I said it in another thread but you're basically paying 50 bucks for caffeine. Everything else is below the efficacious dose, It would be like if Greg was selling a pre-workout with creatine that only had 2,000 mg of creatine in it, at least with his pre-workout he used the proper dose
50 bucks for 9,000 mg of caffeine (Total caffeine in the bottle).
Comparatively you can pay 19 bucks for 60,000 mg of caffeine. https://www.amazon.com/Bulksupplements-Caffeine-Capsules-gelatin-capsules/dp/B01IA8YFAE/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=Caffeine+powder&qid=1627072309&sr=8-5
Greg is giving you 180 mg of caffeine per dollar.
Bulk supplements is giving you 3,158 mg per dollar.
Is Greg's fat burner a scam, eh not so much in that it will slightly raise your energy expenditure, very slightly, and so technically it does something and as such isn't an outright scam.
But is it a rip off, 100% yes?
So, firstly, this is all pure speculation, but I think there are multiple factors here working against you.

Flex bar can help relieve symptoms and strengthen the area! At least it helped for me, i’ve seen other people use as well!

I've been using Soluble Corn Fiber instead of IMO for quite a while (I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic before losing ~40kg, and my blood sugar still seems really sensitive to IMO). I actually buy it in 25kg bags at a time now: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CDV95Y2
If I'm going to have to deal with a powder and have to buy in bulk to deal with availability, I'd much rather the cost ratio on what I buy. I _am_ glad that he is making an alternative to Vitafiber though, as more competition in this space is good.
If you choose to go with soluble corn fiber, it is slightly less sweet when you make it into a syrup, but nobody around here is afraid of a little artificial sweeter, right? :)
Allows me to use any popping corn in the microwave without the mess. Imo, better than buying smart pop or other brands, cause I can customise it to my liking (eg, plain vs adding butter, salt, herbs)
He says in his cook book to use muscle Egg for US customers
Here's an amazon link
Personally i just use whatever egg whites whatever flavor and mix with casein protein to make sure it's thick enough
You should be able to get the Skinny Syrups and sauces though. Not sure on price. I wish I could get them in the USA but the prices are absurd!
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Skinny-Food-Calorie-Hazelnut-Praline/dp/B081QG7KJG/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Skinny+Foods+Syrups+%28Maple+Syrup%29&qid=1597439081&sr=8-1
I used this one and while it may not be accurate as none are, its consistent so if you start at 16% when you get to 15% you will likely have really dropped a percent, it consistently went down as my weight went down, very consistent for the price
> I see the 1400 version and 1600.
I was able to find a 1400w and 1600w version. Surprised since I thought there would be just the 1500w I have and nothing 100w above or below. Funny how many different blenders Ninja makes.
The Vitamix seems to have the dial you're looking for.
> Is the one greg uses discontinued?
Doubtful, though I'm not able to easily find a video where Greg shows the dials/controls on the Ninja blender he uses, so unable to verify 😕.
Don't overthink creatine. Take 5mg daily of creatine monohydrate. You pick the brand, but bulk supplements is always a good choice.

Hey everyone,
I am creating a free master list of all the best volume foods and calorie friendly snacks (and soon recipes) for the community. Take a quick look at my progress. It's still a very early rough draft. I'm adding the type of food/product, calories, rating, and soon I will add recipe tags. Here is the link to the list. Just click the top to see the full list.
I recently bought something similar to this from Walmart and I do not think I like it to much. Not very vanilla-y imo. I think my favorite bang for you buck vanilla ATM is McCormick https://www.amazon.com/McCormick-Culinary-Imitation-Vanilla-Flavor/dp/B008OGD4J6/ref=sxts_rp_s1_0?crid=CQYY5FUYEW1E&cv_ct_cx=vanilla+extract+mccormick&dchild=1&keywords=vanilla+extract+mccormick&pd_rd_i=B008OGD4J6&pd_rd_r=06fbd...
I have this I think it does the job well. maybe Im using too much ice/xantham gum ?
Ill try your recipe tho thanks
I also prefer to use
Sukrin Syrup Gold - Fiber-Rich Honey and Syrup Substitute - Low Carb Syrup - Keto Sugar Alternative - Sugar Free Baking Supplies - 450g (1 lb) https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B015SAX8ZA/ref=cm_sw_r_u_apa_glt_i_S6BER1HFKR8ZM9Y5A4VQ?psc=1
Turns out more like a bar than vitafiber style ones
So how many calories would this bag have? Do you mind typing out the math? I can't figure out popcorn labels
I use Isopure Dutch Chocolate
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000E8ZJGS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's lactose free
LOVE IT!! I've never had one with so many blades. It makes light work of combining frozen fruits for smoothies. My old blender struggled and I always had to stop and stir things around... not this one! This powerful blender is awesome! It makes enough for 20 oz cups to be ALMOST full (has a 72oz max fill) which means everyone gets a nice size drink. I gave four stars for the ease of cleaning because I already cut myself twice on the blades (very sharp) and it was because I had to remove the blade shaft and handle it to clean the crevices. My mistake though, blades are supposed to be sharp...This is the product I bought Ninja Professional Countertop Blender on Amazon
Something simple like this is all you need. You can fit a lot on there too!
I highly recommend the app "you are your own gym" or yayog by Mark Lauren
It's basically got a year's worth of workouts starting from absolute beginner all the way through advanced and just walks you through it.
It lets you do his pre-planned daily workouts, customize your workouts, or have it make a workout for you based on how long you have to work out etc.
He has another app out there for body weight exercises but I would suggest with starting with the first one rather than his newer subscription one. I've had excellent progress with his first one.
You don't need a barbell to progressively overload and focus on time under tension
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.leafcutterstudios.yayog
i hate to hijack your post, but what are your protein powder recommendations? i currently use PlantFusion Pea Protein Powder ($1.15 / ounce).
it’s okay, but doesn’t have the best flavor when isnt mixed with fruit. really just open for any kind of recommendations :)
Do you have a sturdy door frame? Get a pullup bar like this. I was using one before gyms started to reopen. It is very sturdy and let me use multiple grips. Plus, you could wrap bands around it, so you could do some other exercises, like straight arm pulldowns - plus different exercises for your chest and triceps.
I think you are perhaps being a little overly cautious with Amazon. I bought the first one that comes up in a search and it’s been fine: https://www.amazon.com/Pure-Organic-Ingredients-Gluten-Free-Thickening/dp/B07BWSX8YN/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=Guar+gum&qid=1599230420&sr=8-5
If you guys want a better texture use Tara Gum instead: It will be smoother. I get mine from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Happy-Andes-Organic-All-Natural-Thickening/dp/B07QKFPZJF/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=tara+gum&qid=1591998665&sr=8-1
