I get you are angry by please stop spreading misinformation about the art contest. This misinformation is so wild spread that artists that want to enter the contest are getting harassed. The rewards aren't 100 primos, that's for a different event (web event).

And before you say only 5 people can win, that's how fan art contest work (also try comparing the rewards to other gacha fan art contests). You enter knowing you may lose and a lot of artists who enter would be making fan art anyways so it's just something extra on top of it.

There are a few things to consider though like how most Archons have a second name i.e. Rex Lapis = Morax, Raiden = Baal so Murata could be the second name.

Murata hasn't necessarily been stated to actually be the Pyro Archon. Her name is mentioned here in the manga so it just seems likely. It might also be somewhere in game in a book.

I'm pretty sure the rewards for the contests of making art and high effort stuff are airpods and much higher rewards than 100 primos.

It seems like the low effort contests like in game screenshots etc are 100 primos. Yes it's an advertising scheme but don't go "defending the artists" while completely confusing up the contest rewards for the separate contests. Upon looking further, she was actually shown in game during the 1.2 Livestream, and that took place 45 days before her release. Just eyeballing it, she's shown with the same charged shot time as live.

Yeah, man. Nobody is arguing that Noelle is the best DPS. She's not meta and probably won't be, which is okay. If you look at all my examples from Noelle mains, you'll see even most Noelle mains agree that a maxed C0 Eula and Itto will outdmg her easily. I also agree with you she's a decent healer. Used to hit around 1400 HP per hit with WB.

Her shield is second best in the game (after Zhongli). Uptime is bad, but her shield also adds to her DPS and can manually cooled down. In my experience, cool down between shields is 7-8 sec, not 12 sec. In addition, nobody else provides a second emergency shield when your health is under 30%, but she does.

And I'm not sure what your definition of decent dmg is, but I think 250k-300k with only Geo resonance, over 15 sec is pretty good. I consider that really good. Without anything at all, she's at 200-250k raw dmg. Maybe that's not good enough for you, but I think that's pretty damn good for a 4*.

Personally I think the broader changes to the Geo element are more exciting than the changes to Zhongli since they're changing both the Geo Resonance (effect for having two characters of an element) and Geo shields from the ground up (pun intended).

An alternative to installing Windows or hoping for Steam support could be to stream from your Windows device using something like Parsec (linklink). If I get the Steam Deck this is probably what I'll try.

They're called Kaomojis. Here's how to type them:

Windows 10 & Windows 11:

• Make sure you have already selected a text field. This works as if you're pasting a text.
