You can try Mobirise for simpler websites that provides Bootstrap-based templates: https://mobirise.com/
For more complicated project, I would also recommend WrapBootstrap Kits.
Hi,
Try Mobirise Website Builder: https://mobirise.com
It's a minimalistic and easy-to-use app to build responsive websites. For your record, the most of functionalities in Mobirise are free.
You can embed Youtube/Vimeo videos as well.
Personally, I use the free hosting at Hostinger and I design some simple landing-page-esque webs with Mobirise, a totally free really easy to use drag & drop web builder (with totally free I also mean that this software doesn't put any water marks). Just add to this mix a cheap domain with some provider like GoDaddy and we're set up! Of course I'm just sharing these tools for helping, I'm not affiliated in any way to those enterprises.
Yikes! I dug a bit deeper into configuring a website on a Synology NAS, or a Xenology NAS. There are a lot of steps! None requires a degree in Rocket Surgery, or even much thought, but it is a long path: https://skdavis.net/viewtopic.php?t=23
The example uses WordPress, but you could use any application that creates HTML pages / websites .
Search for free website editors. It depends on what features you want for your site. Mobirise free might be enough - https://mobirise.com/ - but you'd have to pay for the frills. Coffee up is easy.
We use an inexpensive, good we host, HostMantis, for $3.95 per month for some small websites and open source applications. Yes, they are Linux-based, but you don't have to use the command line!
Softaculous is included and installs a zillion free applications very simply. You might find the $47.40/year well worth it. The server maintenance and much of the security is done for you. You can host multiple websites using site editing software. Maybe worth a trial to see how much time and grief it would save you.
> Site made with Mobirise Website Builder v4.11.6, https://mobirise.com
(The website construction tool or the hoster is not neccessarily responsible for tall the above issues.)
It’s the general bootstrap code. it’s the same as this website example
Just google bootstrap carousel loading twice and you’ll see other people have the same problem
Depends on what kind of website you're going to build.
If you need a simple one-page website, you can use free website builders like Mobirise: https://mobirise.com/
For langer websites, you can consider Wix, Squarespace or other CMS.
Check out Mobirise Website Builder: https://mobirise.com
Mobirise is simple and most of the features it provides are free. For example, the free standard theme has several shop blocks you can use for your project.
If you'd like to have something simple, Mobirise will defo fit you.
Website Builder is an application that can generate or help people build websites (mostly w/o coding)
The most popular website builders are Wix, Weebly, Pinegrow and Mobirise
> e you can fill in name adress and a text. I need a customised form with more fields to fill. Is that possible?
As far as I know, you can't change the code. The form wouldn't work in this case. If you want to create some form with many field, you need to buy Form builder: https://mobirise.com/extensions/form-builder/
For a simple music band website, you can use some customizable templates from Mobirise: https://mobirise.com/website-templates/music-website-templates/
It would be much easier for you to create the site with some bootstrap platform, like Wix, Wordpress or Mobirise. I'using Mobirise, you can read this tutorial: https://mobirise.com/how-to/make-your-own-website/
By the way, Mobirise's totally free, you can use it offline and publish to your local folder to remove the links to Mobirise from the code.
Did you try Mobirise builder https://mobirise.com/? It's totally free. You can create as many sites as you want. I often use it as a template. It has a lot of paid themes but you would find several free in Extensions and Themes. They have all the same items, which the paid have.
I would recommend you Mobirise's Code Editor: https://mobirise.com/extensions/code-editor.html
It doesn't cheap but really useful. Can change the code within the block.
Mobirise 3/4 ( https://mobirise.com/ ) template is an absolutely free theme. I find it gorgeous. Recently I've found Mobirise HTMl website builder and it saved me
a fortune of time and money. I don't have any programming skills that's why I decided to look for some bootstrap template. I didn't think that
I would ever find an absolutely free web builder with that free options.
I could recommend you Mobirise bootstrap builder and their Form builder extension: https://mobirise.com/
It's awesome app, very easy to create site. As I don't know any coding proccess, I can create a small site for several minutes.
Also, they issued Form bioder extension not very long time ago. Finally, it's possible to create your own form with the structure I need.
Off course, now it has some lack of the options. I can't set the capcha or my clients can't attach some files. I contacted with their support, they say that these features would be added soon.
Did you try Mobirise app https://mobirise.com/ ? It has a really easy structure for site building.
I always use this app for small landin pages as they have free templates like Mobirise 3 and 4.
As it's a free application, it has a lot of opportunities. I tryed this program several weeks ago and mow constantly
use it in my work.
I agree with trebuszek on that point. I'd rather be focused on what I like concerning website design.
As for me, I still like minimalistic look and parallax scrolling.
You can try free bootstrap site creator Mobirise: https://mobirise.com/
This app is totally free. It has several free themes and a huge amount of some paid templates.
The free themes have almost the same blocks as paid. You can look through them and decide if you're goint to buy any paid.
By the way, you can change the elements of blocks: colors, images, videos, fonts, numbers of elements and so on.
Themese cost not too much. Here you can look through all the themes and compare prices and check the demos. For me Mobirise is perfect tool,
as I always need landing pages. If you want to create site with difficult structure, it would be better to llok for another web page creator.
In my personal opinion, it's Mobirise.
As I'm student and don't have money I was trying to find free HTML Website Builder. And I've found Mobirise: https://mobirise.com/
It has a lot of paid themes and extensions, which I can't afford but it has several absolutely free templates. As I figured out they contain the standard blocks, which have the paid templates (except blocks for selling, paypal and wowslider). So basically, you can change the outlook of the free blocks completely. It's possible change the color, images, videos, fonts and another small ditails. In another words, you can create any thematic out of any free template.
Code Editor is very useful theme, I know as I looked through a lot of videos cause I'm studing the coding proccess. It's possible to change the code just within the block. Now I have to publish the project to my laptop and bring changes to the code manually. It's good for my learning either.
It has another good option. You can download the application to the PC and use it without the internet.
Hi,
Read this tutorial on how to make your own website using Mobirise and its HTML templates.
This tutorial is simple and easy to understand.
How to build a landing page for mobile apps just in two steps:
If you won't find a ready solution what could be a real challenge, you can try to build this website yourself easily with Mobirise Free Website Builder.
There are some templates that allow you to set up full-screen headers with background images, text and buttons on it.
Ooh! So clean and visual! 😍 I would have to explore, games, etc. in a drop down menu just so that the time, NC, NP can be on top next to the notifications, lol. I looove your hover aspect of the inventory instead of it being a popup! ^((Equipment has a typo, lol))
I guess I could recommend you the Mobirise application: https://mobirise.com . It's totally free of course if you wish you can buy some extra extensions like Code Editor and so on. I used it for so many times. By the way, they have an excellent list of themes for almost every case.
Try building websites with Mobirise Free Bootstrap Builder.
It allows to create websites easily and for free. You will get all HTML, CSS and JS files published to your local folder in the end if needed.
I'm sure your best bet is Mobirise Free Website Builder.
It's an easy-to-use offline website builder software that supports the drag-and-drop technology. You can publish your website to your local folder, directly to a server or just to a subdomain you choose yourself. My recommendation.
There is an easy beginner tutorial on how to build a website with Mobirise.
It's a free website builder you can surely use to create a website to post reviews of games and tech.
You can start with using website builders that include various themes that match your interests.
For example, you can try Weebly, Squarespace, 8b or Mobirise https://mobirise.com/
These website builders above doesn't only allow you to create unlimited websites quickly, but also teach you how to design and edit them manually.
Then you can mix and combine both graphic and web design to achieve a completely unique look of your website.
I think both using a website builder and creating a website manually have their advantages and disadvantages.
If you code it manually, you will have the total control over the code of your website, but you will spend too much time working on it instead of dealing with other current tasks.
With website builders, you can create a website as quickly and conveniently as possible. Some website builders give you the opportunity to edit your code and modify your website visually (see, Mobirise: https://mobirise.com/). Some of them are completely free.
So, my recommendation is to use a website builder: there will be no waste of time and money.
You can certainly try Mobirise Website Builder: https://mobirise.com/
It's minimal, free and easy to use. Moreover, websites it generates are responsive and look very good.
You mentioned bootstrap and I heard of this drag-and-drop website builder. Have you tried it? The problem is that I have my custom JS and PHP on this website so I am not sure how well it will be integrated with this builder.
Mobirise is a simple drag and drop tool that would make it easy for you to mock up a template similar to ones you've seen. For template ideas check out Blacktie.co
Hi Webgirl,
I went to your site. A few comments:
The scrolling pictures went by too quickly for me to read them.
I'm supposed to submit a post but you don't explain how other similarly-interested people are going to find it.
I'm assuming some kind of search but, for example, will a search for Bball yield all Basketball results? (Is the search intelligent?)
Can search be geographically restricted in some way (i.e., within X miles). If I live in NY, do I care about a pickup game in Los Angeles?
Is there a notice function so that people with interests in X, Y or Z are notified of posts relating to that interest? Do I have to keep coming back and searching?
Are posts time-stamped (so readers can know how old they are) or do they expire?
If you look at Community on any Craigslist page, you will see the existing alternative. So, shouldn't your site say in some way why Cloreen is better than Craigslist and MeetUp?
I don't understand how Cloreen saves you time or money.
Finally, I clicked on one of your icons and was taken to https://mobirise.com/. Really? A link to a app developer?
Good luck.
