Martellus Bennett's comment on Eli Manning nearly made me fall out of my chair laughing at work today.
Given Eli's behind the scenes reputation as a jokester in the locker room, I can only imagine him and Bennett ~~wrecking~~ wreaking havoc on people had he stayed more than a year.
Prices will only go up. You will not see anything close to $100 for a nice Sunday afternoon post labor day. People want warm outside games, and if the forecast is anything like a normal tri state Sunday afternoon it should jump each day it gets closer.
FUCK do I love brats and beer and throwing the football at metlife.
PS: If you were thinking of getting yourself a gift, check out this bad boy: https://www.amazon.com/Coleman-9949-750-Road-Trip-Grill/dp/B0009V1BDA/ perfect for tailgating. I have one and it is just plain awesome.
I'm not a spammer, I just really like my grill. Fuck the Eagles.
This is the one I have. It’s fairly abbreviated (I think it was for television or something), but it’s still an absolute blast.
I prefer the shirt with an adult GOAT with a #10 and a baby goat at its leg with a #8.
Edit: here’s the link

Edit 2: I bought one after the Tampa game. Shirt fits true to size. Worth the $15. Fuck the eagles
Daniel Jeremiah and Bucky Brooks have a podcast called Moving the Sticks. A few weeks ago they did an hour long special on Daniel Jones.
I listened on my commute yesterday and I gotta say, this is required listening for every single fan. Jeremiah and Brooks are the two best media guys IMO, and this piece was excellent. They interview DJ’s parents, sister, high school coach, Cutliff, and his personal QB coach.
Just search Moving the Sticks and it’s a few episodes back, or check it out here. Definitely worth a listen if you have an hour to kill.

It’s a common logical fallacy. An easier example to look at it in cards. This applies to how any sport where variance is at play. When you’re dealing with sample sizes as small as football, it is EXTREMELY important to keep results separate from strategy.
more complicated than that (which it usually is). charges were dropped for 2015 case but she clearly has felt in danger multiple times and got a protection order once.
i mean the only reason that he wasn't suspended for more than one game is that "the league was unable to gather information from Molly Brown and law enforcement officers during its investigation."
to me the only real takeaway is that celebrating him returning to the team is probably not the most appropriate reaction
Well, the article reads like complete horseshit. And if it isn't, it is really embarrassing:
>Washington's coaching staff wanted to make the decision sooner, but it didn't want to upset Redskins cornerback Bashaud Breeland. Breeland wasn't pleased with the team's decision to assign Norman to the No. 1 receiver the past two weeks, so the Redskins backed off.
If that is true, which I doubt, it is no wonder they are 0-2.
It was still called the Ice Bowl although apparently the name didn't stick as THE ice bowl... probably because this was pre-SB era.
This is what I've done for three years, easiest way to get all games with no restrictions legally in HD quality.
Step 1: Figure out what country has the cheapest international price. For the past few years it's been Hungary.
Step 2: Buy a pass to a good VPN, I've been using HideMyAss for 3 years but I'm thinking about switching to VyprVPN
Step 3: Install and activate the VPN, get an IP from the country you want. Open a browser in incognito and go to and login and sign up.
Step 4: Every time you want to watch a game turn on the VPN to the right country, and browse to the site in an incognito window.
Average? Have you read this analysis of Giants draft performance?
Spoiler: It's well below average.
From the article: "We have enough of a sample size to say with accuracy and confidence that Jerry Reese, since becoming GM of the Giants, has done a terrible job of drafting NFL players -- maybe worse than any other GM (or combination of GMs!) that has been employed in the league during that time."
Just to remind everyone about the Reese end of the problem:
"The players the Giants drafted since Jerry Reese became GM in 2007 combined to play a league-low 10,767 offensive and defensive snaps in the NFL this season. Other teams' picks over the same span averaged 16,448 snaps per team, or about 53 percent more snaps than the Giants' selections."
So, there's your "no depth" which is true. However I still believe the team has great talent but poor coaching. That's to be expected with a rookie HC.
I have a set of DVDs that includes the full footage of the entire 07 playoff run
There was another version of this, that I must be the only person in the world who saw, because it isn't even mentioned on the internet. It had Giants actually wearing their uniforms. 3 of them in particular were doing most of the dancing in it, and the only one I remember was #66 Roberts. I swear I'm not making this up.
Anyways, while I was trying to find that video, I found a cool article about why they couldn't wear their uniforms. I guess they destroyed the video that I saw because NFL made it illegal for them to release a video wearing their uniforms.
Was thinking if buying these! Found them on Amazon:
NFL New York Giants Super Bowl XXI Banner https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002V3E1H2/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_tocbvb1PZYCSX https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002V3E1H2/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_tocbvb1PZYCSX
I use a combination of Sling TV, CBS All Access and NordVPN.
NordVPN allows me to VPN into a server in the market the game is being aired (server selection is US city based). Then I can use SlingTV to watch the local Fox/NBC affiliate airing the game. Same goes for CBS All Access for games on CBS.
SlingTV Blue includes NFL Network so whenever a game is on there I’ve got it.
Let me know if you have any questions.
I don't know all the details, but it basically tells whatever website you're on that you're in a different location. So for example, with a VPN you can have it tell the NFL's servers that you are in Europe instead of America. The NFL's site will allow you to purchase the much cheaper international Gamepass that does have live streaming. You can buy it with an American credit card and billing address. It's there for people who are American but are currently abroad for whatever reason. I believe it cost $120 for the whole season (excluding playoffs, but since those are broadcasted on basic channels you don't need to stream those). Plus a few dollars for the VPN, I recommend Private Internet Access. So for less than $130 you are getting what would normally cost around $300.
I really wanted to get NFL2GO but they ran out of space and you had to pay in Bitcoin. The Bitcoin system is hard to learn, and is too complicated IMO.
This is because Google looks at GPS location, not IP Location. If you use a location faker, YouTube TV will change locations for you.
Here’s one for Google Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/location-guard/cfohepagpmnodfdmjliccbbigdkfcgia
And here’s one for Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lexa.fakegps&hl=en_US&gl=US
Unfortunately there isn’t anything of the sort for iPhones without jailbreaking.
Best of luck!
I use NordVPN, and routinely connect to outside of US servers in order to watch shows that are not available on Netflix or other streaming providers within the US, from my phone, typically without worrying about if my GPS is on or off. Results may vary of course, but I hope this suggestion works for you.
> New York Giants baseball jersey
Looks like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Game-Giants-Baseball-Jersey/dp/B084SCTT95/ref=sr_1_46?keywords=new+york+giants+jersey&qid=1656100510&sr=8-46
I found NordVPN to be much faster for streaming video than ExpressVPN, but now youre getting into a VPN subscription along with a DAZN sub so it may not be worth. If you already had and used one it would have just been the DAZN sub. Havnt combed the other replies yet but there may be an american service that wont require a VPN.
Motherfucker, you talkin to a math geek!
Alright, so I decided to check out the various different probabilites. a 14 and above win is considered phenomenal, so I only included up to 14 wins. You can check out the data here
Four teams can win all 16 games every season. That means, since 2002, out of a maximum of 36 teams that could have won 16 games, only 1 did.
Seven teams can win 15 games every season. That means, since 2002, out of a maximum of 63 teams that could have won at least 15 games, only 3 did.
Ten teams can win 14 games every season. That means, since 2002, out of a maximum of 90 teams that could have won at least 14 games, only 8 did.
Since 2002, only 4.7% of possible 15-1 teams have made it to 15 wins. That's still extremely rare. Math ftw!
Kevin Seifert: "As the NFL said in its August statement, Brown's ex-wife did not cooperate with the league investigation and local law enforcement did not provide information that would corroborate reports of additional incidents. Police made the information available Wednesday for the first time. "
u/te3referee hooked you up with a kick ass image, but if you're looking yo actually learn some photo editing skills yourself GIMP is a free open source image editing software that can do just about anything photoshop can do.
Remember that field goal percentages don't include fumbled snaps, offensive penalties, etc.
They also don't include that kickers tend to do worse, not better, following practice kicks: https://www.sharpfootballanalysis.com/analysis/icing-the-kicker-does-it-really-work/amp/
They also doesn't factor in NFL kickers may tend to do worse at the end of closer games: https://mixpanel.com/blog/nfl-data-icing-the-kicker/
Do I think the win probability model likely underestimates the chances of success for a kicker within 82% lifetime percentage from 40-49 yards? Yeah. But let's not forget only moments earlier he missed a kick with the game on the line. A successful kick was far from a foregone conclusion.
And on the Chiefs side, you can certainly argue that win probability underestimates Mahomes odds of winning the game if the DPI isn't called and Herbert's odds when it was.
I completely respect anyone who says they think the win probability on these two data points could flip who is number one and who is number two based on the model. I don't think anyone can argue that these plays weren't among the most impactful plays of the entire season. And for me that's the most important point, especially when you consider the officiating on them was questionable at best.

Great book about the last competent general manager in Giants history, Ernie Accorsi. That will answer all of your questions.
Yeah I'm not sure what the exact situation. I know it used to be the case that you had no contact, but it turns out that rule was changed 12 years old.. (God, I'm old...)
That being said, PED suspensions may still fall under the old rules, see this article on Von Miller's suspension , unlike disciplinary suspensions or those for recreational drugs.
> Before 2004, suspended players weren't allowed anywhere near the stadium, the practice facility or, most especially, the sanctity of the team's locker room. But thanks to a little-known provision in the league's drug policy, players who have been suspended for less than a year for substance-abuse infractions are permitted to continue working closely with their teams. (The same does not apply to PED violators like Seahawks linebacker Bruce Irvin, who was banished from Seattle's facility during his four-game suspension to start this season.)
Not only are they around 12m over, they have to get under the cap by tomorrow. Boss also left Oakland without a contract. Hopefully this is good news for the Giants.
Looks like he wants to break the bank after the DeAngelo Williams deal. I don't mind overpaying.
EDIT: Michael Lombardi was just on ESPN and he said the Giants were one of the top 3 teams in the running for DeAngelo Williams before he re-signed with Carolina. Doesn't look good...
EDIT #2: Clayton Is reporting that the Dolphins have renewed talks with Ronnie Brown. Great news.
Hey stupid fucks. Daniel Jones isn't the problem. If that is your conclusion you should probably put this book in your xmas list.
Giants need a viable backup plan for a kicker. Per ESPN, this normally gets a 6 game suspension. The New York press will be all over this and there will be pressure on Goodell. It could be worse because he is white and other players suspended were black so if some people start bringing up race, his odds at a suspension go up. Life isn't fair. This stuff happens.
Its perception. He's in trouble. I would expect the New York press to be all over this. It may not matter if he is actually guilty. According to ESPN, he sent a letter to friends admitting his guilt.
Also, if he gets a 6 game suspension and the new kicker is 'ok' the Giants may cut him. Giants tend to roll that way. They are not Jerry Jones.
> In addition, no criminal charges were brought forward regarding the incident in question or prior allegations. The NFL therefore made a decision based on the evidentiary findings around this one incident as provided to us by the District Attorney.
Under point 5 in this article, Jordan Ranaan says this. Many beat writers and fan share this appreciation for Darwa's running style. I think it will be interesting to see what he does in this preseason, I think it will definitely earn him some carries during the year. I do not predict any game-breaking results, but I think he will find his groove even more.
>"After watching the early part of camp, in my estimation Darkwa remains the best natural runner of the group. He just seems to know how to find a hole and hit it hard and fast." http://www.espn.com/blog/new-york/giants/post/_/id/47206/giants-overall-health-in-stark-contrast-to-last-years-training-camp
Yeah I highly recommend you wear one of these for a bit when you start up again until you get it all the way back. It definitely minimized my flare ups. https://www.amazon.com/Mcdavid-Support-Sprains-Volleyball-Basketball/dp/B01ITAPWQO
I use this little guy I got from Amazon. It makes deep frying anything stupid simple, and it’ll filter out any crap in the oil as it goes down into the oil storage pan. You just take that pan back out and empty it into the tub.
I’m using the same oil I did last year, as I cleaned it up using this kick ass method from J Kenji
just went there, can see it says it will be streamed in the giants app. you know what app this is refering to?
Edit: is this the one? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yinzcam.nfl.giants&hl=en
You could try that and it it becomes IP address based; you can use a VPN service like NordVPN to pick your IP Address. I use NordVPN for my SlingTV and CBS All Access, I just pick the market city airing the game and watch their local NBC/Fox/CBS affiliate. NordVPN is only like $99 for 2yr sub, and it’s great for other protection as well.
What TV service do you have? I use Sling and I’ve got NordVPN. Just figure out what market the game is playing in, use NordVPN to connect to a server in that region and with Sling, I get the local affiliate feed to watch the game. If it’s a CBS game, I use my CBS All Access app the same as above. Same for regular season games and none of that Direct TV $400 BS.
Good point. I don't mind paying for the service though. I'd have to say my biggest reason for that is stability and flexibility. I assume any VPN type add-on is restricted to one browser? I use Zenmate at work to get passed our firewall when I need to. I often have to check the sites of potential customers for our sales team that are blocked and okay them.
I'm very pleased with the ease of use and quality of Ad-free Time though.

Hope this all helps!
For anyone who wants an insight to Strahan, the Giants, and the life of an NFL player in General
This is one of my favorite books and I recommend it to anyone who has the time!
This is an actual shirt available for purchase.
I've been looking but no luck. I found this http://www.amazon.com/York-Giants-Manning-Royal-Hero/dp/B009LNE2ZQ. This could be an alternative for you. In all seriousness, I wish they made the STS jerseys in youth sizes.
Looks like Amazon doesn't have that color anymore. But I found the link to another great color.
