The kanji for her name is the out-dated version of 桜, which is 櫻. Or, I guess you could call it the traditional form of the kanji. All of the gods seem to use jinmeiyou kanji (kanji for personal names) when naming their shinki. Look at the kanji for Yukine's name...it's not 雪, as you would see used today. It's 䨮. There's a reason Kazuma gave Yukine that large book of kanji so he would know how to read the names of his opponents XD
This page here has the kanji for sakura and you can look at the details to see the stroke order if necessary:

And yeah I'm really looking forward to this season's dub, I loved the first one a lot and I'm especially excited to hear some certain performances (mostly being Elizabeth Maxwell as Bishamon and Lauren Landa as Nora)
This is a common "phenomenon" having to do with some music theory I don't quite understand but there's a certain rhythm or rule that most opening songs follow causing the visuals of the songs to be interchangeable with other songs. You can see this same thing demonstrated with other opening themes as well like Attack on Titan's first opening theme as a quite popular one. I think that if you try this same thing with the visuals of other openings you will find similar results where the song happens to align well with the visuals. What's mentioned in this article would also contribute the effect: https://thenextweb.com/shareables/2015/10/20/the-science-behind-why-drakes-dancing-fits-with-any-music/
Here is the Amazon Japan link if anyone is interested.

I've had pretty good luck searching for anime I like on anidb and looking at their Similar Anime section. Clicking on tags that interest you and sorting by rating also works sometimes.
Another good source is clicking on More Featured Articles on MAL and looking at other titles listed in the various articles.
Good hunting!
I use an app called Super Manga on Android. There's only one ad and it's a 10 second video that plays whenever you start reading.
