I've been playing some TrackMania² Stadium lately. Remember The Impossible Game? Yeah, imagine that but as a racing game instead. TrackMania is a game where you race against the time to complete tracks as fast as possible. It has some very simple game mechanics, but there's a lot of variety in how the tracks are made. The game is incredibly fun and pretty addictive.
As for favorite phone games, probably Cytus. It's simply the best rhythm game on Android and has a ton of songs for free (about 130 or something?).
First game is always free. If ur interested, heres the link - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rayark.Cytus.full
Do you like musical games? Cytus is one of the only games I'm willing to pay for.

I tend to use my extra Google play credits to rent/buy textbooks.
It's a beautiful rhythm game like Guitar Hero, but different.
Heyo! First off thanks for going for this genre, there are definitely not enough rhythm games on Android :)
Before getting into the bullet points, quick disclaimer: I'm a tap dancer, used to dance other styles before, played violin for a while and a bit of piano. I was also a DDR player for a while, even created a team for the lulz at some point :p Since then I seek out rhythm games on Android so it's nice to see a new game in that genre :)
One thing I'm not though is a developer, so I have no idea how hard it is to implement what I'm talking about. I'm also gonna focus on the things I had trouble with more than the things I liked, because I feel that it's the part that will be the most helpful. Alright let's get to it!
Navigation
I'm not sure the splash screen is necessary, maybe it would be better if we would get straight to the menu?
The "Levels" button is confusing, I wasn't sure I needed to click on it. Maybe a "Level 1" would work better?
Gameplay
The game is waaaaay too hard for a beginner. I could do two stars at the beginning of the first song with a lot of focus, and I think I'm usually not bad with rhythm games (7 feet on DDR is, or at least was, within my comfort zone)
To help with the previous point, could you implement a tutorial? Maybe difficulty levels as well? (Easy/Medium/Hard)
At the "easy" level I think the presses should follow a basic rhythm, say we're on a 4/4 structure the presses would be on the times. I'm not sure how to phrase that so let's say I'll use** 1 and 2 and 3 and 4** as a base and bold the moment where I think the rhythm should be in easy levels in the following examples: A) 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. B) 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. C) 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. And two examples of what I think are harder rhythms to understand for beginners/non-musicians: A) 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. B) 1 and 2 and 3 and 4.
I feel like the button placement during the song is off, it doesn't flow right in the way that I'm not sure where my fingers are supposed to go and I have to move them in an unnatural way to reach them. It might be a stretch but I feel like each song should follow a choreography. If it's not something you know I would recommend taking dance lessons like jazz or modern jazz.
You probably know them already since you like rhythm games but you should check out how that part works in Cytus and Deemo, especially Cytus since it's a similar method. Another example of great rhythm/game design to me is the Rayman runner series (Jungle Run and Fiesta Run)
The first song was way too long, not sure if the other ones are too. I think the good range is within 2 minutes per song, so I can play a song in the subway and not miss my station :)
The fact that the buttons stay on-screen after you missed them feels weird, if I missed one I don't want it cluttering the screen since I'm already busy trying to find which button to press. I think they should fade away if you miss them. I know it kinda defeats the purpose of having color changing buttons but I think the missed "notes" should fade.
Graphics
The game is cute! Sorry it took so long to get to a positive thing. It's not a style I like but considering the huge success of Candy Crush I think it's good and that this design fits well for a casual game.
It ran smoothly on my phone, which is super important especially for a rhythm game.
Alright I gotta go now but I hope I wasn't too harsh :) If you have questions/remarks about what I said let me know, I'll be happy to precise them.

Is it Cytus
I'm a fan of rhythm games. Cytus by Rayark is definitely my favorite (I haven't tried Cytus 2 yet)
If you want some actually good rhythm games on phone, check out some of Rayark's games!
I can recommend Cytus the most, it's got 100 songs in the free version and another ~100 through in-app purchases. It's also got some unique gameplay that makes full use of the touch screen, check out some gameplay. It also has a more polished sequel, though it's more heavier graphics-wise and tends to lag on older phones, and costs money upfront (for roughly 40 songs IIRC), with more songs available through in-app purchases.
VOEZ is my favorite game of theirs, it has probably the most unique gameplay of Rayark's rhythm games but the free version only has 15 or so songs for free, with another 8(?) in a weekly free rotation. They've got another 100 or so but you'll have to buy those. The game has a Switch version though which costs €25 but has all the songs.
For other kinds of games, Cook Serve Delicious is pretty fun, and 11 bit studios' games like the Anomaly series (a "tower offense" series of games) and This War of Mine are great.
Mobile games I feel are a hit or miss depending on what you like.
Cytus is pretty cool. Its like music based hit-the-circle to get points type.
Also, looks like they releases Cytus 2 early this month too.
> I have downloaded Cytus (a game) as an APK
Why not install Cytus from the Play Store? It's a free game.

Cytus <---
I highly recommend if you like beat and rhythm games. And it's cheap for what it's worth.
Oh right. The one for iOS is probably isn't free. The android version is free: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rayark.Cytus.full
As for In-App Purchase, they're all song packs. I think it's $10 for 10 songs each? There are no currencies or RPG mechanics in the game. Also still a better value than Project Diva song DLCs, which are $15 for 5 songs (and costumes).
