It's not 100% the same since it doesn't have sleeves but check out this dress from Amazon. I bought it in the dark red color and it is really accurate to the color on the screen. It's also pretty good quality. And it's only $32!
Edit: words
Dresses in this style are called fit and flare.
This a bit similar in cut, but MUCH more affordable.
Came here to say 90 Degree Leggings by Reflex as well! I've had some of mine for ~4 years with weekly wear and they're still going strong.
TJ Maxx is my usual purchase spot.
Grace Karin on Amazon! I have a few dresses from this brand and they are wonderful! You may not find the exact same style but you can get pretty damn close.
I suspected this was a Chinese knock off and was pleasantly proved right!
It's here on Amazon for a hundo times cheaper.
It also comes in black!
I found a similar one on amazon just above your budget at 70$ but the reviews seem promising and based on their measurements they give a size 2 should be long enough.

Found it on Amazon but the reviews say the quality is poor

Hey I got this dress for a wedding I’m in this weekend, it’s only 45 bucks and on amazon prime (get in two days) and dress looks exactly like pic

It's a safety addon for your browser. Basically you rate your site experience there, if a site is white it is unknown, reddish avoid, dark green ok'ish.
that site "dresslily.com" has been reported as an scam place with poor customer service on wot
I am one of those people that swear by them!! I’ve worn them almost everyday for the last 6 months. I work 12 hour days on my feet and they’ve been the only shoe to keep my feet comfortable for that long.
I will say, they were not tight on the top of my foot when I bought them. The ankles did give me a little chafing for a week or so, until I broke them in. I would maybe go somewhere where you can try a few sizes and styles on, if you’re that motivated to own Blundstones!
Waterproof-wise, Blundstones aren’t rainboots. Water does eventually leak through the leather if you don’t routinely waterproof them. I bought this waterproof wax off of Amazon and it works like a charm: Otter Wax Boot Wax | 2oz |... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01A7GFSB2?ref=yo_pop_ma_share (I also clean and condition them. One might say I love these shoes A LOT.)
And style-wise, I live in LA and Blundstones are very in right now! Maybe you’ll be ahead of the curve in Boston. :)
I personally have been loving this tote bag from Amazon. It's big enough to hold my work laptop and all my essentials, keeps its structure well, and is stylish with a cute interior!
Honestly? Amazon Essentials makes great underwear: $12 for 6 pairs, very comfortable, made of cotton that doesn't shrink (looking at u, Hanes). Not a huge range of styles/cut/patterns but what's there is solidly good.
I found the exact same swimsuit on Amazon: Here it is
The quality will probably be what you expect from a fast fashion brand. I've bought swimsuits for equally random cheap Chinese produced sellers. I was happy with my purchase and the fact that it was Amazon Prime and I could return it if it was truly awful was a big selling point for me too.
not sure exactly how much more you're willing to spend but Amazon has something similar
I bought this skirt from Amazon a couple of weeks ago and LOVE it. It’s a nice heavy material (with pockets!) that looks way more expensive than it is IMO. I’m planning on building a collection of them in different colors and patterns, because I also live in A-line skirts. The price ranges from $10-21 USD depending on the color.
I did some googling, the best I could find is $108 on Amazon. Which owning the coat, I would say is still a good deal, but obvi not $30-good. 😔
There are so many sales now though it’s worth browsing around online and in stores for good staple pieces. TJMaxx/Marshalls is in the throws of their yellow tag clearance too, there’s definite deals to be had there as well.
T Tahari Women's Long Double face wrap Coat, Black, XS https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CD2WMK3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_i0hsCbRA3VNJG
Lots of options on amazon. This is the first thing that popped up when I typed in "floral dress" HOOYON Women's Casual Floral Printed Long Maxi Dress with Pockets White Medium https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075TC6YLS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_-AlhBbHK69DV4
If you have an amazon prime account I highly recommend looking for dresses on there. I search for whatever type of dress I want with 4-5 stars and then read all of reviews. Especially look at the picture reviews. For example, this might look nice. Reviews that I specifically look for are ones that say it looks expensive. I’ve had great luck finding jacket, dresses and little odds and and pieces from Amazon.

Reported.
This purse has lasted me 2+ years with nearly every day use! The only thing that has shown wear is the edging on the straps has frayed. Such a good deal!
I just went through this!
Pants on Amazon prime:
Rekucci Women's "Ease In To Comfort Fit" Stretch Slim Pant (12,Black) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NE9KLEY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_jM7IzbAM8E5PH
(I just chose the first one that came up on search, I have the slim ankle length ones with zipper pockets)
I do not have problems with thigh rubs, but I do bike to work in these pants and have had no problems! They are so comfortable that I've missed them on "casual Friday" when I'm wearing jeans. There's lots of styles and colors.
I unfortunately do not have good advice on the other items. My chambray shirt gets worn almost weekly though, so I agree that you need one!
They're usually called 'waterfall' cardigans I think.
This may be cheaper than you are looking for, but I bought this bag about 2 years ago on Amazon and love it. It's really sturdy and has held up well. The only slight drawback is that the velcro is a little loud, but thats nitpicky. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00UEQ7YZY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_h5VRzbYKB2R53
Sorry, this is almost anti-fashion, but I will recommend Costco. http://www.costco.com/Kirkland-Signature%E2%84%A2-by-Miraclesuit%C2%AE-Ladies%E2%80%99-Swimsuit-Dots.product.100221713.html
I don't fancy this particular print, but I have the one in polka dots and it is very cute. This is one of those designs which can be worn by ladies with all kinds of boob-sizes and still ends up looking nice. Another thing, it has very decent butt coverage, something which I'm very self-conscious about. I have saggy tummy from past childbirths and this suit covers it very well.
Consumer reports to the rescue! Lol. I've found most guides like this to be true for most stores. But online stores are constantly having sales that don't follow any set plan that I can see. For example, I got a much better deal 2 weeks before Black Friday at one of my favorite online stores. I'd say sign up for sale alerts with a favorite store. Or, if you find a particular item you need, you can use an alert system like "Camel, Camel, Camel" to tell you when it's at a price that works for you. =)
edit: spellzing
I'm not sure what article hollywoodsshowbox was trying to link to but this one was posted on /r/femalefashionadvice and covers a similar topic.
I have some similar ones from Charlotte Russe that I purchased last year that I really love. Here's one that's kinda like mine/the one you want on sale right now. As a note, I have average width but short legs, as well as /slightly/ wide feet. They were all about $25-40 per pair depending on the heel (chunky heel was more) and how close toward the end of the season sales I could hit. As a warning, their shoes have always either been a huge hit or absolute miss for me, but all of their OTK boots have been hits for me! Can't say for how durable though because I don't wear them that often, but they feel like overall decent quality. And note, always google for promo codes wherever you buy it if you do so online.
I also bought this one off Amazon two years ago that I also love EXCEPT I just looked it up and realize that it's by the Ivanka Trump company and I suddenly don't feel like advocating that purchase even though I love it and find it amazing comfortable.
Edit: Forgot to include that I know Forever21 also has <$50 OTK boots but I have never bought them so I can't really say how good they are, but I've always found F21 quality to usually be meh (minus the miraculous outliers).
Yogalicious on Amazon has fantastic leggings that are comparable to the Lululemon Align leggings. They're a fantastic dupe for a fraction of the cost and they're buttery soft. The other difference between them is that the Yogalicious leggings have an elastic waist band whereas the Lululemon Align's are seamless at the waist.
I buy my Skechers sandshoes from Amazon and have got some great bargains. I also bought these yoga flipflops for going to and from, well, yoga and they're fantastic. Incredibly comfortable and the tread is nice and thick.
I second this. I just bought this Samsonite carry on from Marshalls for $70 marked down from $160 and the next sizes uper were only $80 and $90.
Costco and Overstock.com also have some pretty great deals IMO. This set might be similar to what you're looking for and is only $140 with shipping (so $70 a piece)
I work in a business casual (sometimes business formal) environment. On most days I wear my trusty pair of black franco sarto flats which are super comfy and good quality. I've recommended them numerous times. They're a good price on amazon and you can also find them at nordstrom rack!! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008Y2OGME/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_IOEmub122J8XV
If you don't want to wear heels, you could try wedges. I recently got a pair of black patent wedges from Banana Republic and they're absolutely comfortable and look a bit nicer than just plain flats. They were $109 I believe.
I have a black one I got on Amazon for $10 and it holds up well. I wear it like every day. I am going to get other colors probably. Size is a bit of a risk based on reviews I read but it worked out for me.
I'm not sure if you have them where you are, but I find some great deals on clearance at Fred Meyer (also some sales... nice 5.99 t-shirts in the Juniors department, lately). They're owned by Kroeger, so if you don't have them specifically, maybe they have an equivalent store? Also, Amazon is a great place... I own several of these cardigans in different colors. They're soft, lightweight and super-stretchy and work great in a business casual office. https://www.amazon.com/Crazy-Girls-Boyfriend-Cardigan-Mustard/dp/B00G9INLAI/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1530316015&sr=8-10&keywords=boyfriend%2Bcardigans%2Bfor%2Bwomen&th=1&psc=1 They do take bit to get to you, but really are functional and worth the time.
I like this inexpensive true wrap dress on Amazon. It has no stretch though. I have a few other non-wrap maxi dresses from the same brand and and they are all light and easy to wear for summer, and I get lots of compliments on them.
Seconding Dr. Martens Chelsea boots.
-eBay always has loads of "worn 1x" options. -Check both men's and women's styles-- they are all actually unisex as long as you know what UK size you are in Dr Martens (and you can try similar styles on in person in an assortment of stores). -The lifespan of their shoes wholly justifies price-- you can get at least 5+ seasons out of 1 pair. -Amazon has certain pairs in certain sizes in your budget, new: https://smile.amazon.com/Dr-Martens-Womens-Noelle-Chelsea/dp/B01MT47Q0L/ref=mp_s_a_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1538413242&sr=8-11&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=dr+martens+Chelsea&dpPl=1&dpID=41%2BeFfVngUL&ref=plSrch
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/aw/s/ref=is_s?k=dr+martens+cheksea+boot+brown
I know it's kind of pleated but these skirts are so cute!!
On the off chance you have a Costco membership, they're selling some pretty snazzy looking waterproof/insulated boots for pretty cheap (I just got 'em, here's hoping they don't suck!):
http://www.costco.com/Khombu%C2%AE-Ladies%E2%80%99-Winter-Boot-Tan.product.100178380.html
As for the parka, as long as they're really thick and hooded you'll be okay either way, just make sure that the down has a decent grade (500+) and is waterproof. Try to make sure that any jacket you get goes past your bum a little bit too, it's beyond clutch for walking around in the wintertime.

I live in a very rainy city so maybe it's not entirely unexpected for me to wear rain boots to work but I'm gonna suggest these anyway. I ordered the Kamik Jennifer Rain Boot last year off of Amazon and they've worked out really well. I think because they're tall, matte and minimalistic they can actually be pulled off with work clothes, I wear mine with tights and a pencil skirt somewhat frequently and have only gotten compliments on them. They're very tight at the top so they are, admittedly a bit of a pain to get into but they're rain boots so at least you know they'll work.
I ordered this from cupshe on Amazon. Read the sizing because you do need to size up. But the quality is decent and it's super cute. I ordered 3 different styles total.
I bought these Wallflower jeans on Amazon late last year and have been extremely pleased with them. They're called jeggings, but I really wouldn't classify them as such. They're just jeans with a bit of stretch in them.
I have bought a few marycraft work dresses on Amazon and have been blown away by the quality. Here's one that matches the description you gave:
Marycrafts Womens Long Sleeve Fishtail Midi Maxi Twist Draped Dress 20 Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DJWGRX4/ref=cm_sw_r_fm_apa_ZTpEAb724RNGY
I have amazon prime and its free shipping for purchases and returns. I bought four dresses and returned two for free. I'm pretty happy with the service and the brand of dresses!

I love these ones from Amazon. D&K Monarchy Full Leggings Brown (Fleece) (0 - 12) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NEX6CAC/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_kcZYvbYBXTCVW
I have several pairs in different colors. They are so soft and fuzzy and they keep my legs comfortable but not hot. If it's cold out I barely feel it. If it's hot they don't make me feel too warm or sweaty. They are a decent thickness with no fear of anything showing through.
Tretorn Women's Nylite Plus Sneakers, White/White/White, 8.5 B(M) US https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01G61O08Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_3YTUzb0ZZKQZ2
Depending on her size there's a few cheaper options on amazon. If she doesn't need them immediately add the shoes she wants to your cart and just keep an eye on the price. Sometimes the price will randomly drop really low. I just bought a pair of nice leather Clarks shoes on amazon for less than than $25 because I was patient and just watched the price.
I found my dress last year at a thrift store! I’d definitely check those out, sometimes there are some gems. Also, consignment shops are great! The internet makes me nervous cuz you never know if it’s gonna look like the picture or fit right, but I know Amazon has some decent ones too. There are three girls just in my class that ordered this one . Started a shitton of “omg we can’t have the same dress” drama but honestly, who cares. If you feel pretty and have a great time, that’s all that matters! ☺️
Not sure if this link will work, but I’ve found these on Amazon and find the fit really nice! And they’re not super thin material either. I thiiink the brand was Zenana? I don’t remember for sure. But it’s one I had seen before.

Good luck!
I currently have the two below in my Amazon cart. Both are pretty well-reviewed (4 and 4.5 stars with 100+ reviews), so I'm excited to purchase them. BONUS (to me, anyway), they both come in multiple colors, so if I love them, I can just get more in different colors and then live in them.
I use Kiwi brand . The only downside is that the bottle is pretty small, so you can only protect 3-4 pairs of shoes per bottle. There’s a discount if you buy in bulk on Amazon!
I got my underwear from amazon once so I wouldn’t have to do my laundry as much. I got 8 pairs for $15. They’ve held up pretty well! They aren’t what I would wear with my boyfriend, but they do the job! They are thongs, but you could probably find whatever style you’re looking for. Here’s the link:

Lark & Roe has a wrap dress For $39 from amazon, it doesn’t wrinkle, doesn’t collect lint, so it’s amazing for traveling! Had mine almost two years and it’s good as new
Wide foot/wide calves.
I had a pair of navy blue Hunter boots that looked nice, fit my calves well, and worked for run of the mill rainy weather -- but after BOTH boots sprung leaks during Hurricane Harvey and I ended up bailing water out of my yard with sopping wet feet, I threw them out and I ordered these as an upgrade: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XTX7737/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1
there was a website called like scamdoc or something that was one of the first results when I searched just the word tucici, but they have negative reviews on trustpilot (sorry for the ugly link, on mobile) https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.tucici.com
ALSO I realized if you look at the reviews of the clothes on their website it looks like people with men’s names reviewing the product? at least for the one item I checked out. makes me think they’re fake reviews
Panache is the only brand that carries my size and I swear by them. They have a ton of options but my favorite (which is unlined) is this. Their sizing is in UK standard so make sure you convert you US size to UK before you buy! They are a bit pricy but that tends to come with being in an uncommon size.
I live in these. I wear a lot of dresses and skirts, and these are so comfortable underneath. You can't see a panty line, and everything just feels covered and comfy. I bought them at Kohl's, but they're cheaper on Amazon, of course.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003BNZ4Q8/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_xiUOvbRXEYEHR
I got this robe from amazon, it runs a little small but it's soft as can be, long, and so warm!! And it's on sale for $20 right now :) (Normally $30)
I get my bandage dresses on Amazon, usually around $45-60. I've had good luck with sellers Meilun and Whoinshop (ex. 1 ex. 2)
Rules of thumb: Cheaper isn't better... don't go for the dresses that look really cheap, they probably won't be the right material. I only shop items that are available with Amazon Prime, because otherwise shipping might take over a month. Even if you don't have Prime, that's okay because you know the item should be in a US warehouse. Go for an item with photos. Read the reviews to figure out what size you should choose.
Try Amazon and 6pm.com. I bought the brown pair from Zappos in November and have worn them so much that when I found the black pair on Amazon for $85 I panic purchased. Was my first time using the 'Buy now with 1 click' button without regret.
Edit: the prices right now are a little higher than what I got them for. They are quality boots, definitely worth the price, but maybe shop around a little. Perhaps eBay or CamelCamelCamel can help? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0195SZA1G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_VqjUybA1EB7WM
I love these which no longer have a nude option on amazon? I own them in nude and I love them. I also have super flat feet and narrow heels, so they may be funky shoes that only fit my wonky feet.
Vibrant Brand jeans from Amazon. The rise is quite high, the flare legs are well shaped and they are definitely stretchy. Two warnings: They run small so check reviews for sizing, and at 5'9" they were long enough for 1-2inch heels for me. Perfect for me, but a shorter person might have to hem them. Hope that helps!
ETA: Totally misread your budget, sorry! Looks like certain colors/sizes are as low as $33 so maybe you'll get lucky!
These leggings from Amazon are fantastic Lululemon Align dupes but these don't have a lot of compression in them. They're more of a stretch fit but they are super comfortable - https://www.amazon.com/Yogalicious-Lightweight-Leggings-Cherry-Jubilee/dp/B074WCPM9J/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1519255398&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=queenie%2Bke%2Bleggings&th=1&psc=1

I got these from Amazon! I think the sizing is a bit weird. I'm 185 lb, size 10/12 and their size Medium-6 fit me perfectly. They've been so helpful stopping my chub rub this summer!
Bit more on the pricey side but a great investment IMHO, but I own two pairs of these and absolutely adore them. Bought the black ones at Nordstroms Off The Rack ~4 years ago for ~$70 and have purchased the maple sugar patent off Amazon since then.
I went to a wedding last year and ordered this dress on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07433X955/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_vDyMBbVZ91XE1
I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a dress that I'd probably only wear once and surprisingly the quality was nice and it fit well. The neckline isn't what you're looking for but I saw in the "Sponsored Items" and "Recommended Items" on this dress are a few that might fit the bill.
You can still find the Predictions shoes online off Amazon. Just bought the nude ones! I just realized yesterday that my favorite shoes are from Predictions, bought from TJ Maxx.
Amazon has these real suede booties for under $30. I’m going on my second winter in these!

Not wool but I got this [coat] from amazon last year and it’s amazing. Quality is superb and it actually looks really cute. I like how the material is more matte, so it looks more fashionable rather than sporty. Of course it’s not as fashionable as a wool pea coat, but it’s much more practical for 30 degrees or less (and snow). I typically wear my wool coat (for it from a thrift store, sorry no help) when it’s 35-50 degrees and wear this one when it’s colder. Good luck and I for real recommend this coat!
How about these from Amazon?
I bought these in early fall from Amazon, they look very similar and I've found them comfortable and holding up well so far.
These panties from amazon are DIRT cheap but honestly so good. I bought a pack one year ago and I loved them so much I bought another pack a couple months ago. They are all I wear bc I break out on my butt cheeks if I have any fabric covering them. So I wash them at least once a week and they have never ripped or anything!!

Amazon has a ton! Just search “cap dress”. A lot are sorta formal
I was considering buying from them, but i did some digging first and it really doesn’t look like a great option imo. Apparently Gentle Herd, Naadam, Nap Loungewear (and likely others) are all owned by the same dropshipping company. All 3 have a slew of reviews saying that the quality is mediocre (or poor), packages never arrived and refunds were like pulling teeth, high “restocking” fees for returns despite this not being stated on the site, being charged restocking fees for packages that never arrived, the list goes on. The trust pilot for Gentle Herd is a dumpster fire, and Naadam’s doesn’t look great either. They also have lots of suspicious positive reviews by people with fake sounding names. They’ve got great marketing but it seems like it’s all gloss and no substance.
I don’t even know how, but I spent $50 total and got this Altuzzara dress and also this PatBo cut out gown.. The Altuzzara dress is still in main Nordstrom for full price ($2,500!).
I have this dress from revolve that I love but I haven’t worn because I can’t figure out the bra situation under it and I’m pretty flat so I need some support there besides pasties.
Here is a app that I use that has great products at incredible prices! It's a hidden gem!

I love my ARIAT ones that I got from Amazon a while back. Lots of ankle support, sturdy af, cute (imo), just about $100: ARIAT Women's Terrain Hiking Boot https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01ND1N7DS/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_7QEKBGHCV94CZ0HEY0KE?psc=1
Salomon also makes some of my favorite outdoor shoes. Otherwise, without knowing what kind of support you want, type of fit, specs, etc, I can recommend generally to check out Sierra Trading Post or Steep & Cheap bc they both have a ton of nicer quality, discounted athletic and outdoorwear. Highly suggest checking out their hiking shoe selections.
Btw, depending on your shoe size, it's sometimes cheaper to buy Men's or kid's athletic shoes in your equivalent size as those sizes are often less in-demand. I've bought quality running & hiking shoes this way before for 50-80% less than similar or identical women's styles but YMMV. Worth considering though!
For those curious, they are still available from groupon for $39.99!
Allowing this swag brag post as it is nationally-available. Thank you /u/ajjones5 for sharing!
https://www.etsy.com/listing/172573939/small-tassel-bag-amber-or-yellow-boho?ref=shop_home_active_10 It's not all that similar, but it's suede and fringe AND the seller is in the UK. They have others too, but sadly no red. :(
I was actually super skeptical of Rothy's after seeing it constantly posted here, but these shoes have literally changed my life:

* They look adorable
* Saving the planet by using recycled water bottles
* I truly thought this was a cult and I understand now why they are so popular

SOS from a maid of honor here. All bridesmaids are asked to wearing turquoise/azure to my sister's wedding. I already have this blue tunic, which is the perfect color, but I need to find a skirt to go under it. This photo is of the tunic over a skirt:https://www.ecosia.org/images?q=indigenous%20slub%20tunic#id=359A801D09A4C8DBDEA51AC35E96144D888710F2I don't have the skirt. The company the tunic came from, Indigeous, no longer sells it.Where can I find a short skirt that is this turquoise/azure color? I'm not a shopper. Frugal woman. Can you help me?
I just bought some from Groupon, and I have worn nothing for the past week. They are so fucking comfortable! It's hard to find a good pair of leggings that fit just right. What I consider the perfect fit is being able to pull them up over my hips, right about belly button height, and actually stay there. There's nothing more that I hate than having to hold my leggings in the back when bending down, so my ass crack isn't hanging out! Or when they squeeze my love handles. Low ride jeans are one thing, but I do NOT like my leggings low rise. In fact , my husband calls me a granny for pulling them up so high. I don't care! It controls my tummy pooch, and my shirt covers it anyway! They were labeled as fleece lined, which made me hesitant at first bc most fleeced lined are way too thick and pill like crazy after being washed. But these are thinner than most leggings I own, but super warm! And soft and stretchy!! Here is the link https://www.groupon.com/deals/gg-ladies-zippered-high-waist-fleece-lined-leggings-1

Protection with online shopping - we each get $5. You can create cards with different numbers to protect your actual cards. Connects to your bank so you can buy things though it and set a limit so you are never over charged, or charged again by recurring charges (think free trials, subscriptions, etc.). Nice to just have some protection online. Highly recommend, been using since it came out.
