Just as Governor Schwarzenegger says:
Rely on small victories
You can start by walking around the block six minutes every day, or by doing a few sit ups and stretching.
Just ask Rock Lee.
For real though, here is what I have https://www.amazon.com/VGEBY1-Weighted-Adjustable-Exercise-Training/dp/B07QC5SFNB/ref=mp_s_a_1_12?dchild=1&keywords=The+Under+Clothing+Resistance+Weights&qid=1599847237&sr=8-12
I have exactly the same problem for the past 2 years 😔
I've had success with apps (without videos). I prefer apps without videos, as the videos trigger my perfectionism and anxiety. I also listen to podcasts or audiobooks while I do the exercises (being "in the moment" causes my anxiety to spike).
I've had a lot of success with 30 Day Fitness Challenge. I've been using it off and on for over a year now. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.popularapp.thirtydayfitnesschallenge
I recently added a pilates workout to my mix which I find great for those days that I know raising my heart rate will cause a panic attack. I've been using this app. It probably isn't the best but I like that it starts easy and gets more difficult. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.popularapp.thirtydayfitnesschallenge
Hope this helps GAD is a terribly beast.
If you're in the states it might be a good idea to look into this: https://joinzoe.com/
Also have a read of this: Spoon-Fed: Why almost everything we’ve been told about food is wrong https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1787332292/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_7SS84FG8XKBHK1KTNDKD?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It dispels a lot of myths which have been cultivated over the past 80 or so years about how we interact with food. Good luck to you.
I find i get affected by the heat in the summertime. That throws my sleep schedule off the rails. That might be a factor.
Supplement your sleep with GABA, or kava kava, or melatonin. Or all three if needed. Your sleep is where the gains happen after your workouts. If its a matter of soreness that is the problem. Supplement magnesium to relax your stiff and sore muscles. I used to take a this it was amazing for catching a good sleep and waking up feeling like superman.
get one of those things from amazon, with no screws where you can just push it into the wall & pull up on it. (Pull Up Bar)
Ok I just looked at my pirchase history on amazon and I guess they changed the box! It does look like the one you posted before :) Monistat Care Chafing Relief Powder Gel | Chafe Prevention & Relief | 1.5 Ounce https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AXVJF52/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_jF4nCbQYBJD13
Also, in a pinch, baby powder or stick deodorant can help. They just dont last as long as the cream stuff.
Sorry for spamming you with comments! Hope this helps!
Try do some muscle massage before and after exercise, it can help to relief the pain, in gyms, you can see the private churches will do you massages at the end of the lesson, you can try this one which I purchased in Amazon, seems working.
I really enjoy my Jabra Sport PaceJabra Sport Pace ones.
They strap over the ear and stay in place. (I have small ears and normal ear buds fall out.) There is a wire between the two earpieces but it connects with the phone via Bluetooth.
The sound quality is awesome. They don't fully block external noise, which I prefer as it allows me to pay attention to my surroundings as well as the music or audiobook.

This is my absolute favorite so far
Something like this? https://www.amazon.ca/TheFitLife-Exercise-Resistance-Bands-Set/dp/B077HV3RW5/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=Resistance+bands&qid=1597848774&sr=8-5 I've never used these before.
I got this one on amazon at the beginning of covid, it’s ~$120 and not bad at all I’ve been very happy with it. It might be too low-end for what you’re looking for, it’s self powered and you can’t stand up on it but it does the trick!
I bought this one on Amazon in 2016 for really inexpensive and it's great and I still use it multiple times a week. Definitely worth it for easy access to cardio. elliptical
I agree with other commenters that diet adjustment is a wildly effective way to lose weight. By strict portioning alone, zero exercise (I use a power wheelchair actually, so very sedentary) I lost about 30 pounds.
However, I also own a MagneTrainer-ER Mini Exercise Bike Arm and Leg Exerciser, which is conveniently available on Amazon, $159. Can be used with feet or hands, measures time and distance, estimates calories, super easy to adjust difficulty level. I have recently begun using mine again, purely for fitness. It's honestly so much nicer to just put on a podcast and "go for a (semi-imaginary/stationary) evening bike ride" rather than "workout as hard as absolutely possible, feel miserable, and sweat to death."
Try some physical massage before and after exercise via the massage stick, I tried this one ,FYI.
Do you have a door? Sounds like a silly question I know but why not use something like this?
https://www.amazon.co.uk/GM-Unisexs-Door-Black-Large/dp/B003TTUGRQ
perfect! That term led me to exactly what I'm looking for (or close enough). They also call them situp boards.
I usually buy this one, https://www.amazon.com/Vega-Sport-Electrolyte-Hydrator-0-15oz/dp/B005QDXR2E
But you could just try putting a pinch or two of salt in your water. See if that fixes your issue first.
I looked for mine on Amazon. I got these weights and this bench
I love the weights (have to be washed after they arrive due to smell but not a big deal) the bench not as much. The seat is a little wide and that makes it hard to get up and down off of it with heavy weights. Do a bit of research, amazon has reviews you should look over in comment section.
Good luck!
I do not have a food scale yet, but I will see what my local store has to offer. I usually just follow serving sizes and sometimes even lessen it because I'm not that hungry.
As for the app, is this the correct link?
