I don't know that there is one. I checked the "About" window, and it only lists a @yahoo.com e-mail and no website.
Switch both switches to get Fn to caps and caps to windows. I then used a utility in windows that edited the registry to switch caps lock to a windows key. It works as if it's native in windows 8.1 64bit.
I can't remember the name of the utility right now and I'm at work so I'll let you guys know when I get home.
EDIT: The name of the program is KeyTweak. Remember to select the Caps Lock in it's normal place in the Program, and change that to Windows Left or Right. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/keytweak/
A great keymapper that I use is called KeyTweak, and I used it to remap the Command, and Alt-Keys because they weren't being recognized in Windows. Yeah the keyboard isn't horrible, mine has just had some problems recently. Here is the link to KeyTweak, I would use a hyperlink, but my right bracket key isn't working. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/keytweak/
Hey! I was planning on making a few changes to this userscript over the weekend to fix some inconveniences (having to press a starter key for FC callouts, requiring all 9 numpad keys for directions), and I'll make sure it's easier to reassign keys.
On the topic of remapping keys, I can recommend KeyTweak as a pretty simple alternative to manual registry changes (if that's what you've had to do for your numpad).
You can use something like Sharpkeys or KeyTweak. I've used Keytweak to turn Caps Lock to a Control and to change the |\ key around with Backspace (so it's more like a HHKB layout).
Should be easy to change the numbers around.
The Fn key on most laptops doesn't send a keystroke to the operating system like a normal key does, but instead it puts the keyboard into a different mode for when you press other keys. This is why the Fn key is apparently ignored.
My suggestion is to use a tool like Keytweak to reassign some other key to the PrintScreen function.
Microsoft actually has one, but it can't map a key to a multimedia key.
Try below free softwares.

I've checked some of their screenshots and I believe they can do what you want.
If for any reason, none of them is applicable, you can search for a similar software using this search query: "keyboard mapper" or "keyboard remapper".
I was looking at this recently for a similar idea but haven't tried it. It doesn't seem to have an official site but appears to do what you're after. KeyTweak
In that case you could use a keyboard remapper. I switched the right-hand ALT key to a context menu on my T430. In case anyone's curious I used Keytweak.
Not sure what the case is for Linux but I imagine there's some sort of solution.
