This one is pretty easy. Download the FAA's app. You can pinpoint your location and see restrictions. Be careful downtown, as there are specific restrictions (eg, Grady hospital, King Center...). And, obviously, don't get anywhere even close to the airport.

I think the best in the biz right now (for the money) is the DJI Air 2S. You can get a Mavic Mini for less than $500, so the Air 2s is double the price, but it has features you'll grow into instead of growing out of.
Most drone rules are pretty common sense, but they do change depending on where you are. B4UFly is an app that helps you check local regs (and airspaces) before you fly, it's a good place to start. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=gov.faa.b4ufly2
I can't really tell where in the valley this is, but if you're within 5 miles of Sky Harbor or any other airport without notifying them first, you're in violation. Rule #4 from that site you linked.
Here's a link to Arizona-specific drone regulations.
My best suggestion is to use the B4UFLY app on your phone to ensure the airspace you're in is clear and legal.
Happy flying. Cool video!
Also not sure if you have an android but this is the app I use to check flight restrictions. App is called B4UFLY app author is the FAA incase you don't got android.

I've been flying drones for about 2 years now and haven't run into a huge community around it yet, but every once in a while I'll run into another pilot when I take my Parrot Bebop 2 out.
The FAA made a terrible app to help:

But yeah, Fargo is totally covered as no fly.
I would recommend to everybody to download the app: "B4UFly" onto your IOS or android device. The app is put out by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and allows you to very easily determine if you can fly where you are by using your phone's/tablet's (I have it on both) internal GPS to find your location and what the airspace and TFRs (temporary flight restrictions) are. The app also allows you to plan future flights and see conflicts in your flight plan before you get out to the site!
