I’m a female and I wore dark blue cargo pants with a black business casual sweater, a black sports coat and dark hiking boots. The female officer I did my ride along with said the way I was dressed was perfect. It was in the middle of snowy winter in Canada. If you need to buy things, I would recommend going to Mark’s. As a woman I had never been there but they have a lot of cool stuff like cargo pants and all.
Some of those results are for the car, but others, like this one seem to be exactly what you're looking for.
Not a LEO, but a fellow survivor. Have you read Gavin DeBecker's The Gift Of Fear? Here's a free copy he released online. That's generally the book that's recommended for learning to keep yourself safe and how and when to be suspicious.
In more general terms, how safe do you feel when you're with guys and not alone? Do they do anything in specific to make you feel unsafe around them? Do the guys think it's funny to make you uncomfortable? How do they react when you say "no" to something? Do they make rape jokes or say shit like "dude I got so raped by that exam" ?" Those can all be good indicators that they view the women around them as targets or that they're not super concerned with consent. Lack of those doesn't guarantee safety, but those are some pretty easy tip-offs that those are not good dudes to be alone with.
> I was so mad I threw my iPhone at the wall and shattered it.
I stopped reading your OP after that sentence. That's sooo immature to do. vzoned, I know this isn't what you want to hear, but it's clear that you have anger management issues that can be treated.
> Being mad when shitty things happen doesn't mean I have anger issues, it means I'm a human being.
We're all humans too who have all been mad at least once in our lives. Being mad is okay, but throwing an iPhone at a wall because you're upset just makes things worse. At best it makes everyone else feel threatened.

Yes, they would make the ammo. Reloading is already a pretty popular hobby and all you need is a single stage press to do it. Something like this could crank out a good bit of ammunition: https://www.amazon.com/Lee-Reloading-Press-Md-90045/dp/B002SF4X5I
I don’t really care either way. Im not about that life and plenty of hard working people have a smoke every now and again.
I treat it the same way as I do alcohol; legal but regulated.
Some people however fail to see that there can and are issues with it. I stop a lot of people smoking and driving and when confronted about it, they try to tell me it’s fine and they are not affected. Lots of DUI people tell me they are not affected either.
People also fail to see that marijuana related crime still exists and illegal deals still take place - I still deal with marijuana related shootings.
Here is a recently released short PDF in regards to legalization
The violent crime statistic does not state it is related to marijuana, just a observation. With the legalization of marijuana, Colorado’s population has skyrocketed which in return will bring people who like to commit crime as well as decent everyday people.
The homeless population has taken off and the homeless population has a impact on this.
I have a pair of Oakley Plaintiff chrome aviators hanging from my visor for when I want to feel like a trooper. Mostly though, I wear ESS Crossbows. I have them both tinted and clear. They provide ballistic full eye protection. I generally don't wear the clear, unless we're going into something where there may be bodily fluids involved.
> random meter off of Amazon
Pedantically true... that was me grabbing the first option of the search this morning to use as examples.
The actual tools in all the examples I listed would be just like the Radar units cops use for speed enforcement... higher quality (more expensive for taxpayers) tools that can handle continued use, while meeting quality control/calibration test standards to make the readings they provide admissible in court.
Odds are departments use something more akin to the Extech
Then the FBI is, sadly, going to be your best bet to fully go through the process. There are also a number of steps you can take to ensure it doesn't get worse. Still report it to your local authorities, as it may end up being their task if things escalate. Though I'm a bit biased... I find Sheriff Offices to be a bit more welcoming to things such as this, as they frequently have staff on hand to handle cyber crime more than city PDs.
Every time I get into a fight I manage to break or lose my watch or sunglasses. I started buying them cheap so I don't care if they get lost. I e been using these for a while and have been happy with them.
What if it's something more like this?
And after confirming with the owner is it mostly like what u/ said?
As a side note properly redacting and releasing information is a problem for a lot of law enforcement groups. There has been some limited work (for example) in my own state to make better technologies for the automatic redaction of documents (for automatic release).
This is a common problem in the modern world when it comes to software. There are proprietary software solutions a lot of departments will use that don't really compete on features (because government contract acquisition is whack, especially as it relates to a field where the purchasers rarely have the skills to judge the product accurately on all counts (technical as software for future technical considerations, productivity as a tool for the specific department in question, etc)).
What we really need is better open source solutions so that law enforcement departments have the ability to toss a legal discovery comparable-AI (like those used by many lawyer's offices) to automatically come up with a redacted first draft, and automatically handle many parts of FOIA requests (for example, requesting all footage of a specific intersection or police chase is a complicated request that takes much too long).
Towards your question (to which I have only a little experience, so I'm probably wrong) I would consider specifically asking for all documents related to the investigation of the case, case specific notes and reports made by detectives while pursuing the case, for example, to get the information it seems you are looking for (a procedural from the sounds of it). You might have more luck talking to the lead detective(s) and directly asking them for the materials after the legal proceedings have blown over, the information you are looking for was probably never written down in a useful way unless it was discussed in court, most of it probably only exists in the heads of the detectives involved.
No this person is not a registered sex offender but should be. This person is a serious threat to law enforcement aswell as the community. evidence can be found here https://archive.org/details/pleasewatchfirst.cleaned

In my house "sh*t stirring c*nt" is a term of endearment. ;)
In all seriousness, call the department and ask. You'll likely have to print all this off and go into the department and fill out a complaint form. This guy sounds like he's got a screw loose if that's how he is on Nextdoor.com. I mean, there's zero pretense of anonymity and he's insulting his neighbors for God's sake. Talk about shitting where you eat.
Not to go too negative, but it could be a million things…. PTSD, infidelity, wants to be single, etc. Here’s a good place to start: Emotional survival for law enforcement: A guide for officers and their families https://www.amazon.com/dp/0971725403/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_5RE0KRAJ5XQS408H4V8F
Whelen offers a PA and electronic air horn unit, no sirens. Of course double check but it’s my understanding the electronic air horn is legal to have and use. Link
Material doesn’t matter as long as it’s black. I was told that the one I was issued was crap and the clip will break off. I assume it’s the OEM Motorola one (this one)
I have had good luck with the Motorola brand plastic holder. It holds the radio securely, without adding hardly any bulk (important for a skinny guy like me with limited belt real estate). I think this is it.

Compliance is about more than just the fine.
The LAMPHUS lights are solid quality. They're not much cheaper than a Whelen or Federal one though.
I did get a couple lights like these for the dash of my unmarked several years back. They're plenty bright. They're just built really, really cheaply. They held up fine, but both had a screw come loose inside and roll around.

Or any other pill that comes in a bottle? Do you have to carry them individually in your pocket, which is weird in itself.
Assuming you're a writer, but either way, this series of books may be helpful to you. There are a ton of them and they seem to be geared toward crime/mystery/procedural style genre fiction.
Edit: I'm unsure if there is an updated version or a similar, more modern work. I just realized this has a copyright date of 1992.
Edit 2: I ain't a cop, just a former bookseller.
A damn good flashlight. I bought myself a vizio 460 last year and they have great customer service. Light broke, no questions asked, sent me a new one. It comes with a holster that will do fine for a while. Get some rechargable batteries for it and it will never let you down. My department provides a flashlight, but it's very big and bulky. Some have been issued smaller lights, but they are still bigger than this one and this one does just as good.

Amazon has security stickers. Put them on the bottom or back. I bet a theif wouldn't even notice they aren't from the factory and would be pretty good evidence when you show you have the rest of the roll.
I've got nothing but anecdotal evidence, sorry.
Here's a good book from a former BP undercover agent - http://www.amazon.com/The-Shadow-Catcher-Infiltrates-Mexicos/dp/1451632878
While some of the stuff he did at the time couldn't be done with the red tape these days, it still happens.
