I’ve been digging this water infuser pitcher for helping me get my daily water in. Obviously you can do this in any container but this one strains and looks pretty in my fridge 🤷🏻♀️

I just got these and they are soooo comfy. They are maternity pants but you don’t need a bump to hold them up. Actually I think they might not fit later in pregnancy, but we’ll see. The fabric is incredibly soft and stretchy, also very lightweight.
I use these and they seem to help me on my really hard to sleep nights.
I got this one off Amazon. It’s worked really well so far. The charge lasts a few days and it charges quickly.

The only things I can stomach right now are bread and cheese, potatoes, cheerios and fruit. And Ensure. My diet is typically 75% plant based (lots of veggies, whole grains, legumes) so its radically different from what i'm used to. FWIW the same thing happened to me in my first pregnancy and after about 16 weeks I was able to go back to my normal diet with no problems. If you or your husband wants to get scientific about it, I've heard good things about Real Food for Pregnancy, which is evidenced based nutrition for pregnant people. Even this author, who is a nutrition expert, says that the first trimester is all about survival!
I have been taking these B6 ez melts and each tablet is 25mg (two is a 50mg serving). You could definitely cut them in half, if you wanted! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VXDDU5A/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_924VWY75A45FT811AG2B?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
So my husband was really into reading We’re Pregnant- Adrian Kulp (For Dads)during my pregnancy. And I enjoyed having him give me the highlights each week as well. Other than that there was a book I read on the toilet called Your Pregnancy Week-by-Week
Editing- I guess those aren’t really parenting books haha. Crib sheet by Emily Oster was pretty much the only real parenting book I read.
These have been a game changer for me: NuGo Fiber d'Lish Cinnamon Raisin, they have 12 grams of fiber (8g soluble, 4g insoluble) I don't love the 10g of sugar, but it makes these edible.
Mine is unpredictable, but so far a constant stream of water and saltines, punctuated by smoothies, pineapple, quinoa and kale have helped. preggie pops are a LIFESAVER (despite the awful name), if it gets worse i have an order of seabands on deck.

They're just supportive bands, some are just like a stretchy sleeve that go over your jeans so you don't have to button them lol. But the one I linked I actually bought for more back support. I am on my feet all day and that slight bend forward kills my lower back. Hoping this will help once I'm further along!
a friend tipped me off to these the day i had my positive pregnancy test and i unabashedly have them in my mouth for most of the day. i was surprised just how much they help!!
