Probably not. They'll just sneak "not for use by people under 13" into the EULA (which I'm sure everyone reads all 100 pages of), and carry on as normal.
Case in point. Fall Guys. A game with a PEGI rating of 3.

Submissions closed the other day (unfortunately just before I could submit this design) but the devs are planning on doing a contest once a month, so there’ll be plenty of chances

It's the same story with the Switch version, was supposed to release this summer then it was suddenly delayed with no new date. Their blog post announcing the delay said:

So either they're planning a major overhaul, big enough that it didn't make sense to finish porting the current version...or they had other reasons to delay it.

The 2021 date is a placeholder Nintendo's side added after the developer announced they wouldn't make their Summer 2021 release date. To my knowledge, the developer hasn't given a new release window since that delay.

Also id like to add that this was just for fun quick sketch because someone mentioned it to me on my caustic post whether I can make a Phoenix kit and this was a fairly quick sketch.
A lot of Key sellers where buying fallguys in argentina to resell them for a higher price in places like g2a-instantgaming etc.
You don't lose the progress in the game if you buy it again and if you're from argentina u always can buy the game from the Steam store for 770ARS buying a 10$ steamwallet what is 50% cheaper than fallguys.com current price.

Do you know any recent gameplay footage? The developer's channel is empty and a Youtube search only returns older footage.
