Long story but you can use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.medibang.android.paint.tablet to make texture packs so then I found how out how to change the enchantment effect texture and started messing around with it.
you can used Medibang Paint
It has layers like Photoshop if you create a Drawing http://i.imgur.com/N8xzEpj.jpg
You can add your image to the drawing.
Found this app too https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.medibang.android.paint.tablet
I personally like using Medibang, as I can use it both on my desktop and mobile devices.
It gives you many of the perks of desktop software (layers, brushes, multiple canvas sizes, mirroring, etc) while still being free.
It has some added layouts for comics if you need those as well. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.medibang.android.paint.tablet
If for mobile? I usually used this medibang in my phone, I try to search other app but hard to find that can used to coloured..
Well i edited on PC, most of my monke posts are on PC since i feel more comfortable as it is the easiest and installed program, i very rarely edit on Smartphone unless it's super easy.
You can also useMedibang it is easy to use, but lacks some more desired functions.
A creative, but not a cheap solution is to get a tablet with stylus support, take a picture of the assignment sheet, add the photo a drawing app line correction such as https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.medibang.android.paint.tablet Which would add a small to the writing, but will smoothe out the input, which actually for more carefree writing (letters are more legible in the end) Or to upload the photo to an app like One Note and just text boxes where ever needed (might be slow at first, but will allow typing instead of writing even on printed govermental forms (I picked on a few tricks overtime, to make my horrendous handwriting a lesser problem in my life)
Is medibang own android app not suitable? I never heard of wine for android or equivalent and doubt there is. Best is to look for equivalent android apps each time.
try The MediBang Paint, it has way less ads, doesn't lock out features behind the premium, has more features, has cloud synchronization with PC version, and has build in Social media (The ARTstreet ) platform for publishing and viewing artwork
Gotcha. I've been using a mix of some apps but I seem to use Medibang Paint the most. I like it though I wish it had layer rotation the way SketchBook does.
On Android, I've been using Medibang to draw. Though it requires an account, you can work offline once you've signed in, and there are quite a few brushes you can use to draw whatever you need.
Sorry buddy, I'm more of MediBang Paint gang myself
Medibangpaint theres for android, ios, windows and mac https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.medibang.android.paint.tablet
On Mobile Tech Review she referred to an app called Medibang which is an Android port if Clip Studio Paint.
Lots of work and I used this app if you were wondering https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.medibang.android.paint.tablet
You could give MediBang Paint a try -- it includes pretty good tools for creating comic panels.
