I just want to add Ditto, it's a very easy clipboard manager with tons of options, super useful if you don't need a macro/template but still need to copy&paste some answers. Also helpful if you need to copy&paste several things at once.
Hi, You may think I am an ad spammer but I am not. I have my own story alike.
My name is Eric and I live in Toronto. In past year I myself have had very irritating issues with 2 large companies in Canada about their refund and customer services. Lenovo didn't refund me after I cancelled my order on the same day of order - it took me 3 months of exhausting time. Bell Canada locked me in a 3 year contract and their internet resets multiple times a day during this COVID time - when I myself, my wife and my kids rely on the stability of internet for work, meeting, on-line classes - but they won't allow me to cancel to switch to other provider without hefty penalty - which I am still stuck. So it sucks!
I ended up deciding to find my own solution. I am actually building a website now and plan to launch soon. https://www.producthunt.com/upcoming/reevueit
If it may be of any help to you, join me. I will use it for my own case as well. Let's see whether we can beat the arrogance of those large companies.

Udemy, I totally feel your pain. In past year I had very irritating issues with 2 large companies in Canada about their refund and customer service. I can't say I've played the game, so don't know the hows and whys of the problem you're experiencing (if it lets you 'save' at all, but doesn't actually write any save data, or if it just can't load it, or some other issue) but have you tried http://www.gamesave-manager.com/ ?
Hotels.com pointed to some fine print about how my nights didn't qualify for "free nights" because I used a coupon code but it wasn't very clear to me.
I expressed my displeasure and how my experience made me not want to use hotels.com again.
Their response? "I totally understand and we'll respect your decision."
Their security is so bad apparently the Electronic Frontier Foundation had to make special modifications to their security addons to accommodate them! https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere/atlas/domains/owncube.com.html
There was a quick reply from management (or at least someone calling themselves Friedrich Stagl.
First he replied: as Mrs Wedl replied, your ssl will be installed within your ordered SLA.
I never asked about MY ssl He continues: ...here is no ssl for your domain installed because its still a trial package... Here is the content of the email I received from them after signing up - no indication of ssl or provisioning time:

Again, this isn't my question to begin with.
Yes. 1,000%. There's a book that talks about this very thing, https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09FS2VB6G/ref=sr_1_15?dchild=1&keywords=I+want+to+speak+to+the+manager&qid=1631347816&s=books&sr=1-15
You will probably enjoy it :D
