> Clip Stack
I loved Clip Stack but the dev decided to close the source in 2015 for some reason without telling anyone (that I can find). On the Play Store it still says "Open Source" but the source of all these new version are nowhere to be found. I find it interesting that the Github says
> ###Deprecated
> This project is deprecated because of personal reason.
But it's still being updated on Google Play.
You could download something lighter weight if you wanted. No sense in downloading the Drive app if all you want is copy to clipboard. Plus, it has some nice features too; (spoiler, I don't use this app).
An even lighter weight app that only has the ability to copy stuff to the clipboard from the share menu--if you so desire.
A better tool I recently came across is Clip Stack. It has a floating notification button. Once copied, you can press the button to edit the contents before pasting. Very handy.

That's a great one! As an alternative, I've been using Clip Stack for months now and although it doesn't have keyboard support, it lives as an expandable notification which works well.
I can't say I know of a replacement, unfortunately. It still works for me, though. I suppose I'd suggest using Clip Stack - in my experience with it in the past, it has always been a pretty reliable and convenient option
I have an Android phone and I use clipstack
Simple app, you can make separate text boxes that your can easily copy and paste via button. It's perfect for this is usage scenario.

First off, what phone did you have? Second, what phone do you have now?
Stock Android (Nexus/Pixel) has no clipboard "tray" only a single memory copy/paste function. Depending on what phone you had it may have been added to the operating system, and your new phone doesn't have it.
There are a lot of 3rd party apps that can do this though. I personally use Clip Stack.
Unfortunately, even though Clip Stack on Play Store is still being updated, the source of Clip Stack is now closed, even though they claim to be open source in the description.
The app is running smoothly for me. Going by the limited usage thus far, probably one of the two or three best clipboard apps I've tried.
I currently use Clip Stack because I can assign it as my assist app (home long press). I may be in the minority given most people leave that as assistant, but I find that to be the most convenient way to launch a clipboard overlay. Is there any chance that option might be added? Maybe a dark theme?
And if you're on Android you could try this: Clip Stack
It stores copied things (and shows a interactive list in your notifications if you want) and you can 'star' favourites for quick access, too (like shruggies or whatever ¯\(ツ)/¯)
The devs also offer a nice text undo/redo thingy: Inputting Plus
I'm not affiliated with the devs, I just really like these apps.
Clip Stack is fantastic.
Even more cool when I finally realized two finger swipe down in notification shade expands stuff, haha.
This has been a big gripe of mine for a long time. And not having a system clipboard! I miss it when I was on Samsung it worked out all the time because of the stock clipboard history.
For multi-device copy paste I have been using airdroid.com It was also the tool I used for sending text messages from my computer before Android messenger had these features baked in.
For clipboard history I've been using clip stack
There was an open sourced one, named as CLIP STACK... but it went closed source 5years back. This app was last updated back in Sept2019. I still supports android 10...don’t know if it supports android 11
You have to use some Clipboard managers like Clip Stake or Automation apps like Tasker.
I use Clip Stack (clipboard manager) and Inputting+(because I like to have undo/redo text function in all apps).
(They are from the same developer)
Another clipboard manager, "Clip Stack" has an ADB workaround for Android 10. I wonder something like that would work with other clipboard manager apps?
Clip Stack can do this if you save (local, Drive, whatever) before sharing. If you try to directly share through, say, GMail, it'll just paste.
You can also assign it as your home assist app, assuming you don't use Assistant. That would let you open it in an overlay while in other apps by holding your home button. Which might be convenient if you do this often.
Use this clipboard manager free and open source
Clip Stack is pretty good. Using 6.82 MB ram right now.
Just press on the menu of the packs in the sticker menu, press 'copy link' and put them here.
Like it always worked.
(Sec, I'll get those and put them here for y'all)

If you often copy and paste tons of stuff, like I just did, but don't want to switch apps like crazy:
Here's a godsend app for Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.catchingnow.tinyclipboardmanager
On Windows: Windows 10 build1709 has a new integrated clipboard manager - use the shortcut Win+V
On older versions https://ditto-cp.sourceforge.io/ is a good alternative
Clip Stack provides this and more and is FOSS. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.catchingnow.tinyclipboardmanager
I think Clip Stack meets your criteria, including the floating bubble.
Clipstack should cover the basics, though these days clipboards are built-in to some keyboard apps.
I'm using Tasker for clipboard but you can try this. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.catchingnow.tinyclipboardmanager
I use a lot of the same apps mentioned here, but:
Clip Stack is a clipboard manager that uses a persistent notification.
Month Calendar Widget is my preferred choice, as it's minimal, plus you can add events directly from your home screen.
Airdroid is my network sharing app of choice. There's no real benefit, it's just what I've always used.
Stocard for loyalty and gift cards to keep my wallet slim.
Quality Time for app tracking and disabling. Also not being developed anymore.
I'm using clip stack. free and ad-free.
Try Clip Stack. Also it's open source.
I use Clip Stack and it hangs out in my notification shade.
