You should print out my comment in poster size, frame it in gold, and hang it in your bedroom so you can worship and appreciate it every day.
Nah, you'll pick it up later. If you have a perpetual notetaking app like OneNote or Evernote, just tuck it in a page and it'll be there years later for you to review.
If your school offers Office 365 -- you can use OneNote. In the view tab, you can view regular lines or grid lines and adjust how big the spacing is. And the app works well with either handwriting or typing. There's no readymade staff sheet, but you can easily make that with a table and then save it as a personal template.
I would also take a look at MuseScore - Free & Open Source. The app is specifically made to write music and you can input either by typing/writing or by playing a MIDI keyboard. On the export side, you can either print on paper/PDF or export out as a MIDI file.
I do like using
Onenote: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onenote/digital-note-taking-app
or
Notion: https://www.notion.so/
Maybe even:
Evernote: https://evernote.com/
I think they all have mobile apps, but also able to be opened on a PC, they usually either have a web browser also, or even PC app.
This happened to me with my school notes a while back on my laptop. If you have it set to auto-sync or synced your notes recently then you can just log-in to the onenote on the website https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onenote/digital-note-taking-app?ms.url=onenotecom&rtc=1 or onenote.com.
Else-wise, I have no idea really. Hopefully you've synced your notes!
I use OneNote. It allows you to create sections & subsections & sub-subsections (etc.) It's got a hotlinking system so you can cross-reference names & places. It allows you to insert PDFs & images. Plus you can use it on desktop, and pick up where you left off on mobile, because your Notebooks are saved to cloud.
I use it for everything: world-building, note taking, campaign management, etc.
