I've used the Motion live wallpaper (no lockscreen) on my Galaxy S9+ and haven't noticed a difference in battery life. I'm sure there's some impact but it's surprisingly efficient.

It's a pretty trippy illusion, especially when you close one eye. The lights look like they're coming out of the screen at your face.

I use this one. It's a motion one that uses your accelerometer, but it doesn't use up battery like it seems like it would.
