No it doesn't. Top 4% gives you 5 gear pieces (1 rare, 4 uncommon) while Top 10% gives you 9 (3 uncommon, 6 common.

Now, Top 4% DOES gives you more shards than Top 10%, 1 to be exact (Top 4% gives you 49 while Top 10% 48). If you have all gears and only want shards then both are good options, though its up to you if a purple shard is worth the extra effort.

The more I think about it I suspect it will be timed to coincide with the launch of THIS!

So Perhaps we will get some Titans/YJ Characters or even something from some of the older animated or live action fare Adam West Batman from the Arkham Knight game perhaps?

I think you misread the description. The only mention of anything close to graphics is the improvements to pack descriptions

what device? how much ram? which version of android? Do you have the latest version of Google play games installed? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.play.games All other system apps [Android System WebView etc] updated?

If you're rooted you can try to install one of these to reduce your resolution to gain some FPS. Here

I'm not sure if it's gonna work but samsung has its own app to reduce the resolution without rooting. Here

Sorry for the late response.

I am no expert myself. But as per recommendations from friends, I have tried Titanium Backup (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup). It is overall fairly intuitive, though with a somewhat messy UI. Hopefully it will serve your purpose.

To use it, you have to link your device to a PC and follow instructions. Your level of tech expertise won't be a factor.

I believe there are other simpler solutions out there, but I went with the crowd. Hope this helps.
