Looks like it'll be a sub-only release based on this blog post.
Just going to provide some background info because I enjoyed watching Ping Pong a lot.
Ping Pong is a very recent anime based on a manga from the 90s. Basically, a coming to age story with ping pong as a common thread. The series is geared towards older audiences and features some outstanding animation and music. While some people don't care for the style, it is still technically impressive and a welcome change from typical anime moe. The music and sound effects are also excellent with a lot of attention paid to small things like ball ricochets as well as larger things like proper Mandarin spoken.
The director is Masaasa Yuasa, who has done a lot of unique series like Kaiba and Tatami Galaxy, but you probably saw his latest work as the director of the Food Chain episode of Adventure Time.
Kensuke Ushio also did the music for Space Dandy, an anime that has its second season starting soon on Cartoon Network.
You can watch Ping Pong via Funimation.
Edit: Fixed link. Thanks!
> Legal Streaming Option: Hulu
It's also available on FUNimation.
Motherfucker.
Edit: Also, if you're on the fence about this show, this is basically what you're in for.
Asshole.
One more thing: If you're watching the dub (and I'm betting most of you are) and you're familiar with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, then you may hear familiar voices in certain characters. For example, Maryke Hendrikse voiced Revy in Black Lagoon and Gilda from My Little Pony.
How do I know that? Uh... Mind your own business!
Cocksucker.
Not to be an ass, but if he's 15 why not ask him? Is it supposed to be a surprise? Maybe he's been downloading shows all the time and you don't even realize it. I know I would have loved that sort of gift years ago.
In any case, Crunchyroll is the best choice for new anime, but maybe you could offer a Funimation subscription as an option depending on his tastes.
Also, I think you're an awesome mom/dad.
Here's a direct link to it's MAL page. Funimation is simulcasting it, but they always have a 4 day delay. So if anyone wants to participate in the weekly discussion threads they would need to sail the seven seas and look for [MPT].

>I feel bad for this generation. They have lost the ability to communicate with out texting.
This is manifestly false. If anything, our avenues for communication have only broadened. We're all communicating right now and I don't even fucking know you people. Texting hasn't invalidated interpersonal communication, I can still call my friends if I need to, but sometimes it's more efficient to send a non-intrusive text.
>When i was young, you couldn't get on the phone and the internet at the same time. The phone was attached to the wall and your parents could pick up another line and listen in.
How is either of those a good thing? This person just complained about how modern technology has crippled our ability to communicate with others and then immediately turns around to long for the days when people's options were more limited. The ability for parents to invade their children's privacy still exists insofar as some kids not being smart enough to hide their browsing histories...so if you want a lack of secrecy, it still exists. >Life was more about imagination, people did things face to face.
People still do. A good chunk of my online communication is coordinating stuff with other people.
>Kids being born now will never know 16 bit graphics.
>They will never know that it take (sic) 17 episodes to create a spirit bomb in DBZ
Funimation's DBZ website, you can stream some episodes or buy the dvds...the show is still extant...also 5 minutes of a fight being spread over 8 plus episodes was atrocious...
>They'll have no clue what a drive in movie theater is.
Most 90's kids only knew of those by reputation...they've been a relic for ages...
you know what, you're right...this is awful, I thought I could hash this out in about 30 minutes but screw it...
Funimation just posted the official announcement
They're also going to have subtitled episodes and simulcast them on Funimation's website.
I liked the direction this goes in, it reminds of Neil Gaiman when he combines the fantastical and the everyday.
Originally, I thought that Stella and Stan were somehow married as a result of the failed ritual. A comedy -- romantic or otherwise -- set in a airport terminal-like purgatory, where two of the ticket agents are inadvertently married in this manner, seems like a really fun idea. Maybe like a tongue-in-cheek version of Death Parade (everybody should at least watch the opening theme!).
I think if you were to expand this into a novel/short story, you might want to consider allowing Stella to get human blood from a less morally repugnant source (or maybe don't reveal the true nature of the source at the beginning). Making Stella into a classic protagonist (assuming this is the direction you want to go in) requires her to be likable and opening with murder/torture probably moves her in the opposite direction (unless you spend some serious time vilifying Kimmy). In either case, I like that Stan is indefatigably cheery about the whole situation. His mood probably brightens an otherwise somber space.
Thank you for reading.
Eh? Where are you getting the $16 number from?
The sub pass is $5 a month and the all-access pass is $8
http://www.funimation.com/p/subscribe
Not only that but you get access to all funimation's anime both past and currently airing. How the hell can $5 be unreasonable for that? Even if you only count the currently airing shows that is absurdly cheap.
Sorry but the anime industry barely makes money as it is, so seeing someone pirate because $5-8 is 'unreasonable' irks me.

MAL Description:
> On November 22, 2010 ten missiles strike Japan. However, this unprecedented terrorist act, later to be known as "Careless Monday," does not result in any apparent victims, and is soon forgotten by almost everyone. Then, 3 months later... Saki Morimi is a young woman currently in the United States of America on her graduation trip. But just when she is in front of the White House, Washington DC, she gets into trouble, and only the unexpected intervention of one of her fellow countrymen saves her. However, this man, who introduces himself as Akira Takizawa, is a complete mystery. He appears to have lost his memory, is stark naked, except for the gun he holds in one hand, and the mobile phone he's holding in the other. A phone that is charged with 8,200,000,000 yen in digital cash.
Mod Note:
This series was created by Kamiyama Kenji, who directed the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex anime and Seirei no Moribito (also up for vote). It has a slew of movie sequels.
I know right?! Going to Funimation.com, clicking on a series and choosing to "Watch Free" the episode of choice is a pain in the fucking ass.
You know what else is hard? Going to Funimation's Hulu channel and watching the shows there. Or clicking over to Netflix and searching for one of the many, many shows streamed in their entirety.
When will these companies learn that we, as consumers, demand different ways to watch content?!
I have no particular interest in the dub cast myself, as I think the Japanese cast is fantastic, but I am interested in the July 22 release date. The show will be released in a BD/DVD combo pack, so here's hoping the price isn't totally absurd.
It's about damn time, Funimation. You've been dragging your feet on this show long enough.
EDIT: Funimation Blog Link
A Lada is an old, eastern-bloc car that's popular in Russia and similar countries. They are known generally for being the "poor persons shit-box", even in those countries.
The song, Running in the 90s is a Eurobeat song featured in the Anime Initial D, which is nominally about a 'shitty' car doing impressive drifts.
The joke, then, is that I am taking this explanation way too far.
CONFIRMED! Airing each Saturday after DBS on Toonami :O
All is right in the world for me now.
The scene from Initial D where the friend buys the SOHC AE85 and gets ridiculed. What Takumi says next always stuck with me, "Just enjoy your car it's what they're for." It's a simple statement but cuts to the heart of what I consider to be a car enthusiast. To me it's the key to being happy with your hobby and having a good community.
Episode 10 Skip to about 14:00
Well, in their Q&A they had this:
> Q: Will soft subs be implemented and, therefore, fix many color issues with the streaming service? > A: Not at launch, but yes, soft subs will be implemented soon after.
Also they said this for episodes and series that have been released:
> We will be re-encoding most of the, if not the entire, library in order to move to soft subtitles, though. Therefore, that possibility could be discussed at that time provided we have materials.
So going by this, it's not fixed at the moment since it just recently launched. It'll be fixed when they switched to softsubs "soon". The question is how soon, is soon?
[](#curious)
If they can make the switch before the spring anime start to premiere, that would be awesome.
Half of those videos (all the dubbed ones) are expiring within the hour.
But all the episodes, dubbed and subbed, are on Funimations own site. Which I like anyways because it cuts out as many middle men as possible.
http://www.funimation.com/fullmetal-alchemist/episodes
Netflix has it too, which is a great way to stream anime to a TV through your console. Which you can also do with hulu although you probably need their subscription service.
As far as I know it's exclusively on Funimation (at least in the USA, not sure about the rest of the world) they bought the rights a while back and also dubbed the series.
The actual announcement is here, but is password protected~ Try guessing it!
This means hope^hype^^^pachikos .
Crunchyroll was actually given the home video rights to Free! season 1 packaged along with their streaming license and it has turned into this kind of awkward situation between Funi and Crunchyroll where CR has this potentially massive property on its hands but no infrastructure to produce it but at the same time they really don't want to turn over the cash cow to their biggest competitor, Funimation.
Check out Space Dandy, it is about an alien bounty hunter that is a womanizer, has a crew composed of a humanoid cat and a talking robot, and whose favorite restaurant is an intergalactic chain called Boobies. Really hilarious and well made.
FUNimation just added it to their simulcast schedule. Seems it's going to be at 2:10 pm Eastern time on Friday. So it looks like we'll get it a few hours after it aired in Japan which is nice.
Legally at http://www.funimation.com/shows/overlord/videos/official/end-and-beginning Or hulu.

There is also a 9 volume translation of the source novel by skythewood. Will be removed in December due to being licensed by Yenpress.
Funi's dubbing almost everything they have this seson, even YuriKuma! Hopefully it becomes the new standard
Sorry, bot was late because Funimation broke. The feed for the show is currently returning absolutely nothing.
goes back to grumbling about poorly-maintained interfaces
No idea the best way to contact Funimation though. This?
Edit: @FUNimation maybe?
Yep, also they will pay translators if they are working on something. It's sorta like funimation light. (Btw don't forget funimation puts most of their stuff free online & on youtube now too)
10 episodes have already been dubbed and a Toonami broadcast is looking more likely by the week, though of course the latest available timeslot was deservedly taken by One Punch Man recently. Funimation are known for great dubs, Dragon Ball Z, Steins;Gate and the aforementioned Fullmetal Alchemist were all dubbed by them including much more on a very impressive track record. There are only 3 episodes left to dub, so you'll be able to binge on that soon enough. The dubbed episodes come out every wednesday at 9pm est. More info can be found on the Funimation Website or the MyAnimeList page if you want more information on the series.
Funimation announced they got the rights for it when they announced Lucky Star and Haruhi. It got kind of buried in the hype. Being licensed pretty much means it's a certainty, but we're never going to have a timeframe until it's pretty much done and less than a month away from release.
Here is the announcement. It is one of the bulleted items at the bottom: http://www.funimation.com/blog/2014/08/09/home-video-announcements-from-otakon/
Bandai's licenses expired and Bandai North America shut down a few years ago. Because of this, there aren't many places legal places with older Bandai stuff, this includes Code Geass. Although, some distributors did pick back up a few, like Funimation getting Eureka Seven.
Funimation has their S.A.V.E. program which tries to resurrect older shows by licensing them. browse: http://www.funimation.com/shows/save/home
Anime Sols has some really old stuff. Their goal is to crowd fund old licenses. http://animesols.com/
Hulu, http://www.hulu.com/tv/genres/anime being the largest library of anime, has all of Funimation's stuff plus a bunch of Aniplex's stuff. You can try browsing there.
No, because it's legally available here:

I've emailed Funimation about a live viewing in Canada, it was kinda useless, I will be emailing Bushiroad after, but I don't expect much. Do you guys have any ideas who I should contact next? Here is their reply:
Hello Peter,
Thank you for contacting Funimation.com support. We’re glad to hear you’re a fan of Love Live! Sunshine!. It is a great series!
Sadly, we have not made any announcements about hosting a live streaming event for the concerts. Please continue to visit our site at http://www.Funimation.com/blog/ as we will post all new information there first!
Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Thank you!

Sky Wizards Academy, watched on Funimation.
Dropped it immediately after the first episode was over. That was going to go nowhere fast. Incredibly elongated and lackluster joke, a completely typical setting with no intrigue, a confusing as hell opening, and basically nothing unique about the presentation.
^^^^I ^^^^don't ^^^^rate ^^^^things ^^^^I ^^^^haven't ^^^^completed.
It will appear here when Funimation gets off their ass. That will be the only legal place to watch. If we're lucky, some fansubber will be a fucking hero and release it much earlier.
>treating the post-9/11 landscape and those who grew up in it as a second-wave "lost generation"...
The problem with this is that Watanabe explicitly said that the Japanese view international terrorism incidents as a sort of distant problem. That is, there is no such thing as a "post-9/11 landscape" in Japan because 9/11 (and Islam-fueled terrorism) has little overt relevance to Japanese society (of course, that won't stop us Ameri-centric viewers to maybe find meaning that would be lost on Japanese viewers, but that's a different thread altogether.)
That is to say, there is no real life analog in Japan to 9 and 12's terrorism, in the same way that the Kiga Group's terrorism was a mirror of the Sarin Gas attacks.
Or did I misinterpret what you said?
> A delay was advised from the US release which had a domino effect for us.
They delayed it following the Funimation delay, which they say was caused by high theatrical demand that's leading to an extended run in the US and I've heard that there may also be a delay in finalising extras for the dub (commentaries, probably). Madman was probably negotiating to preserve the release date here in Australia (since we aren't getting an extended run) which is why the delay announcement is about a month behind Funimation's.
Yeah, you're missing something. The entire second half of the series. Netflix streaming only has parts 1-3 out of 5, which I believe is exactly half the episodes as parts 4 and 5 are longer.
Funimation has clearly sided with Hulu, so I'm not sure when (/if) Netflix will get the rest. You can watch it online, for free, either sub or dub, on Funimation's site, video player via Hulu. Here's the link....really hope you didn't read that idiot's spoilers down there.
I think he was trying to be subtle the first time he changed it but he underestimated the hype that would ensue. I wouldn't be surprised to see the announcement happen at AnimeExpo:
>Funimation Industry | Sunday, July 3rd | 11:45am – 1:45pm | Panel Location: LP1/Petree Hall From Akira to Dragon Ball Z, hear the latest news, info, and announcements from North America’s largest anime distributor—Funimation. In this special Industry Panel, we’ll be having guests from the cast of My Hero Academia! And who knows, we may have even more special appearances through the panel… Live tweet with us using the hashtag #FunimationPanel for a chance to win prizes!
Sabat is an official guest. Another option is ComicCon at the end of next month. I dunno how it goes with anime, but from my knowledge of other fandoms, big announcements like this are usually made at cons that are more close to home. Super is an anime, so AnimeExpo would make more sense. I wouldn't have expected an announcement that soon, but it is starting to look likely.
PS: It's not just Sabat's sudden changes to his status (however vague). It's also the mysterious Viz posting of chapter 1 of the manga on their website, unaccompanied by any announcement (secretive). It's also the announcement of the Portuguese dub a few days ago (same studio that had it before, from what I understand). This is getting close, or things like this wouldn't be happening.
I also finished S2 today as well (was keeping up with it dubbed in fact).
As for the movie:
A lot of reviews off Tumblr, Kotaku and the like give it some pretty positive reviews, most saying it's way better than S2 and at least on the same level as S1 which is a great thing.
And Funimation has licenced the movie back when they also go the re-edit of S1 and S2 Hopefully they'll announce some news on the movie soon in terms of theatrical screenings, dub and so forth.
As for whether we may get a S3 or more is entirely up to Japan.
Damn. God fucking damn. This episode. So many feels.
For starters, I'm really annoyed by people who are putting the blame on León for this what happened. Try seeing your mom BRUTALLY executed right in front of you, experiencing all the mental and emotional trauma of seeing her flesh seared off, and then see if you don't snap. Not to mention the fact that memory of his mother's sacrifice has been with him since he was old enough to understand his father's words. I'm sorry but I won't pass judgment on him when that shit is so unimaginable to me. I'm hoping León returns to being a Makai Knight somehow, though he may never again reclaim Garo.
I can also understand where Alfonso is coming from, he is the future heir of Valiente and you can tell at the end when he's talking to his mom that chastising León was definitely not easy for him.
Poor Germán, you can tell that tough love is killin' him.
Also, I don't buy for a second that Mendoza is dead. Doesn't anyone else think that was WAY too easy?
All in all this was an unexpectedly heart wrenching episode.
A lot of crazy moments that were definitely up there with the moment when Rafael died and Alfonso inherited Gaia.
Edit: Garo is confirmed 2 Cour
Second ED Announced
Funimation To Stream 2nd half Winter 2015
Subs:
Funimation: Black Butler: Book of Circus
CrunchyRoll (regions outside of NA): Black Butler: Book of Circus
I do like the new art so far. The colors are softer but more vivid than from S1. I also enjoyed the ED with all its symbolism.
I haven't read the manga, but my speculation is that their prostheses (TIL the proper medical term is prostheses as the plural of prosthesis or prosthetic) are made out of the children. The performers may or may not know, and I think the doctor definitely doesn't know.
Spice and Wolf is a light novel series(Think a novel aimed at teens and young adults with some pictures throughout giving a glimpse of the characters/setting) that was made into an anime.
The premise of the plot, taken from Wikipedia: >Spice and Wolf's story revolves around Kraft Lawrence, a 25-year-old traveling merchant who peddles various goods from town to town to make a living in a stylized historical setting with European influences.[6] His main goal in life is to gather enough money to start his own shop, and he already has been traveling for seven years while gaining experience in the trade. One night when stopped at the town of Pasloe, he finds in his wagon a pagan wolf-deity named Holo who is over 600 years old. She appears to be a 15-year-old girl, except for a wolf's tail and ears. She introduces herself as the town's goddess of harvest, who has kept it blessed with good harvests of wheat for many years. Despite her responsibility to watch over the town, she wants to go back to her homeland in the north called Yoitsu; she believes the people have already forsaken her and that she has kept her promise to maintain the good harvests. Holo wants also to travel to see how the world has changed while she has remained in one place for years. She manages to bargain her way out of the village by making a deal with Lawrence to take her with him. As they travel, her wisdom helps increase his profits, but at the same time, her true nature draws unwanted attention from the Church.
If you are interested, you can watch the anime from Funimation here, or you can even buy (most) of the light novels at your local bookstore or online.
The series is known for it's insight into microeconomics of a medieval society.

> I live in West US where can I watch this (except of course pirating websites)
From this article:
The film’s qualifying run will take place in Los Angeles on December 2 – 8 at the Laemmle Music Hall. Look for “Your Name.” in select theaters nationwide in early 2017.
but still, the reveal of it being underwater only after the 'secret exit' was opened makes it work better.
Also, look on the description of the episode here: http://www.funimation.com/shows/danganronpa-3/about (page 4)
UNTAGGED SPOILER ALERT FUNIMATION PLZ FIX
I've seen character designs that are A LOT more creepy and Otaku-pandering than Maria. She shows a little leg and thigh, but her design is actually pretty modest by Japanese Anime Standards.
Edit: Now the OTHER Witches?
Just to add on. They license rescued both and the spinoffs. Its at the bottom. http://www.funimation.com/blog/2014/08/09/home-video-announcements-from-otakon/
Unfortunately it will not be available to stream until they at least announce a dvd/bluray release. That could be awhile. They license rescued a bunch of stuff in 2013 from Bandai and Sunrise, such as Outlaw Star and Code Geass. None of those series has been released yet. They stockpile these licenses and wait until they have an opening in the schedule. They don't want to compete against there own product.
Lots of fun things in this episode.
And, for those of you watching the dub, that's the last free one on youtube. From now on, you'll have to hit up the Funimation website or catch it on Netflix (Canada and UK should have it, US doesn't and I don't know about other countries).
Funimation receives them like that. The uncensored episodes of the shows you mentioned air on channels in Japan that allow them to air uncensored. Funimation airs what the studio sends them, which is the censored version.
Edit: Funi doesn't usually get the uncensored version until the BD's are released in Japan.
Edit 2: Response from a Funimation staff member to someone complaining about the censorship in Tokyo Ghoul >"Also, because I see this misconception a lot, I just want to reiterate-- spread the word-- FUNimation rarely, if ever, censors anime. We will very, very rarely choose to censor things for an American audience due to differences in society between Japan and America, so I don't want to say we NEVER censor anything. But, we did not censor ANYTHING in Tokyo Ghoul, or in the vast, vast majority of our titles.
>We do, however, often present the Japanese censored content for our simulcasts. These anime have been censored by the original licensors, in order to appear on Japanese television, which has restrictions on content, much like our own television. Since what we have for simulcasts are the broadcast rights, we show the broadcast version, which means if the broadcast version includes censorship, so will the funimation.com version.
>When/if we receive the home video release version of the content, which is usually uncensored, we will release that content and update the website with the home video release version in both sub and dub for our subscribers. Due to Hulu restrictions, most uncensored content will not be available for free users."
This would have been a better link, but I didn't find it until after I submitted. Here's some info:
>Relive the masterpiece. Fullmetal Alchemist, the Complete Original Series on Blu-ray. A must-have for your collection. For the first time ever, experience Fullmetal Alchemist in perfect picture and perfect sound that Blu-ray brings.

EDIT: Here's a trailer as well. As expected, it doesn't look as glamorous as an anime originally drawn in HD would, but the improvements are there.
Less than a year or so is a bit on the slow side, but not all too long considering all the translating, writing, re-writing, and recording that's going to be going on with what's likely a very small team. That being said, games like The Witcher 3 came out in all of its languages pretty much at the same time and the anime Space Dandy managed to broadcast in both Japanese and an English dub at the same time, which might strike people who are used to these long localization schedules as odd.
If I had to guess, the real reason they're probably taking so long is because Square Enix didn't do any of that localization work at all during the development of the title in Japan. It seems that a lot of Japanese companies do this (probably to gauge interest in the title before risking spending money on a localization) instead of just having their teams work on everything at the same time.
Mostly just speculation on my part, but that kind of organizational stupidity and/or risk aversion are the only real things I can think of that would make these things take so long.

Kind of a off topic question but are the aniplexusa, funimation, and other official streaming and licensing sites/companies/distributors considered useful?
There was the 2006 season that aired in an achronological order with 14 episodes. In 2009 that season reaired in a chronological order with 14 new episodes mixed in that covered the chronological parts of the books that the 2006 season missed. Disappearance is the 2010 movie of the series covering the 4th book and is regarded as one of the best anime movies of all time.
You can watch the series legally on Funimation and also in other places illegally.
Here's two, including the licensor:
Funimation --Just saw their note that more details are coming out about that at the end of November, so the answers to your detailed questions are probably a few weeks away.
ELI5: Yesterday, a partnership between CrunchyRoll and Funimation was announced wherein each would be sharing shows with the other for the benefit of their mutual audiences.
In the wake of this announcement, Funimation is changing their current subscription plans from Basic (Free), SubPass ($4.99USD/mo subtitled only), All-Access ($7.99USD/mo).
So effective immediately they've changed their plan to $5.99USD/mo and got rid of the old SubPass and All-Access passes.
It's only $1 more per month, but the value has dropped since a number of shows will be broadcast through Crunchyroll. That said, there's STILL a handful of Funimation exclusives (Cheer Danshi, just for examples sake) that are not going to be shared. This decreases the overall value of the Funimation subscription (as a SubPass subscriber) while increasing the monthly fee.
I admit, the two months free is nice, but I will not be subscribing to the new plan after November. Not worth $6/mo USD for two or three shows.
The best legal site for dubbed anime is Funimation. They have the largest collection of dubbed anime from what I know. You can also find a good chunk on Netflix too of course, though not nearly as much as Funi.
Hulu & Crunchyroll have barely any dubbed anime, so I wouldn't recommend it if that's what you're looking for.
> high fantasy
You should definitely try out Rage of Bahamut: Genesis! It's very much like Pirates of the Cariibbean. It's a great anime for someone who hasn't seen much anime yet, since it avoids typical anime tropes. It's available on Funimation in the US
Hyperdimension Neptunia!
Specifically this character is IF.
It's a game series with an Anime Adaptation(Both can be enjoyed without needing the other). Can get pretty fan service-y but it's a ton of fun with some cool characters.
Games can be found on Steam, Anime can be found here.
^_^
You can legally stream the show here: http://www.funimation.com/shows/cowboy-bebop/videos/official/asteroid-blues
That's a link to the first episode. The dub is great, the music is fantastic, the animation, characters, setting... It's all great.
Huh, interesting. I have no idea what could have happened.
Edit: it would appear that the clips are still available on their site here, which only adds to the mystery.
It's not on crunchyroll.
Legal options (if you want to support the company): http://www.hulu.com/dragon-ball-z (this is the original I believe)
Arggg option (if you cant stand hulu ads) http://www.animefreak.tv/watch/dragon-ball-kai-english-dubbed-online-free (this is kai, the remake. Basically it greatly reduces the amount of filler material)
There is no legal stream of Kai. Funimation is pushing blu-ray sales of it right now. I'd expect legal streams in 1-2 years (this is a guess).

> Academy City is a highly developed place in terms of technology. It is said to be 20 to 30 years ahead of the rest of the world, and 80% of its 2.3 million residents are students. The focus of studies here is directed towards esper powers. Misaka Mikoto, one of the top level espers in town, shares a room with Kuroko Shirai, another high level esper who is a member of Judgement, a law enforcing agency composed of students. Both attend Tokiwadai, a private school reserved for the high-leveled and the rich. Kuroko's partner at Judgement, Kazari Uiharu, is a low level esper who studies at Sakugawa middle school. Her best friend and classmate there is Ruiko Saten, a level zero, one who has no esper powers. Together, the four encounter several adventures in the exciting scientific town.
Kai would be the quickest, but the dub isn't finished yet, and I don't know if it's gonna be finished by the time Dragonball Super comes out.
I, personally, am rewatching the series using the dub available on Funimation's website.
If you wanna watch the dub, you will likely have longer to catch up, since we don't know when the dub for this new series is going to be released. I would assume that they are going to do a broadcast dub, but we don't know yet.
From the announcement:
>The English dub of the new film will be released in theaters across North America in Summer 2015.
I believe this is the extent of what we know. Judging by the tone, it sounds like it's going to be quite a bit more widespread this time around. For what it's worth, we've recently learned that in addition to the US and Japan, it will release in 74 countries.
Funimation has dubbed them (far better than the 4kids dub that came out on cartoonnetwork) and offer them legal, free, but supported with ads.

I would recommend watching it on the funimation website because funimation makes products we all love, and you aren't supporting them financially if you watch it on a third party site.
Awesome!
If this stuff appeals to you, also check out Black Butler, which has official recipes for the food in the show.
What about "Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE!"? It looks like it's going to be a solid comedy and its director did Gintama and Nichibros too.
If Hulu and Crunchyroll are blocked, try Funimation (with a subscription, or else it uses a Hulu player, which is probably blocked)
You can also try Funimation's YouTube channel. They have quite a few shows there for free https://www.youtube.com/user/FUNimation
Otherwise, from the sidebar:
>Do not link to/mention torrents or unofficial streams/downloads.
Evangelion 3.33 was supposed to be released for DVD and BD sometime in early 2014. Preorders were set and ready to go by December, but then this happened. Since then, all Evangelion 3.33 releases were cancelled for region one (Germany and other areas got their releases on time); we also have no news from Funimation about the releases since they were postponed. Thus, it is assumed to be postponed indefinitely. Funimation's original excuse was that they wanted to stall a bit so the movie could be aired in theatres more until it was released, but that turns out to be a load of crap now. Their new excuse that they are using now is that they wanted to work with Studio Khara to match the American release as close to the original as possible (which may be industry speak for "we can't release this because they won't let us"). Either way, long story short, there's no official release date and it's been two years since it was released in Japan. At this rate, the pirated copies will long outnumber the official copies, if they haven't proven they will already.
Minor spelling edits
Funimation gets a good number of shows each season
And Space Dandy S2 will be airing on Adult Swim, or Madman for Australia
To everyone who didn't order from RightStuf, or wants a Future Gadget Lab replica pin, check out the Text To The Past contest we're running on FUNimation right now. You can win a signed poster, FGL window cling, and i'll throw in a pin, as well.
Funimation doesn't make their library available to crunchy.
So its just kinda of an exclusivity difference. Whats big here I think is the growth of anime market with another heavy weight getting into the mobile game.
but watch Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, not the original. Brotherhood follows the story of the manga (which is a lot better written in my opinion) while the original goes into this weird story line after like 20 episodes.
One can watch all the episodes of Brotherhood (dub and sub) on Hulu or the Funimation Website
There's a tribe in Bound in Blood by PC Hodgell where women can marry other women and keep house like other het couples. It's lesbian friendly, but... it's a fantasy setting and personally, I prefer modern comforts.
When Women Were Warriors is also lesbian friendly, but is also a fantasy setting. :(
The anime Vandread has a planet that only has women, and procreation relies on science to combine DNA from 2 women and one wife carries the child. I'd be more than happy to live in a planet full of women and also have a chance to pilot a spaceship. :3
If not, you can stream the blu-ray version at Funimation to get an idea of the difference visually. Need a membership or free trial for HD. Even the free stream is based on the blu-ray version though.
Some glowing reviews on Amazon of the remastering.
Personally, I was pretty blown away by the frame by frame restoration. The rich colors, finer detail, and Dolby TrueHD 5.1 surround sound in English. They even redubbed some parts. Mostly for consistency or quality. However, if you're not watching this on a big screen with surround sound, it might not be worth it to you.
Only news I saw when I looked this up was that Funimation will release the "The Complete Series coming to Blu-ray/DVD Combo". Doesn't seem to be figure-related, as I have not heard anything on the Japanese side of things.
I can't believe most of this sub doesn't seem to know about this. Go to Gamesamba's official website for more updated news and posts about it.
Funimation did license Kimi no na wa..., the question is when will it be released?
I am not sure if this link will work. but I watched all of S&W through funimation streaming. http://www.funimation.com/shows/spice-and-wolf/videos/official/wolf-and-amber-melancholy . Just a heads up, I think its subscription only.
The recommendations are going to really be based on what you're interested in.
If all you care about is if it's dubbed, Sort by language:dubbed and you'll have plenty to choose from.
Just to let everyone know, this game is the game funimation commissioned a while back, evidenced by the GameSamba logo (and not the console game that was in the poll in Japan). They stated they plan to create both a mobile game and a web-based game (independent of each other.) We don't know which one it is yet, but given there's a tablet right there it might be the mobile game? And yes, funimation did state they would be free-to-play.
EDIT: Confirmed to be the web-based browser game. Not details on the mobile game as of yet (http://fairytail.gamesamba.com/addon/signup/index.php)
It's at the top of their forum page.

Funimation Now link for fellow UK/IRE peeps.
I thought the fight scene in this episode was really well done in comparison to the manga, perhaps it's the movement.
Edit: great music too

If you're in the USA, Funimation and Hulu has them according to that link.
> Wait wait wait, does that mean we'll be getting the episode tonight or tomorrow?
According to these: http://www.funimation.com/p/spring, http://www.funimation.com/blog/2016/04/01/spring-2016-simulcast-line-up-is-here/
It will premiere on Funimation... April 8th?
http://www.funimation.com/schedule/subscription
March 22.
I don't know if there's a set schedule to the dubs though, I think it's just a matter of when Funimation can get around to it.
Fairy Tail Zero is a prequel series in the manga. But I think the story is just being integrated into the main show itself for the time being.
You can buy him a Crunchyroll Premium Membership, if he doesn't own one already. CR is the streaming service with the largest catalog, assuming you're in the US.
I'm not as up-to-date on Funimation, but they also stream anime as it airs and have a premium membership worth buying.
Presumably coming out in 2016 as Funimation is doing a theater release: Source
Yes!! You can do a monthly sub and see if he likes it. Depends on what anime he likes but I use free crunchyroll. Paid is definitely better though.
http://www.funimation.com/ also has subscription service! Netflix has anime, although not as recent as crunchyroll.
I personally found the atmosphere in Noein: Mou Hitori no Kimi e particularly captivating. Wonderful otherworldly imagery and a beautifully ethereal soundtrack. Quite an interesting and unique series which seems largely forgotten now.
Nice catch, but that sidebar isn't a 'coming this week', but a 'what's usually on and when, this season.' BBB/KS has been there since it begin airing, as seen in this snapshot of the page on August 19th. The reason it's there is because it technically hasn't finished airing, so they can't remove it yet.
