Programs are irrelevant if you are a beginner, also don't fall into the trap of the "full body for beginners and splits for advanced" since Eric Helms (and others) showed that it's actually the other way around. This means that any "bro split" (single body part per day) is enough, with not too much volume and focusing on the technique in primis, that's what will make you progress. So don't focus too much on the program split per se. Obviously also learn how intensity works, don't ego lift, don't overdue. At the same time don't lift like a granny. It's something you will learn in your first months of lifting, take your time, it's not a sprint, it's more of a marathon.
Said this, I'd recommend you Baby Groot from Meadow (former IFBB pro, coach/youtuber, you can find lots of material to learn from on his channel "mountaindog"), here you can find the link https://anonfiles.com/vdg1w2D1o5/BabyGroot_pdf , it's really well done for beginners. I'd say to support Meadow if you can, but his programs are expensive AF (I bought the warlock for 100€, really good for intermediate, but extremly expensive), but in the end, you pay for the quality and experience IMO.
These are cookbooks and not fitness guides so you probably wont have much luck here. I would check around various torrent sites! Her original cookbook as well as Fast 'n Slow are available on TPB: https://thepiratebay.org/description.php?id=14616261
Also, see if your library offers e-books to checkout. I was able to checkout a few Skinnytaste cookbooks that way.
Ok based on the PM and in here, we are 6 for the moment. Here the link of the bundle we are planning to buy

Cheapest on kindle, $8 if you are doing a group buy https://www.amazon.com/Dolce-Diet-Living-Lean-Cookbook-ebook/dp/B0134K13EE
The same Mike Bell as this book? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Art-Selling-Personal-Training-ebook/dp/B07JPHR1J3 save your time as this book was full of drivel
Overcoming Gravity https://www.amazon.fr/Overcoming-Gravity-Systematic-Gymnastics-Bodyweight/dp/0990873854
There is a book I recently purchased that has some very interesting unique information. It's called Vintage Physique: An Old-School bodybuilding guide to health and aesthetics.
It's by George Kelly, a Sports Nutritionist who after working for years with professional athletes, including bodybuilders, changed focus nutrition-wise on integrative medicine.
The book is a detailed guide with scientific elucidation on why Old-School bodybuilders were right about so many things when it comes to nutrition and training, while also not neglecting health.
Halo, here’s a link to check it out although apparently it’s still in early access so it’s not 100% available yet.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fitworkoutfast on android. it could be extended but even current reps records history seems enough for most use cases. if you have any suggestions let me know.
If you want to buy it it’s on amazon
And do you guys know if the recipes are also ok for people who can’t eat sugar? I have to be extremely careful about that and I want to get her book.
(Also if I buy the book and you want to know something I can translate it for you guys if that helps)
I bought these off of Amazon a while back. They honestly work really well, however there is only two levels of resistance. Bands 4kor Fitness Leg Bands... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FD8WZ1W?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
