Give this one a look. You can get another 8gb of RAM for $35-50 bucks and it will be plenty enough to run D2R
Or give MSI, HP, Dell a try as well.
As a dude in his mid 30’s with broad shoulders here are my tips:
Buy a pro controller. Doesn’t have to be an official one but I got this one and it’s awesome. FUNLAB Switch Controller... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DKVN2TR?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share holding even the switch light up for hours of runs will wreck your shoulders.
At work during my lunches, I use a generic tablet stand and use my pro controller. At home in bed I use one of these. Don’t know the exact one but it helps to be able to lay down comfortably and have the controller on your stomach. https://i.imgur.com/0NK6fyr.jpg Usually they are big enough to hold the normal switch in landscape. Really helps to pull the gooseneck and have it comfortably in your face.
Probably worth getting one of those desk clamp elbow braces anyways for other days. Here’s an Amazon one.
This is the one that was recommended to me. Note that I don’t know shit about computers, but this has done wonders for my PlayStation lol.
This information comes from different sources.
15 year old me is giddy to have IRL runes and have them displayed in my office.
I bought them from here on Etsy.
This is the shadow box I bought and they are currently on magnet paper that was cut to size and held in place with scotch tape. I plan on ordering infinity soon and when I do I will try Velcro. So pleased with how it came out.
I know! I recently read an absolutely brilliant book, Irresistible: The Rise of Addictive Technology and the Business of Keeping Us Hooked. Adam Alter, the author, explains that (I'll oversimplify) when there is uncertainty about a reward being given when we do X, our brain reacts quite positively when we do get a reward. Then we're triggered to keep trying again and again. There are experiments made with lab animals, small shocks and food proving this. When the animals always or never got food when pressing a button that shocked them, they lost interest. When however 70% of the time food dropped, the small rats were very compelled to keep hitting the shock button.
Your comparison between D3 and D2 was absolutely on point. It's so easy to get "GG loot" in D3 that we lose interest in it. But try to loot an SoJ or a HR or Griffon's on D2...man
I downloaded this app and have found it to be very useful.based on the reasons for it not working you ahould give this a try. On each recipe it tells you exactly which weapons said recipe works on.

You'll need the Xbox application.

Once you take a screenshot, you'll get a notification directly on your phone for that.
Joined a quick cow run after work. Noticed I was lagging really bad and had 500 ping. Thought it would go down. Continued on with my javazon for a few cow packs. A Ber drops and I try to click it. A sorc 2 screens over teleports into me and takes it then leaves the game..... I quit and noticed my NordVPN somehow auto set me to somewhere on the other side of the world.... thanks Nord, I blame you.
if it wasn't at my parents house, i could send you my strategy guide for you to get for christmas. Oh they are apparently super cheap on amazon... https://www.amazon.com/Diablo-II-Ultimate-Strategy-Guide/dp/0744001056
I don't think I can help you that much, i'm from france and I'm using one from a french company (https://shadow.tech/fr/)
There is also "cloud gaming" from Nvidia but I dont know personnally what it's worth, if you are from the US i'm sure that there must be other providers as well. GL
ah... i think I see - take these folders and plug them into the d2r installation data folder right? https://www.loom.com/i/ce0994d7860e4f188eb1321853db39a9
Absolutely!
First you gotta pick yourself up one of these, then if you're in a rush to post you gotta make sure that's developed within the hour, otherwise you can save a bit of cash and get that developed next week.
Next you need to scan that picture, make sure it's a jpeg, name it at your leisure, and post!
Np, highly recommend getting one of these or something similar.
Well it depends on what you mean by cheap... but something like that works.
RTX 3060 is entry level 3rd generation (current) GPU. Best GPU to get (unless 3070+)
1660 Super is also a good entry leveling GPU (gen 1-2)
RTX 1060 is first generation entry level GPU.. they don't make these anymore
RTX 3050... could work?
1650...1050 not recommended
CPU: Ryzen 3000, 4000 or 5000 series, (5 or 7), intel 9th, 10th, 11th gen (i5 or 7)
RAM: 16gb is nice
SSD: At least 250 ssd, 500gb+ ideal
>8 gb one $739 on amazon, but D2R recommends 16gb's :)
I have a Lenovo Legion for 1050 you can get https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-Display-Processor-GeForce-82JW0012US/dp/B08YKG5K7F/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=lenovo+legion&qid=1631278325&sr=8-3
Not for his budget, the very first laptop I looked for that is on OP list can't go past 16gb of ram:
Also if if has 16gb already, you'll want 2x 8gb instead of 1x 16gb unless you are planning on upgrading right away. If you decide to upgrade later it'll be more expensive but I think 16gb good for at least 3 more years especially for his budget. For example the g17 have two versions, one with 1x 16gb and one with 2x 8gb.
Best I can find for anywhere close to 6. Good processor. Decent ram and a decent video card. Doubt you will find muxh better. Anything cheaper will have integrated graphics. Still looking will update if I find any.
Get a notebook with at least a nvidia 1650 and you should be fine, you can find one for about $600ish dollars. If you can afford, get a better GPU.

But You want a laptop, look for laptop WITH rtx3060, they are cheaper in laptops, because You don't buy 20 laptops to mine crypto.
