Have you tried whereby.com ? it's very simple, loads fast, and requires no installation. There are limits on the number of participants for the free plan, as expected, but it could work well for your needs.

solcode.dev has a very similar layout to old rabbit but uses discord
watchparty.me has a virtual browsing for sharing pornsite videos or you can play any file in your computer tho it might delay if your connection is slow.

I play on PlayEDH Discord over webcam or phone (there are apps that make it a webcam). Just setup a free account on whereby.com and/or virtualedh.com. Its been great and easier to get started than I thought it would be.
I even get to use my actual cards, which is important to me.

Any way to can do a step by step of how you guys are doing your setups? So I seen the phone on top of cardboard or deck boxes over a playmat, with a computer next to it. So the 2 player both log in with their computers and phones to what software then what?

If you are using your phone rather than a webcam make sure your phone is elevated high enough so you can click the camera button when in a video call and switch to the front camera. Some phones have multiple front cameras, so you may need to cycle through by pressing the button a few times. An easy setup would be to use 2 large deck boxes as a stand for your phone.

Security
In the FREE version of the Service, users can use “Small meeting” mode (up to 4 participants). Streams will always be encrypted (DTLS-SRTP) in transit, but will be decrypted and re-encrypted when passing through the video routers. We operate an infrastructure of video routers distributed across the world, and you will be automatically routed to the closest one. The video router servers and all of our infrastructure adhere to strict security measures, preventing any eavesdropping or interruption of the video/audio streams

If you pay 10$ or so a month you get possibility for more branding, multiple rooms and more people in the meeting (I think its 12 max) and some other stuff. I have nothing to do with it, just really love how easy it is to use and how good it works
Same, but Zoom was particularly bad. This is apparently a more secure video conferencing platform. I have not looked into it but the people at r/privacy and similar seem to tentatively, cautiously approve-ish.
I personally use https://whereby.com. The times I've downloaded the info they store on me, it's all been reasonable, and since they use WebRTC and don't require accounts for anyone except the host, it's pretty friction-less.

I've been doing this off and on for a few years. Depending on how many people are playing, Skype works well. It becomes kind of an audio nightmare with 4 people (EDH games). For 1 on 1 playtesting, it's excellent. I also use whereby.com as a super quick way to get 1v1 games going with a playtest partner, and it's privately viewable by only those in the room.
