or until then you can download this program, and normalize the volume of the whole library. DON'T FORGET to click 'Preserve file date/time' in options menu of it. I lost all my modified dates.
You can find apk here:

I dont know when It will be back, I have some things I need to fix in the EX version.
I just use FolderSync on phone and freefilesync on desktop and make it sync music folder from my SMB server.
I've used this for over a year, it might be of use to you:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.geecko.QuickLyric
It has been removed from the play store but the developer is working to get it back to the store.
Meanwhile, use apkmirror to download it. https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/fifthsource/blackplayer-music-player/
Latest version can be downloaded here:
That's a plugin that will work with AutoMagic as well.
Use a Condition to track when BlackPlayer's notification changes.
Since OP didn't provide a name, this is a PowerAmp skin called Dais Dark. Looks pretty, but the UI is too busy in my opinion, too many curves, squidgies and doodads
You can use pano scrobbler to see the stats of your songs, it will be linked to your last fm account
I personally use DriveSync on the phone and sync it with my music library, which I host with Google Drive for PC.
I do pay for a higher storage plan monthly, but you can get 15gb free or 100gb for $1.99 monthly. $9.99 gets you 1tb, and so on.
You're very welcome friend! Glad I could help.
So I use Nova Launcher, which can show built-in shortcuts if you hold down an app icon, and I also use Shortcut Maker, which is very handy in that it will show you elements of the shortcut you're making if you click on the little box with an arrow in it. It will also let you test the shortcuts you make. 'Shuffle Play' is an inner link, whereas a playlist shortcut would be in-app, I think.
Personally I'm trying to create tasker tasks to launch playlists in shuffle mode (there's built in shortcuts for that, too, but they're broken in the current app build and i'm not sure why) and also shortcuts to add a song to favorites or delete it. The app I linked still doesn't make a successful playlist shortcut since blackplayer still doesn't like it, but it will show you some interesting data like playlist ID and shuffle true/false and whether it will open the app or play in the background.
Currently I have a very clunky task set up to do it all "manually" from my watch, ie turn the screen on, launch the app, and click the appropriate in-app buttons before turning the screen back off. Once I figure out a more streamlined way to do it, i'll share all of my tasks in one project :)
Sounds like you'd appreciate AutomaTag. It's a mobile app that can find the correct tags and Covers for your tracks. Be careful when using it though, you can preview that tags but if you click on the suggested track it will apply the tags (Sometimes, it picks the incorrect song, artists etc).

Or if you want to use a PC, you can use MusicBrainz Picard. It's a little more complicated and only recently have I got it to work the way I want but if it fat more robust. If you go down this avenue, be prepared to watch multiple videos and know exactly how to use it.
Before doing ANY of this, I'd recommend doing a backup of your current library (copy all the files to another folder or device). Do this on your phone, Laptop/Computer. Whatever is more convenient. Trust me, there is nothing worse than messing up your downloaded tracks. I do regular backups (one or twice a month). I had a library of over 2000 songs get corrupted (luckily I had playlists on Youtube which had every song I had downloaded, so getting my library back wasn't too hard but definitely time consuming). Now I'm over 4000 and will never let that happen again.

It's a pain, I get it, because you have to process your whole library. But you only have to do it once, and you will never have volume problems again. You can normalise all tracks to the same level, or all albums to the same level. Doesn't matter which you choose, but once you've made your choice it's important to stick to it.
510 GB lol I have a measly 11 GB
Please share a screenshot. I personally use Dopamine (screenshot).
Do you use MiniLyrics? can you name a better program or at least a better .lrc source? I'm tired of people shoving their names at the beginning of the lyrics.
The flac files might be in a format the the build-in decoder does not manage to play, might be a device bug. The ExoPlayer uses the native libFLAC library (https://xiph.org/flac/) which should play flac files in a correct way.
I had the same problem on a few devices. This free EQ solved the problem for a couple of them https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=amirz.musicfx.material
First disable the stock EQ (In my case it was MusicFX, "show system apps" in your app list to find it) and restart your phone, then install that one. Then you'd probably want to restart again to make sure your phone knows it's there. It's of course not as convenient as using the BlackPlayer EQ but at least it has bass boost etc, and it actually works. A friend said it works with Spotify as well and he was very happy with it. Who knew, a free app without ads and useful! These are glorious times.
I use this, works perfectly with BlackPlayer, give it a go:

That's too bad the Beta didn't work out for you. Let me know if you have any questions about Poweramp. If you don't like the default look of Poweramp, I can highly recommend these two skins:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.poweramp.v3.aurora
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.poweramp.v3.luminousblack
There is on Google Play Store, check the description of the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kodarkooperativet.blackplayerex&hl=pt_PT
This is the official app, the previous one got removed, sorry about that:
