Sadly the app had problems even when it was being supported 6 years ago & it's just gotten worse with time. Personally I think poweramp is more like what it should have been & is an option I'd suggest.

I think the new licenses allow limited reactivations. However, I recently upgraded my phone after purchasing pro less than a year ago and was able to install the pro version on the new phone without having to pay again.
Here are excerpts from the official website:
*> Poweramp v3 (build 800+) Poweramp website license is per one device. Limited number of re-activations available – for device upgrades, etc. No Google Account / Services are required.
Poweramp v2 Poweramp Full Version can be used on device with either Google Account, Email Account (Google Pop3/IMAP), or Yahoo Account registered on it. *
u/Fabulous-Parfait-566 u/vext01 I ended up using Poweramp, a 3rd party music player. Here is the link to their site https://powerampapp.com/
I did not compare their power consumption so I do not have an answer at this moment though.
(By SoC I meant the chip, or the CPU if you prefer.)
I usually try to buy my music directly from the (smaller) artist trough bandcamp or similar sites. If those are not available I try to get a CD (could be tricky sometimes) and rip it myself.
Poweramp is a Audioplayer App
if your on android use poweramp https://powerampapp.com/ it has built in EQ output to any device.
Headphones wise look into Sony sony le wh-1000xm3 or xm4 are the best you can get.
Looks like if you bought on Google Play Store, multiple devices via single Google Play account but in your case for just a registered apk ...

It's worth trying if PowerAmp will work on two devices on one registered email but I'm not sure based on lack of documentation.
Your question is confusing.
Why would you set up a second email between two different devices? You're suggesting needing to buy another copy of Poweramp apk for a secondary device- which I think is your question- but confusingly worded.
Just try and see if activating works on both. They say you have a limited amount of reactivations which you can take advantage of.
I use power amp and just copy my music files over with a USB cable. Power amp, and most other media playing apps work best if your MP3s have accurate ID3 tags and embedded art. Though, Poweramp will work fine with tagless MP3s in folders.
My music collection is fairly small at ~115 albums (1400 songs). I sat down one afternoon and fixed every single ID3 tag with MP3Tag. It took a few hours but was well worth it. My MP3 music collection now transfers between apps and platforms seamlessly. Tracks always have the right info and always have album art.
Very good music player: https://powerampapp.com/ Fix MP3 ID3 tags: https://www.mp3tag.de/en/

I find Poweramp has a nicer UI, but Neutron has more features. Other "bit perfect" apps generally are for USB DACs.
The default LG music player app on those phones also uses the bit perfect mode iirc, so you can try that.
