Hi there, I made your announcer better with shorter lines for streaks so the multi-kill lines don't cancel over it, which almost always happens, like how "Killing Spree" and above are guaranteed to play when you get a triple or more kill. (Also actually includes HEY TEITOKU now.)
Similarly, the longer lines are now on the multi-kill lines because they play last, unless "ownage" plays. The "ownage" line is also shorter because having her say "戦果Resultがあがったヨー!
" 2 or 3 times in 10 seconds got really grating.
I wanted to use "Come on!" from her 10am hourly line for the Monster Kill streak but for whatever reason it wouldn't play.

You seem to be caught up on how things slot together.
Hammer is used for making maps. This is not the same as doing logic (like spawning units, abilities, etc). Hammer is JUST used to manipulate terrain, place trees, buildings and units.
As for game logic (lua, data scripts, etc), they just need to be in your addon's scritps folder (scripts/vscripts for Lua, scripts/npc for units/abilities/etc). The game will automatically load them.
As for editing these files, Most of the modding community uses Sublime text to edit lua scripts. Personally, I use VS Code. You could use whichever you want.

Edit: Done! Funny story is I couldn't figure out what was going on and why I literally couldn't hear anything like the death song. Come to find out I had my song volume all the way down lol. The preview video is meh because I have some strange bottlenecking between my sound card and my CPU when I record/stream, it sounds perfectly fine when you put it in game. I made it nice and easy just extract to the dota 2 beta>dota folder, make sure you have -override_vpk yada yada stuff. If you have any other questions about installing I think it's on the FAQs.
