InstaWeather, particularly the hourly forecast one. I paid for this face & it is packed with such an amazing variety of weather-based faces. From radar to histogram to a variety of backgrounds. All faces from this app have many options for customisability. It also gives cards for alerts & METAR info. I believe this is the ultimate watch face for the weather geek.

The other faces I use a lot include several of the default faces, especially Increment, Photos, Mini Pop (when on LG G Watch), & Wallpaper (when on Samsung Gear Live).
Instaweather has about 6 or 7 different watch faces that are well done. Less of a classic look, but a lot more data which I personally like.

Unlike the last watchface I posted, this one isn't custom, so no Dudu font. :(
I simply used the Instaweather app from Google Play. I plan on creating a watchface from scratch in Android Studio eventually, but to say my coding is rusty would be an understatement.
I commute to work on bicycle so I use it to keep an eye on weather conditions. The hourly weather face from ByssWeather is quite nice.
I use instaweather https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.byss.instaweather.watchface with Google fit. With instaweather you can toggle the heart rate monitor for continuous, 1hr, 2hr etc.

Cost is $7.99/year, which is sort of pricey, but I have yet to find a face I like better than the IW hourly forecast.

Alternative if you can't is to use a watch face that allows you to launch apps off a complication i.e. Marine Commander - when touch the weather complication it launches My Radar weather app.
I don't really know, besides being able to download any of the gajillion watch faces in the Play Store. I found a face I like a couple years ago and stuck with that one.
Google with English (UK) works well and you can set the language and the units in Google Maps to either Kilometers or Miles and also you can change the Language to whatever is supported.
Instaweather also provides the complication and has very good collection of watchfaces.

I love krona too. However, the weather forecast is hilariously bad, and that's the only reason I used it. I really hope they figure it out soon.
I switched to Instaweather and love it so far. While the dev wants a recurring subscription, the free version is perfect. While not as unique as krona, the face on the far left on the play store picture is awesome.

I really like this one. Especially the dimmed mode. It has some small bugs that could annoy you (or not) dependong on what variation you use, but for someone whose job is highly linked to weather, it's a jem. (I am a greenkeeper)

Favourite feature/app: Checking notifications without pulling my phone out of my purse or pocket, ability to check calendar without pulling out phone... basically letting me do simple things easily.
