This app includes tafseer of the qur'an; that basically includes what you're requesting, as well as deeper things, like which rulings were derived from certain verses, etc.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
This is a very good app with translation and tafsir and it has no ads
I know it's not a book but, I use this app, Quran with tafsir.
It has translation, transliteration and explanation(tafsir). You can add your own notes and bookmarks too.
If you do get a book I would recommend to get one with the explanation(tafsir), as the context is integral to understanding the message.
Both the life of the prophet and the quran were part of revelation and they complement each other. Most verses were revealed as news or guidance in a particular time of their struggle. The book was then later ordered with the help of Gabriel into the correct order and revised.
this app gives you explanation by ibn kathir if you tap on the verse and then tap the scholarly icon.
It has word for word translation and If you tap a word it will show you it's root and where it's repeated in the Qur'an.
Peace brother, I am sure you are feeling things inside that are hard to describe. I reverted a little more than a year ago and it is definitely something "meant to be," there is no such thing as a coincidence. Also, I know exactly what you mean when you say you felt like you have been a Muslim man all your life. Know that this is a huge blessing for you as it has been for me, for Allaah to guide you onto the straight path and allow you a chance to build a relationship with Him, the Creator, Sustainer, Cherisher of all things in the Heavens and the Earth. I ask that Allaah keeps you firm upon Islam, guides you and continues to bless you immensely. Ameen.
I have been using this app after a brother showed it to me and its the best I have found. It has an exegesis of the Qu'ran for verses that you might want to further learn about an put in context in English and it is completely free.

I've found this app to be very good for tafseer: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
It even has other really cool features, like letting you click on each individual arabic word in the Qur'an to read it's meaning.
This app is free from advertisements.
Al Quran (Tafsir & by Word):

Also check out their website for their Hadith Collection app: https://greentechapps.com
I tend to use Saheeh International as it is widely used, in combination with the translated tafseer (exegesis) of Ibn Katheer. I recommend this app: Al Quran (Tafsir & by Word).
If it works for you I highly recommend this app. It is a very helpful app.
You can choose from many translations, recitors and languages in the settings. It also gives you explanation by ibn kathir if you tap on the verse and then tap the scholarly icon. If you tap a word it will shpw you it's root and where it's repeated in the Qur'an.
Start with asking you creator to guide you to the truth, and to make easy for your heart to accept it.

Good app to read the Qur'an
I really really like this particular app, bc you can set it up to let you read the Arabic word by word, rather than as a single unbroken line of text.
However, one huge downside is it doesn't include some of the more progressive or inclusive translations. It does have several reciters, including some who are slow and clear and easy to follow.
It all depends on what you're looking for.

Salam, thanks good luck with your study. Btw if you have an android device you can download this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran&hl=en&gl=US it translate every word in the quran, give the parts of speech and the root.
Assalamualaikum,
I use this app. Al Quran (Tafsir & by Word). Pic of the logo.
I love it. You can pick the as many translations as you want and it also has transliteration. It has tafisr as well as indicated by its name. If you want to make the font bigger just zoom like you would for a photo.
Peace
Ameen.
I know but an inkling of Arabic, but from what I can understand, the gist of this dua is:
O Lord, grant me the good of this life and the good of the next life, and save me from the punishment of the Fire.
Something I have done which really helps has been to read a word-by-word translation of the Quran whilst also reading a holistic translation, through the al-Quran app. I can't promise it's the most efficient way to learn, but it has definitely helped a lot with understanding Quranic Arabic and motivating me to focus when I read the Quran.
After a while, you start to accumulate a decent enough vocabulary to at least understand the basic and oft-repeated phrases even without looking at the translation.
If you have Android, I recommend downloading Al Quran (Tafsir & by Word) - Green Tech with the Saheeh International translation and the translation of the tafseer (exegesis) of Ibn Katheer.
I usually use Saheeh International in combination with Tafseer Ibn Katheer ("Exegesis of Ibn Katheer").
This Android app is quite nice: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
As muslims we must spell the name of Allah and praise Him, how else can we write the Quran if we cant write the names of Allah? And its not disrespectful at all as Allah commands every human to mention His names and teach them. Allah ta'ala says:
"so celebrate the name of your Lord and devote yourself wholeheart-edly to Him." Al-muzzamil 8.
"And mention the name of your Lord [in prayer] morning and evening" Al-Insan 25.
"So glorify the Name of your Lord, the Greatest." Al-Waqi'a 74.
"Allah has the Most Beautiful Names. So call upon Him by them, and keep away from those who abuse His Names. They will be punished for what they used to do." Al-A'raf 180.
"Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Call upon Allah or call upon the Most Compassionate—whichever you call, He has the Most Beautiful Names.”..." Al-Isra' 110
And more. On a related note, when you read the Quran you will not understand much of it due to lack of knowledge about the context and about the life of the Prophet mohammed peace be upon him. You can always search the tafseer(the arabic word for "explanation") of such verses or download the smartphone app "Al Quran" which imo the best Quran app, the app provides both the different translations of the verses and the numerous tafseers. Link to the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
Alsalāmu alaikum wa rahmatullāhi wa barakātu (Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of God) بِسْــــــــمِ اٌللَّهِ اٌلرَّحْمَنِ اٌلرَّحِيْـــــــــمِ (In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.)
>What is a good English translation of the Quaran?
Well theirs alot and eveyone has their own preference. I would suggest the Sahih international, it's popular and many people understand it easily.
You can download this app, it's the Qur'ān app, you get also find word for word and read it in English as well as other languages. Also has Qur'ān recitations!
It's called "Al Qur'ān"
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
I think their is the same app for iphone as well.
And Allāh Knows Best.
Alsalāmu alaikum wa rahmatullāhi wa barakātu brother, I actually would recommend you this app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
It's great Mā'shā'Allāh, you can repeat verses and all, it's amazing and no ads or anything! If you want the English and Arabic you should click "Mishary/walk (Arabic/English). Hope that helps:)
Al Quran (Tafsir & by Word) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran&hl=en_GB&gl=US
It has translations in many languages, many speakers who recite the Quran (you can choose your favourite), it has no advertisements, bookmarks and notes! etc,
Read the Qur'an from start to end. If you don't understand something click on the verse read the tafseer/explanation. And you can search on Google islamqa.info for q&a.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
Any one who gets the message of Islam and dies without accepting it will burn in hellfire for eternity. There is no god but Allah who is one and without any partners. In this life Allah is merciful to all but in the next life disbelievers will be void of any mercy. But for the believers if one meets Allah without associating any partners and a world full of sin, Allah will meet him with a world full of mercy. Allah forgives all sin except for the sin of shirk(associating partners with him) but if someone repents before death Allah forgives all sin. We re not children of Allah. All shall return to Allah as nothing but slaves.
I suggest your first read the Qur'an with explanation. Here is a Qur'an app. If you don't understand a verse, click on it and go to tafseer/explanation. If you have any questions you can ask here or can Google islamqa.info which is trustworthy Islamic site.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
No it's the explanation. Download this app and click on a verse and go to tafseer.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
The Quran tafsir app on Google play.
And for Sahih Bukhari test which one on the app store works for you(make sure Google play doesn't automatically send you to searching audiobooks). The one I use apparently has bad reviews because it doesn't work on some devices but it worked for me so I'm not changing yet.
If you use mobile checkout this app, ith as the same tafsir and many lookup features, like it shows you were a word is repeated in the Qur'an, it's literal meaning etc. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
My favourite app is this one. Has so many reciters, translation and tafseers. You just gotta select which ones you want to download for offline and nothing extra to download for online.
Also, it has colour coded tajweed, which helped me a lot to learn.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
That's a great initiative.
You can download this Quran app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran) this has translations as well.
Also I also recommend to listen to the Quran recitation. https://youtu.be/IKZ57sdcFK4
Also remember never judge a religion by its people, coz they are people who may be good or bad you never know. I guess by start reading the Quran you can feel and see the words of creator is taking to you rather than men.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
Download app from above link.
Lot of translation available.. try Mustafa khattab, the clear Quran translation... Tafsir(explaination) of each verse also available.
No, your mother said something for which there is no basis.
What is important is that you embark on the journal of understanding the Qur'an and part of that is learning Arabic.
Take your time, there's no need to finish the Qur'an in arabic immediately, you'll benefit more had you spent the same amount of time on a smaller portion and read it with understanding and tafsir and acted upon it.
Checkout bayyinahtv.com they have great resources for learning arabic of the Qur'an.
This app has tafsir and translation https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
this app gives you explanation by ibn kathir if you tap on the verse and then tap the scholarly icon.
Ibn kathir is the most well known and trusted tafsir.
It has word for word translation and If you tap a word it will show you it's root and where it's repeated in the Qur'an.
For the time being you can use this app. It is a very helpful app.
You can choose from many translations, recitors and languages in the settings. It also gives you explanation by ibn kathir if you tap on the verse and then tap the scholarly icon. If you tap a word it will shpw you it's root and where it's repeated in the Qur'an.
Wa alaikum salam brother.
I hope that you will great benefit from this channel. They have many great series on different topics that will benefit you.
I will recommend you to dedicate some off your effort to learning arabic, since it is the foundation of the knowledge of this religion.
Gradually memorize parts of the Qur'an with translation so that you gain vocabulary and familiarity. Combine that by learning grammar and theb sarf. This way they will complement each other.
To read tafsir and Qur'an with word by word translation, I can recommend you this app..
May Allah ease your path to knowledge.
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever travels a path in search of knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise.”
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2699
You can listen to it if you like https://youtu.be/xQ5Bk0x8dBo, it was meant to be recited as it was revealed and it is quite beautiful.
I recommend this app. It gives an explanation by ibn kathir for each verse when you tap the scholarly icon.
Greentech's Quran app is a great app to learn the Quran digitally because you can have multiple translations available & also can learn it word by word. You can find it in Apple Store too.
For me I can see both simultaneously. I use this app btw https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran&hl=en_IN&gl=US
Although a nice app, there are many others which have similar or more functionalities. Al Quran (Tafsir & by Word) comes to mind.
Maybe we should try to create something which is not available now. Let's have a chat.
I'm a fresher (working in a startup). What computer engineers can do is to build platforms & tools to enhance our practicing and to assist in our spiritual journey.
But, in my humble opinion, the frontiers are institutions like Zaytoona, Bayyina, Yaqeen, Deenstream, ..etc. For me, an ideal work would be in one of these visionary institutes, whatever field it is (ML, back-end, front-end...)
Another ideal work can be of augmenting works of such institutions and of creating localised parallel platforms...so that it can address all the issues faced by each culture/city.
As for the Qur'an app, I think Al-Quran app (for android & iOS ) of Greentech-Apps-Foundation ( link : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran ) is the best Quran app there is, and contributing to it would be a much practical and beneficial to the Ummah. There are lots of Quran apps already...so I won't consider reinventing the wheel.
But, no matter how small our results...what really matters is our niyyath.
May Allah bless us with sincerest intentions and inspire us to follow the truth...Ameen
Al Quran is the best in my opinion. It has plenty of different reciters, tajweed, different arabic fonts, lots of different translations and transliterations, word for word translations etc..
May i recoomend this to you https://ayah.app/ And if not may this be better https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran But i prefer the first myself, you will find three arabic translations and only one english one, choose it and you will find the translation below every ayah,it is simple and good, hope anyone here know better about Quran apps and help,May Allah help you, bro.
This app is good, user interface in 15 languages, translation and tafaseer in 35+ languages, 30+ reciters included, supports word by word in many languages: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
Why does it matter if it's Shia?
Everyone's journey is different, when it comes to learning. Perhaps I'll explain some of my journey and you can see what's useful to you.
As a kid, I was taught the Alif Baa Taa Arabic alphabet but not what the words meant. Perhaps that feels familiar?
The first time I read in English, I had an English book and an Arabic Quran. I would read a few sentences in one language, and then the other. It took a little longer but gave a better feel for what was said and helped me to start picking up often repeated words here and there.
(I didn't know about Quran.com at the time, but that is a good suggestion. They have many translations. I like the Sahih International one. Apparently, It was written by three revert women from North America who studied in the Middle East. So the language is very accessible to modern English readers.)
After that, I found a PDF of a word-for-word translation. It helped me to pick up more words. After a few times through, I can now usually understand what is being said when I hear a recitation. Not perfectly, but getting there, InshaAllah.
I also found the Al Quran app. Android link. It has word-for-word and full sentence translations and also has a tafsir feature. Usually, I just read the translation or Arabic but, sometimes, you will come across a verse that seems confusing. That's when it's useful to have a tafsir on hand to add some context and explanation for the revelation.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
I have been using this one. I find it easy to use, allows me to choose which translation i want (it seems to have many)
It also lets me choose who I want to recite the Quran. Again a huge selection including english.
Night theme is nice too
Adhustable text size is nice
There seems to be alot of features
I tried another app before this and settled on this one.
There are also no adds.
The best app by far that I've ever used after tons of trial and I'd give 100% to is - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran - it has more than you need. If anyone needs help to use it let me know
Try this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
It's very, very good, imo
It doesn't seem to have an English version of al-Tabari, but does have English Ibn Katheer and al-Jalalayn.
You said they are 'meaningless' words? It sounds like you don't understand what you're reciting, which is obviously not great. Simply put, if you want to feel something while praying, you're really going to have to try to understand at least some of the Qur'an. Try this app; you can tap on any single word of the Qur'an and it'll give you the English translation, I learned many Arabic words using it.
Superb work Jazakallahu Khairan Kaseeran.
People like me really needs this for better understanding of the word of Allah.
Add feature for Tafsir
BTW consider this app: Al-Quran word by word https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/al-quran-tafsir-by-word/id1437038111?mt=8
Try this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
It's called 'al-quran (tafseer and by-word)'. It lets you check the meaning of each word of the quran just by tapping them and even goes into a bit of the grammar. Also it has english tafseer, which means deeper explanation, of the quran. It's really good.
Not really. You are jumping the gun.
Many people jump straight to point five, while not looking for points 1-4. In fact, not only do people jump to the fifth point, but they also use the English language (which has been translated from Arabic by fallible men – in sha Allah with pure intentions) rather than the original Arabic that Allah has revealed His Book in.
If you do not know the meaning of an ayah or a passage, that is the methodology to follow. Based on this, many tafaseer (exegesises) have been written. For example, Tafseer ibn Katheer. (For those using Android, I recommend Al Quran (Tafsir & by Word) by Green Tech).
Welcome!
what is Islam all about is a great introduction to islam.
Also, To understand the the quran, commentary or tafsir is essential as it provides the context in which the verse was revealed and what it means.
The standard is tafsir ibn kathir.
This app has translation and tafsir.
Nouman a.k. has a great commentary on a most chapters, incase you want a deeper explanation on the linguistics used.
If you want to listen to the recitation with translation I'll recommend Al Fajr(the Dawn), Al Insan(man) and this playlist.
I would also recommend the life of the prophet, as it is an integral part of revelation.
You may also find these series on the signs interesting.
For random questions, you will often find answers on google from islamqa, which is a reliable website which supports it's answer with evidence and provides multiple views in that.
Not sure to what extent this answers your question, but I will give you an exegese.
From Ibn Katheer's tafseer (exegese, English translated):
>.زُيِّنَ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا وَيَسْخَرُونَ مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَالَّذِينَ اتَّقَواْ فَوْقَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ... > >Beautified is the life of this world for those who disbelieve, and they mock at those who believe. But those who have Taqwa, will be above them on the Day of Resurrection. And Allah gives (of His bounty, blessings, favors, and honors on the Day of Resurrection) to whom He wills without limit. > >Allah states that He has made the life of this world beautiful for the disbelievers who are satisfied with it, who collect wealth, but refrain from spending it on what they have been commanded, which could earn them Allah's pleasure. > >Instead, they ridicule the believers who ignore this life and who spend whatever they earn on what pleases their Lord. The believers spend seeking Allah's Face, and this is why they have gained the ultimate happiness and the best share on the Day of the Return. Therefore, they will be exalted above the disbelievers at the Gathering Place, when they are gathered, during the resurrection and in their final destination. The believers will reside in the highest grades in the utmost highs, while the disbelievers will reside in the lowest of lows (in the Fire). > >This is why Allah said: > >...(وَاللّهُ يَرْزُقُ مَن يَشَاء بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ ﴿٢١٢ > >And Allah gives to whom He wills without limit. > >This Ayah indicates that Allah gives sustenance to whomever He wills of His servants without count or limit in this and the Hereafter. > >A Hadith has stated (that Allah said): > >ابْنَ آدَمَ أَنْفِقْ أُنْفِقْ عَلَيْك > >O son of Adam! Spend (in Allah's cause) and I (Allah) will spend on you. > >The Prophet said: > >أَنْفِقْ بِلَالُ وَلَا تَخْشَ مِنْ ذِي الْعَرْشِ إِقْلَالًا > >O Bilal! Spend and do not fear deprivation from the Owner of the Throne. > >Allah said: > >وَمَآ أَنفَقْتُمْ مِّن شَىْءٍ فَهُوَ يُخْلِفُهُ > >...and whatsoever you spend of anything (in Allah's cause), He will replace it. (34:39) > >In addition, it is reported in the Sahih that the Prophet said: > >أَنَّ مَلَكَيْنِ يَنْزِلَانِ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ صَبِيحَةَ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ فَيَقُولُ أحَدُهُمَا:اللَّهُمَّ أَعْطِ مُنْفِقًا خَلَفًا، وَيَقُولُ الآخَرُ: اللَّهُمَّ أعْطِ مُمْسِكًا تَلَفًا > >Every day two angels come down from heavens and one of them says, 'O Allah! Compensate every person who spends in Your cause,' and the other (angel) says, 'O Allah! Destroy every miser.' > >Also in the Sahih: > >يَقُولُ ابْنُ آدَمَ: مَالِي مَالِي. > >وَهَلْ لَكَ مِنْ مَالِكَ إِلَّا مَا أَكَلْتَ فَأَفْنَيْتَ، وَمَا لَبِسْتَ فَأَبْلَيْتَ، وَمَا تَصَدَّقْتَ فَأَمْضَيْتَ، وَمَا سِوَى ذلِكَ فَذَاهِبٌ وَتَارِكُهُ لِلنَّاس > >The son of Adam says, 'My money, my money!' > >Yet, what is your money except that which you eat and use up, wear and tear, and spend in charity and thus keep (in your record). Other than that, it will go away and will be left for the people (the inheritors). > >In addition, Imam Ahmad reported that the Prophet said: > >الدُّنْيَا دَارُ مَنْ لَا دَارَ لَهُ، وَمَالُ مَنْ لَا مَالَ لَهُ، وَلَهَا يَجْمَعُ مَنْ لَا عَقْلَ لَه > >The Dunya (life of this world) is the residence of those who have no residence, the wealth of those who have no wealth, and it is harvested by those who have no sense of reason.
For easy accessible exegeses, I recommend the Al Quran (Tafsir & by Word) app by Green Tech.
Bro/sis. Kindly delete MuslimPro. They sell location data which was used by US army to do drone strikes on remote areas of Afghanistan and Pakistan. There are tons of other apps.
You can try
Qur'an Tafsir and By-Word

SalamApp
This app will surely fits your needs & more. There's an iPhone version too. Look for greentech Quran.
Salam alaikum It's an Android app called Al Quran https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
Get one with tafsir(exegesis) Ibn kathir. I use this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran, it has many translations and also tafsir.
greentech . Can try this.
This is a very good app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran
They got into some shade for selling user data,
Here is what I use instead:
For Quran: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greentech.quran and https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.quran.labs.androidquran
For Prayer times: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.reworewo.prayertimes
All these are free and ad-free. Jazakallah
You can start by reading the Quran and the Hadith. I suggest downloading this Quran app and this hadith app. I suggest using abdul haleems translation since it's contemporary English and easy to grasp. And this app has prayer times and duas.
Theres a lot of youtube channels like merciful servant, freequraneducation, one islam productions etc. And there are other people you can follow as well like assim al hakim for general information and inquiries. And this goes without saying but you are not expected to learn everything overnight. Take small steps and explore and understand your relationship with Allah and how He is closer to you than you realize. If you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to message. I will try to answer them to the best of my abilities. You can even post on r/converts.
Lastly, this channel might help with the issue of marriage. Keep in mind the person you will be marrying has already been written for you. And when trying to find a husband/wife the criteria is they HAVE TO have good iman and good character. Both of these vital. You shouldn't go after someone who has one or the other.
Its best to get to know someone then marrying them and without dating them as dating is haram. Prophet Muhammad PBUH used to work for Khadija RA for three years i believe and during that time they got to know each other and got to understand each others character and that's when she proposed marriage. So thats the ideal way. Good luck and welcome to the club. Allahu Akbar

To be muslim all you have to do is say your shahadah - Your testification of faith.
You can do it in your home alone right now or you can go to a neighborhood mosque and tell the imam you want to take your shahadah. I have also heard there is a website which connects you to muslims so they can witness you taking your shahada though it is unnecessary.
i've linked an image of the shahada in arabic script, arabic transliteration, and english translation.

Becoming a muslim is as easy as reciting it of your free will.
DONE.
After that you should do the bath of ghusl to purify yourself.
https://www.wikihow.com/Perform-Ghusl
After that you can pray to Allah
https://raleighmasjid.org/how-to-pray/salah.htm
and then supplicate him

saying alhamdulillah (all praise and thanks be to allah) , asking him to forgive your past sins, thanking him for guiding you back to islam, and asking him to guide you in the future, to give you a place in the highest part of the garden of eden (Jannatul firdaus), and to save you from the hellfire and the punishment of the grave.
Since Muslims believe everyone is born muslim and pure and are only taken away from that by their environment(parents etc.), you will be returning to the faith.

Salam u alaikum, welcome to Islam brother.
You found the truth at such a young age, while most teens are focused on their desires, that's remarkable.
Worship of the youth is not like any other! Allah has promised the youth that grew up in worship his shade on the day of Resurrection.
If you want to get get ahead and make this path easy, then I have one advice and that is to seek knowledge of the guidance.
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever travels a path in search of knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise.”

God revealed guidance by sending messengers to nations since Adam until the last messenger. Yes, God has promised by this guidance a good life but that is not the purpose. The true attainment is only in the afterlife and this is a life of trials.
The purpose of the message is to warn and give good tidings to those who follow the guidance.
Islam is the religion of all prophets, you may already know that the term judaism is not in fact related to the religion but rather the nation of Juda. But the religion of submission to God was the same as given to Noah, Abraham and after them. Jesus was the final messenger to the Jews, however they denied Him as they killed His cousin John. Then He gave the same guidance to the nation of Ishmael, this time until the day of Resurrection.
Al-Hajj 22:52
And We did not send before you any messenger or prophet except that when he spoke [or recited], Satan threw into it [some misunderstanding]. But Allah abolishes that which Satan throws in; then Allah makes precise His verses. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.
Al-Hajj 22:53
لِّيَجْعَلَ مَا يُلْقِى ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ فِتْنَةً لِّلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ وَٱلْقَاسِيَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْۗ وَإِنَّ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ لَفِى شِقَاقٍۭ بَعِيدٍ
[That is] so He may make what Satan throws in [i.e., asserts] a trial for those within whose hearts is disease and those hard of heart. And indeed, the wrongdoers are in extreme dissension.
Al-Hajj 22:54
And so those who were given knowledge may know that it is the truth from your Lord and [therefore] believe in it, and their hearts humbly submit to it. And indeed is Allah the Guide of those who have believed to a straight path.
Al-Hajj 22:55
وَلَا يَزَالُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى مِرْيَةٍ مِّنْهُ حَتَّىٰ تَأْتِيَهُمُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ بَغْتَةً أَوْ يَأْتِيَهُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمٍ عَقِيمٍ
But those who disbelieve will not cease to be in doubt of it until the Hour comes upon them unexpectedly or there comes to them the punishment of a barren Day.
One has to believe in all prophets and follow the last and now final Guidance. Rejecting any means rejecting them all.
God has given us free will and He also has decreed everything. It is both. God decreed with wisdom, not randomly. The believer assumes good of their Lord and knows that His Lord is just in His decree so He receives good, whereas the disbeliever assumes evil of His Lord and receives evil.
Here is a good explanation of free will in Islam. https://www.abuaminaelias.com/why-should-a-muslim-act-if-everything-is-already-decreed-by-allah/

And whoever submits his face [i.e., self] to Allah while he is a doer of good – then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold. And to Allah will be the outcome of [all] matters.

As someone who is older and has gone down the same road. My advice to you is to stop this sin, especially if you are watching explicit material. Beware of what affects your heart because it is what holds your faith. If you expose it to evil good will depart soon. It doesn't get easier, now is your time.
وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ
And none deny it except every sinful transgressor.
إِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِ ءَايَٰتُنَا قَالَ أَسَٰطِيرُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
When Our verses are recited to him, he says, "Legends of the former peoples."
كَلَّاۖ بَلْۜ رَانَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يَكْسِبُونَ
No! Rather, the stain has covered their hearts of that which they were earning.
Al-Mutaffifin 83:12-14
Also, know that from the roots of faith is assuming good of Allah. Assume good and be patient.
Lower your gaze. Avoid boredom and occupy yourself with what benefits you and it will be easier for you to distract from temptations.
Take the means to purify your heart, spend time listening to the Qur'an.

Also, To understand the the quran, commentary or tafsir is essential as it provides the context in which the verse was revealed and what it means.
The standard is tafsir ibn kathir.
This app has translation and tafsir.
Nouman a.k. has a great commentary on all chapters, incase you want a deeper explanation on the linguistics used.

First of islam is not a minority in the world but muslims are a minority in western counties (does that make sense it's pretty simple) And you say muslims are terrorist most of those terrorist organization are created by the cia "America is the biggest terrorist organization in the word" those are not my words those are the words of american well known linguist, historian, political activist noam chomsky https://www.euronews.com/2015/04/17/chomsky-says-us-is-world-s-biggest-terrorist You in the west go around invading countries and killing people by the millons and somehow if someone seeks revenge for his family or country they are terrorists and they are the bad guys. Even if there are terrorists the vast majority of them are fighting for political reasons and islam is not the reason but if a Muslim kills someone it must be islam when americans and Israel kill the millions it's for peace france killed millions in Algeria we didn't blame christianity but you are programed Most of what you bringing up is out of context I don't think you even read those verses you probably googled them and copy pasted them here any way let's go though them one by one Al-Baqarah 2:190
وَقَٰتِلُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَٰتِلُونَكُمْ وَلَا تَعْتَدُوٓا۟ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُعْتَدِينَ Fight in the way of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress. Indeed. Allah does not like transgressors.
And kill them wherever you overtake them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you, and fitnah is worse than killing. And do not fight them at al-Masjid al- Haram until they fight you there. But if they fight you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers
Al-Baqarah 2:193 وَقَٰتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ ٱلدِّينُ لِلَّهِۖ فَإِنِ ٱنتَهَوْا۟ فَلَا عُدْوَٰنَ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ Fight them until there is no [more] fitnah and [until] worship is [acknowledged to be] for Allah . But if they cease, then there is to be no aggression except against the oppressors.
Your second example
Al-Baqarah 2:244 وَقَٰتِلُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ And fight in the cause of Allah and know that Allah is Hearing and Knowing.
Your third example is out of context as well you have to start at this verse
And when you travel throughout the land, there is no blame upon you for shortening the prayer, [especially] if you fear that those who disbelieve may disrupt [or attack] you. Indeed, the disbelievers are ever to you a clear enemy.
An-Nisa' 4:104 وَلَا تَهِنُوا۟ فِى ٱبْتِغَآءِ ٱلْقَوْمِۖ إِن تَكُونُوا۟ تَأْلَمُونَ فَإِنَّهُمْ يَأْلَمُونَ كَمَا تَأْلَمُونَۖ وَتَرْجُونَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَرْجُونَۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا And do not weaken in pursuit of the enemy. If you should be suffering - so are they suffering as you are suffering, but you expect from Allah that which they expect not. And Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.
Your fourth example has to start with verse 32 Al-Ma'idah 5:32 مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَٰلِكَ كَتَبْنَا عَلَىٰ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ أَنَّهُۥ مَن قَتَلَ نَفْسًۢا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَمَنْ أَحْيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَآ أَحْيَا ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعًاۚ وَلَقَدْ جَآءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُنَا بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ ثُمَّ إِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنْهُم بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ لَمُسْرِفُونَ Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely. And our messengers had certainly come to them with clear proofs. Then indeed many of them, [even] after that, throughout the land, were transgressors.
Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment,
Your last example lets put it into context as well shall we
:.Al-Anfal 8:38 قُل لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ إِن يَنتَهُوا۟ يُغْفَرْ لَهُم مَّا قَدْ سَلَفَ وَإِن يَعُودُوا۟ فَقَدْ مَضَتْ سُنَّتُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ Say to those who have disbelieved [that] if they cease, what has previously occurred will be forgiven for them. But if they return [to hostility] - then the precedent of the former [rebellious] peoples has already taken place.
Al-Anfal 8:39 وَقَٰتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ ٱلدِّينُ كُلُّهُۥ لِلَّهِۚ فَإِنِ ٱنتَهَوْا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ And fight them until there is no fitnah and [until] the religion, all of it, is for Allah . And if they cease - then indeed, Allah is Seeing of what they do.

It's very, very good, imo
Pake app-nya greentech aja. Tanpa iklan, dan fiturnya lebih lengkap.
