaded.
>Armorgames got blocked at my work recently so I decided to switch to mobile as I just got a new phone anyway.
Did you try the official web site to play instead, I think it should be unrelated to Armorgames. :) http://www.clickerheroes.com/
P.S. And yeah, this game doesn't work that well on mobile format.
Semi never-mind - went back to the 0.21 version you can get to at http://web.archive.org/web/2015915024551/http://www.clickerheroes.com/ Will just have to ride out the Halloween festivities in the interim
Honestly, I'd suggest just playing from that page, and then the main website http://www.clickerheroes.com when the update goes to full release, as you never know if the FB version will screw something else up again. It'll also be a lot more convenient once you have to ascend every 30-40 minutes to not have to import and export between webpages.
Version 0.22 is still in beta and extremely buggy. Clear your cache as others have pointed out and make sure you use this link and not the test one.
The current stable version is 0.21 for both Steam and the browser.
Majority of problems and solutions are explained in the main post and in the FAQ linked in it.
Usual suspects: use official web version instead of steam (with 100% zoom of your page, but if that doesn't work just in case try 80% zooming but if nothing changes get back to standard 100%): http://www.clickerheroes.com/
and also if you have more than one monitor, the game should on your primary one for the script to work.
(Mouse can suck for a bit in one spot after running the script even if everything works properly, if it decides what to do)
Also maybe you didn't adjust its settings to your situation in the game either. Again, everything is explained about how to run the script in Sikuli IDE window properly and what should happen.
I recently got Splatoon, which is excellent (if only people didn’t hog the television [](#SwiftRage)). I’ve also been playing Clicker Heroes since forever. Praise Solomon! [](#PraiseIt)
I play on this. See this thread. Apparently, every version (starting from v0.12) is still playable.
There are some even older versions around, I found one the other day (I think it was on crazygames.com, but I could be wrong) where souls didn't even exist yet.
If you play on steam it might be a reason, so use the web version with 100% zoom on a web-page: http://www.clickerheroes.com/
Also read the FAQ linked in the main post carefully: https://www.reddit.com/r/ClickerHeroes/comments/3gr3h0/my_edition_of_clicker_heroes_sikuli_script_v20/cu0v5nz
Maybe you didn't disable damage/gold texts and they affect recognition, or maybe you have dpi zoon in your display settings to be more than 100%. Or not playing on a main monitor if you have two working together.
A lot of possible reasons, and right now I don't have much time, I'm sorry. :(
But try what I said above, maybe it helps. If not, tell me.
But if FAQ and web-version won't help, then probably without screensharing in Skype and individual approach I wouldn't be able to help.
Step by step guide :
* Open clicker heroes on your favorite browser
* Start the game
* Export the save game
* Now you have a clear save? Go itshax and paste your save game
* Create an identical save game of your mobile save
* Save the resulting string to a file
* Now you don't need to enter every gild each time. But you need to change ancient levels.
* Do the same steps each time difference is feeling like burden.
It's known to have strange glitches on steam. People were reporting such things.
Try importing your save and play on original web-version linked on the right on this subreddit: http://www.clickerheroes.com/
If you still want to try to make it work on Steam. Make sure it's not in full-screen, and that the window wasn't resized. It should have all the game elements to be the same size as in original web-version.
But it should work correctly on a web-version. But it should be 100% zoom in your browser of course. (If your Windows don't have your screen dpi changed from default 100% to 125% of course, which is rarely happens but can be part of a reason, too)
If everything is right, it should be able to run 24/7 without any problems.
Oh, and also make sure you're playing on the main monitor if you have more than one working together.
The oldest version that works for me is v0.12d.
Older versions are still archived, but it seems that the files have been deleted from cloudfront.net, where they were hosted.
>whenever the script ascents and tries to do the midas start it activates golden clicks, but never actually clicks the monster.
Which is strange... Did you turn a clickstorm option of MidasStart off? But even if it would be off it shoulod click a few times, if everything is working properly.
What kind of version you play web / steam?
Steam isn't supported that greatl, and it shouldn't be in full-screen there and the window shouldn't be resized at all.
Try it out on the official web version: http://www.clickerheroes.com/
web-page zooming should be 100%
By the way I found some bugs in version 15 and silently updated it right now. So re-download it again now.
As for your problem it's weird because it works perfectly for me.
Maybe something changed on steam?
>Windowed mode via Steam
You sure you didn't accidentally resize the window though even slightly? :) Because it should be 100% identical to the size of the official web-version on the screen (if official web version is played with 100% zoom on a browser page)
Try it on official web version: http://www.clickerheroes.com/
and tell me if it works as it should there, or ascends just once, too. Try it in Chrome and Firefox both if possible.
If it works on web-version, it means something changed on steam. But really this script is tested and created for a web-version in the first place, and I don't have Steam anyways to be able to test it there, so I don't support Steam officially.
If it won't work on a web, then it's not good, because I have no idea what could cause it, since it works for me correctly. You didn't change your screen resolution (monitor / or even added a second monitor) or zooming in your Windows itself lately? It could affect the work of the script.
Also, maybe you changed some settings in it when it worked initially for you? And now maybe I have a bit different default settings so it stopped working for you, so also you can check descriptions of settings in the code and see if they fit to your situation in the game.
It's known to have issues on steam. Use the script with official web version: http://www.clickerheroes.com/
But also try not to resize steam version of the game, and don't use it full screen. Theoretically it might work, if it will be the same size as web version.

That's... very odd.
/u/foopyx, in this comment, says that he/she is still able to press Shift for the purpose of levelling heroes, just not for hero minimisation as of revision 4268.
Can you do the following to narrow down the source of the bug?:
.swf
in the text, edit the number just before it to one of the values below, then save the file. There will be two instances of .swf
right next to each other. Edit the number before both of them. Then save the document.Revision 4268 had hero minimisation with Shift only, but revision 4260 must have been less buggy ~~as it didn't even try to check for Shift yet~~ [edit: as it used the old Shift-checking code that applied x10, which worked for most people]. Use these numbers in Notepad to figure out which revision is still OK for you.
Would be easier if you showed a screenshot of how it looks on the screen.
Are you playing the official web-version in a browser or a steam version?
If a steam version, try this script with the offical web-version by the link on the right in this subreddit.
If it's already in a browser, check if it's not zoomed in. It should be 100% . You can try clicking inside the game once after you run the script and see if it would help to keep focus there. Also you can try it in some other browser.
For example, everything works perfectly in my Firefox browser.
You can dump everything in Morg in one click on the beta version. I'm not sure how "safe" it is, but you can import your game there, level Morg, save and resume playing on the current version.
I'm sure as hell gonna do that for 3.6 Morg.
I'm using Steam myself, but if you want to use a browser I'd recommend to just play on the official site. Your savegame should transfer easily.
As for getting Dread Knight, the answer is: many, many ascensions. Then after some more ascensions you'll forget about him because he's so useless.
Wait you deleted the manual save file you had? O_O As in you don't have a backup anymore if we have to start fresh?
Because my next question was going to be does http://www.clickerheroes.com/ work for you and if so try importing your save.
The Steam version is different from Clicker Heroes Web. As of the Steam release, the Steam version has only had the headcrab as its clickable. Maybe it was a short tribute which the developers will change in an update; maybe the tribute is meant to stay there.
The current clickables on Clicker Heroes Web are: #OrangeFish (static), bee (roaming)
By not logging in. I'm assuming you are playing on the main site, where the cloudsave feature is seriously glitched. Instead of using it, you should manually save whenever you do anything important, and if anything happens, you can always import it again.
The Steam version has no exclusive features and is actually a step down from the browser version in some aspects, so... just make sure you manually save often, and keep a recent backup of your save. It automatically saves every thirty seconds, but you never know what can happen. And do NOT use the browser cloud save function, it's glitchy and unreliable.
I played that leaving it open for ages until something happened and I lost all my data. (Hadn't exported a save in a while)
I now play Clicker Heroes. It's similar but different.

Fun facts about LouBriccant
Not a super ideal solution but the new update for Clickheroes enables Cloud Storage and Shop.
The Shop can allow you to buy cooldown reduction + a lump sum of gold for real money, the money goes towards the developers supporting the game. To transfer to the beta build, save your game and use the URL below
I am not sure how more legit you want than at the bottom of the http://www.clickerheroes.com/ page? (under the play window)
Or do you mean you think your paypal details may be misused on the main site but not on Kongregate?
Or... buy a shirt at http://playsaurus.spreadshirt.com/
I already told you my main source.
You're linking a post from August as some sort of proof. First of all, yes, the very first few levels have a different actual gold per HP because the formula rounds up. If it didn't, zone 1 would give 0 gold, which would make the game extremely difficult. Secondly, the figures he's using are either outdated or simply incorrect in the first place. If you actually take the time to confirm the data presented to the data in the actual game, you'll see a lot of discrepancies. Below zone 75, gold per HP is 1/15, rounded up, and above zone 140 it's 1/5, rounded up. I got this information from the forum too, but the difference is that I have actually confirmed it with the actual game, not just taken some strangers word for it.
It works for me, so I can't say why it wouldn't work for you. This has happened for me before and I had to clear my cookies.
If you can't get it to work, try loading this page: http://www.clickerheroes.com/test510/
It should have your current save on the non-test site. If it does you need to save the game. To save it, click the wrench and then click save. A pop-up will open, name the save whatever you want and click save.
Now you should clear your cookies (look it up as each operating system does it differently). After clearing the cookies, load the website and you should be able to play the game. When you start, it will most likely be loading a new game.
At this point you need to open your save and copy the code you see, best to press Ctrl + A to select all or right click the words and press 'Select All'. In the game press the wrench and click the import button. A popup will open, paste the code in the section that says 'Paste data here...'. After that is done, press the Import button at the bottom of the screen.
Now you should have your saved game available to play.
How did you get this to work. I installed everything cause this looks like a great tool for making my own automation setup. But the debugger option in flash stays greyed out, which is why Genie does not connect to clicker heroes. Using the http://www.clickerheroes.com/ version.
Edit: Got it working on IE now, still chrome does not work.
If you really want to contribute to the devs, you can donate via paypal by clicking the "donate" button below the game on the website, http://www.clickerheroes.com/
Also, you can support them by purchasing CH-themed merchandise
If you really just want a static bonus to get ahead of the curve, I really hope the devs don't take this route, to be honest.
A Dev or Mod said in the 0.17 test version Thread, that trying out this new version will f*ck up the normal version. I have the same problem. So you need to play the 0.17 version, i.e. here: http://www.clickerheroes.com/test510/
And btw, of you cleared your cahce and cookies, you safe is probably gone. So i hope you safed manually
Referencing the WIKI Patch History - They got 19 patches in last 4ish months. For a two-man team, that is fantastic.
Also, for the last couple releases, I've not seen any time give, just a message that says: "Hey, there's a new patch at clickerheroes.com! Come play it here before it makes it to your favorite gaming site."
Not necessarily, it happens on http://www.clickerheroes.com/ too.
It's mostly dependent on your screen resolution.
By the way, ctrl+mousewheel for the zoom works easily instead of having to code.
Here it comes again, another wave of endlessly addictive clicking game with Clicker Heroes by Playsaurus. Build arbitrary numbers larger and love every minute of it! It sounds so simple at face value but developers have really honed in on what makes these games work endlessly. Play Clicker Heroes for free at the link below.

A recent update added "ancients", which acts much like an upgrade tree in many ways. You can eventually purchase and upgrade all of them, but the cost becomes more expensive with each one you have, and with each upgrade on that particular one. It's a new system, but there's already different play styles depending on which ancients you get, and discourse (internet arguments) over which are more valuable. A good sign if you ask me.
You can check out the subreddit over at /r/clickerheroes
runescape is an RPG.
If you want an incremental like runescape it won't be the same, lvling all those stats in an incremental will be the same task between them.
You could always try http://www.clickerheroes.com/ very RPG-ish, the dev also developed another game too.
Well it's very easy to walkaround limits.

So u store number in 0..999 then change "currency".
Playing since 0.04 on http://www.clickerheroes.com/.
Have never edited the save file or used an autoclicker.
I've managed to upgrade each version in turn without skipping any.
I've had no issues with the game at all (well, my Primals might be bugged, but probably just bad luck). Currently lvl 331, I happened to get my 75th hero soul somewhere around lvl 120ish on my 9th world, just before version 0.10 came out, so I've been having fun with the gildeds and this world 9 will probably be the last one and I won't ascend again. Maybe.
What?! But... It's fine for me! I don't know what to do now...
EDIT. Okay, I searched "play" and I found only one extra link: http://www.clickerheroes.com (note that it can be the same one I am using.)
If you still have no play button, then I'll dig further into the topic.
