Probably not. They'll just sneak "not for use by people under 13" into the EULA (which I'm sure everyone reads all 100 pages of), and carry on as normal.

Submissions closed the other day (unfortunately just before I could submit this design) but the devs are planning on doing a contest once a month, so there’ll be plenty of chances

It's the same story with the Switch version, was supposed to release this summer then it was suddenly delayed with no new date. Their blog post announcing the delay said:

The 2021 date is a placeholder Nintendo's side added after the developer announced they wouldn't make their Summer 2021 release date. To my knowledge, the developer hasn't given a new release window since that delay.

Also id like to add that this was just for fun quick sketch because someone mentioned it to me on my caustic post whether I can make a Phoenix kit and this was a fairly quick sketch.

A lot of Key sellers where buying fallguys in argentina to resell them for a higher price in places like g2a-instantgaming etc.
