Of course it's a thing, if it's two words and seems like one makes the other more expensive- someone will nake it. here is proof
This from another article is infuriating. And apparently there have been like 9 other crane accidents in Dallas since 2012 (from your article)
>“As the cause of the crane’s crash into the building continues to be determined, it recently came to light that since 2013, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has cited the company that owned the crane which killed Smith with at least 17 violations, according to CBS DFW.”
Who knows if all of those violations we’re severe, minor, local to Dallas, or not.
I’m from Dallas and experience the storm. It really did come out of nowhere. I’ve only seen one other storm similar in all my years here, and that had tornado activity, this one did not.
They do. You can definitely buy https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08NDF37LD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_DX1JV8GZ8KM8YKDBGQS6. You are also required to purchase a lockout when you install it to prevent this issue. It's mostly just an issue with live prongs
According to this it reached a temp of 0f on Feb 16th 2021. It's only one sensor so it's entirely possible that some places were slightly below 0f but I'm to lazy to research more. Definitely pretty far off from -30s tho.

According to weather underground, the most extreme cold event was a drop of 52 degrees, and it was associated with violent tornadoes and other extreme events, as I would expect of such a temperature gradient actually existed as depicted in the map: "On November 9, 1911, a blast of arctic air invaded the northern plains, sending the temperature at Rapid City, South Dakota, from 55°F at 6 am to 3° by 8 am. The front pushed eastward on November 10 and 11, when a low pressure formed along the cold front over Missouri, sucking very warm and unstable air into the lower Great Lakes region. Violent tornadoes broke out in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin.”

How friendly is said cat? Would they mind if you strapped a belled collar on their cat? Once? Twice? Twelve times? Maybe after awhile they’d just quit fighting it.... Or, start putting notes on them about predator impact.... A $10 investment, not too much potential loss.... They stopped making them. They still make the gamepads you are talking about.
The Nigerian prince, desperate for cash, created a bread production line on cheap property in scotland. Due to the specific materials used in the creation process, the produced shortbread bore several toxins rendering it unfit for human consumption, leading to the self-ban of the product in the maker's homeland. Although the nigerian prince bore such concerns for his own people, the same could not be said for those of other lands, as proven by his marketing of said product in your country. After all, it was only through the help of Timeshare Afrique and Saharatology that his father was able to escape his captors across the salt sea and become king in the first place. Though that does raise the question of why he supports NordVPN... Regardless, Akeem the 3rd needed more currency to rebuild his country after the zamundan-nigerian exchange crisis, and this was the way he came up with. It may not be the most effective, but it's consistent. And it gets back at the europeans that enslaved his father. So it's rather a "fuck you" to europeans, not to nigeria. Get some of these blackout screens. They're fantastic, only light that gets in is the thin line from where I mis-cut it. Very easy to apply and remove, doesn't leave any adhesive residue.
I work nights and the sun rises almost directly into my bedrooms sliding glass doors.

>Gosling’s dark rum and ginger beer
This is a direct quote from the story I linked.
The picture in the article that we are all commenting on was taken from this article, and the description of how to literally make what's in the picture.
Here is the article, with recipe, and the picture everyone is asking about
The history doesn't mean anything. Nobody here asked about the history of the drink. Multiple people asked what the drink in the picture is, so I told them and not only linked the article (which includes the recipe and the exact same picture) and says gosling's ginger beer, which I also cited and provided a link for to prove it's the same thing, yet you still want to argue when you couldn't be more dead wrong?
You are going out of your way to argue your opinion against actual fact, which I provided proof of. Nobody asked what's in a dark n stormy. Nobody cares about the history. None of that means anything. They asked what the drink in the picture is, and 100% of what I stated and linked is 100% what the drink in the picture is. Good god man, it's ok to be wrong.
The picture used in this story was literally taken from this master class article about how to make a dark n stormy.
It says there were 2 ingredients used to make it - dark rum, and ginger beer. There's 0% chance you're a bartender. At least not a very good one.
>Don't cops have little hand held devices for breaking windows?
Everyone should have one!
Florida has on average 3,500 lightning strikes per day, or 10,500 per 72 hour period. California has an area of 163,696 mi², while Florida is just 65,755 mi², meaning that California is 2.5× larger. So if you account for the size difference Florida would have approximately 26,000 lightning strikes over an average 3 day period. I think this is a case of you becoming accustomed to California weather and forgetting the severity of weather in Florida, or maybe this storm was just a lot more concentrated than the average Florida storm. As an example, I was on my balcony the other night in Atlanta because there was no/mild rain as a storm was coming in, and there were flashes from lighting roughly every 2 seconds.
>Britain leaving the EU hurts YOUR economy
Imagine declaring such a strong statement, but forgetting how the british pound plummeted 24 hours after the voting, and never recovered.
I watched this without sound first. Now I've spent a good hour of my life trying to find it... tried installing different recognition apps, none of them picked it up. Shazam though always returns with a Milky Way by Johna, and then it links to a youtube video of some weird tune made entirely by some dude blowing into a bottle at different pitches. Any google-fu here is drowned in the sea of all milky way related stuff...
The only link that contains any hope for me now is the Apple Music link from that shazam page. In my case it just doesnt open
Classic example of Survivorship Bias. The vast majority of old infrastructure was lower quality and fell apart years ago, but we only see the things that were built well enough to survive this long.

Quebec in general has fairly good consumer protection, so I thought it was strange when I saw this for the first time (on ExpressVPN or something). Then I did the calculations on the introductory rate and it ended up being the same discount as getting three months free.
Maybe the regulators feel offering free trials is too close to entrapment or something. Not sure.
Fair, fair
edit: on that note, you can order this, too!
