Soon is soon. It's just that Devs don't work in minutes, but usually in weeks or months.
And yes, soon is "sometime this month".

Yup. There's three I've found so far. That code, and then teh two issue numbers that are different between https://i.redd.it/f6569i3o8tr21.png and http://www.frostpunkgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Newspaper_cropped_www.jpg
I already got this! It's called Ansel! Not sure if that is a GPU specific thing though. But it does exactly what you want. Edit: http://www.frostpunkgame.com/frostpunk_update_110/ It's the third thing under New Features

It's a steampunk survival/citybuilder set in an alternate 19th century where some cataclysmic event resulted in a massive drop in global temperature plunging the world into a new ice age. Remnants of the British Empire try to survive by building huge steam heaters in the frozen wastelands. You have to control a group of survivors as they find one of these heaters, making tough decisions (literally along the lines of "should we put the children to work in the mines?") and carefully managing your resources to keep the cold and hunger away.
Frostpunk is a city-survival game where heat means life and every decision comes with a cost. Survival is about hope and will to live. Your ability to spark and maintain these two in your people will be a determinant factor for success. Society is a group of people abiding the same rules and sharing similar beliefs.
Building the city by placing buildings, while decisions look to effect productivity/progress etc. Looks like a cross of democracy with a grid/space limited city builder.
It was mentioned on their site and here several times - http://www.frostpunkgame.com/fp_june_community_update/
This gatekeeping of OSX doesn't do games needs to stop. People will game on what they have and in my case, my laptop is a mac and when I travel I use OSX as my gaming environment.
The premise is that you're the leader of a large group of people during a horrible winter crisis. You've all huddled around a huge generator (this is where the 'punk' aspect comes in) and your task is to build shelter, food access, resource access, and health resources. Its a very number-based game with pretty visuals and a neat scouting mechanic for learning the lore and gathering resources/people. In order to create a path for your survivors, you choose Order or Faith. Order is the very stereotypical authoritarian route, and faith is the spiritual perseverance route.
Very fun!
What a second...
This is the settlemento of the next campain!

I've been enjoying FrostPunk, and it already reminded me so much of Banished; That feeling of just barely hanging on and having enough resources, and trying to survived a harsh winter, each villager that dies feels like a heavy loss. It's got a lot more content than Banished, with deciding societal laws and rules, a tech tree, and exploring the outside world for resources and survivors.
Definitely one of my favorite games this year.
FrostPunk is somewhat down this alley and comes out tomorrow, but rather than it being you surviving alone, you're trying to help a colony survive. Played it at PAX last year and liked where it was headed.
I love the long dark, and this war of mine. If you like TWOM, check out frostpunk.... their next game that comes out this month! It's a colony survival game that tells a story.
