Yeah, if you want a Zune-like experience out of the box, Dopamine is definitely what you're looking for:

That said, while I loved the Zune software, I've moved on to listening to music via streaming services, so Dopamine doesn't get much of my use anymore. I just have a desktop shortcut of Google Music added to my taskbar these days. Not ideal, but it gets the job done.
Edit: They only show the dark theme in the screenshots for Dopamine, but there is also a light theme.
Highly recommend Dopamine http://www.digimezzo.com/software/dopamine/ Raphael the developer makes frequent updates and responds to emails quite promptly. He also recently posted the app on Github https://github.com/digimezzo/Dopamine
Anyway, the app is gorgeous and has a lot of great features! And every day he's adding more. Definitely worth a checkout.
A savoir 3 colonnes: Artistes, Albums, Chansons. Chaque colonnes a différentes options.
I'm a bit late to the party, but there's a music player called 'Dopamine' which is about as close as you'll get to the Zune UI, it's almost like a spiritual successor in a way.

Look into the Dopamine music player. It's very similar to the original Zune software in terms of layout, and it doesn't bog down quite as much in Windows 10. It's one of my main music players.
It's not really a solution to your problem but rather an alternative. I used to use Groove but then switched to Dopamine and it has proven to be superior in every way. I highly recommend it.
I've been using Dopamine for the last year after jumping from payer to player to see if it fits, is simple enough to use and has a simple interface, this does for me perfectly.
Dopamine
510 GB lol I have a measly 11 GB
Please share a screenshot. I personally use Dopamine (screenshot).
Do you use MiniLyrics? can you name a better program or at least a better .lrc source? I'm tired of people shoving their names at the beginning of the lyrics.
I really liked Dopamine, at least aesthetically.
Personally though, I moved to iTunes due to having an iPhone, but it’s nowhere near the pleasing experience that Zune Software provided.
Looks great I love the spinning record gonna use it for some sorta setup . Something small but would it be hard to implement support for Dopamine ? It's not a too big a deal if it's not possible.
I can't speak to playlists and OneDrive, but my media player of choice is Dopamine: http://www.digimezzo.com/software/dopamine/
Groove is okay. Sadly, the main reason I don't like it is Microsoft's use of circle pictures. Windows, albums, pictures are all natively square or rectangular, why circles?
Not since I switched to Winyl. It has a very small memory footprint, searches through my library instantly, and has far more attractive aesthetics than Foobar. I've tried many Foobar skins since I ditched the one I used to use, but none of them come even close to the smoothness provided by a player that prioritizes design over malleability.
I've yet to find a good Foobar skin that follows flat design that doesn't neuter a function I use in some way or becomes too clunky. I've also been keeping my eyes on Dopamine Player, which is very visually pleasing, at the cost of being resource heavy. Can't recommend it quite yet, but hopefully it matures into a good alternative.
