Saw this randomly sitting on the shelf at goodwill. It is a 1999 Kaiyodo figure.

It is missing all of its accessories, but not a bad pickup either way

Here ya go:
Be forewarned about its crazy price though, I only paid half for it as a gift for myself from some friends.
cool. cool cool cool. Hey its a good thing your eyesight isn't great and you have to wear glasses all the time, here don't forget them: https://www.amazon.com/Glasses-Wearable-Outdoor-Training-Teaching/dp/B07MQ57KKL
I used Rainmeter then made separate layers with visualizers and for the wallpaper I just erased certain areas to make png images. Here's Rainmeter if you wanna make something like this, you could probably find tutorials on Youtube.
It might be a little boring but for my phone I use this hexagon battery indicator and I couple it with this eva clock.
I'm a fan of the more minimalistic stuff I guess, before this it was just the NERV logo.
Crunchyroll reported on this too, except their headline was “Share a drink with Mom at the Evangelion Pub!” which is honestly hilarious
I'm guessing that it's monthly, because that would convert out to 23,000 in USD annually, which sounds about right for animators in the anime industry.
Anime is absolutely not something you get into to make money:

The messages the Rebuild films try to convey and the tone they set are entirely different from Neon Genesis, which should be enough to prevent comparison alone. Not to mention, the kind of complexity the Rebuild films have are of an entirely different nature, leaning more toward the visual layering and obsessive, detailed mysteries and oddities laid throughout.
Hideaki Anno didn't want to recreate the tone of Neon Genesis, but go for something else altogether (see: wanting Mari to 'destroy' [the previous preconceptions of what] Eva [is]), and this is something that a lot of people fail to realize about them, dismissing the saga as a disposable 'remake' as opposed to a spiritual successor.
For me, seeing as I am one to not consider the 'Sequel Theory' to be a theory, but rather a given (though never heavy-handedly as a viewing prerequisite- yet), Rebuild has just as much weight in what ultimately the story of Evangelion will end up being when it's truly all over. Of course, for those that don't like the Rebuild films, they're mercifully (and masterfully) not capable of changing the original series, nor the events within it, which means they can still be viewed as a complete, full series all on their own.
I, however, don't think the tale of Evangelion has been completed until the Utada Hikaru sings.
But Hikaru Utada is contracted for the song and she doesn't do that unless the release date is firmly set, especially since otherwise she's on hiatus.
FYI - the release has been pushed back to Q4. I'm really excited for the game. The visuals and audio are right up my alley.
For anyone curious—the Kickstarter is at like 15x their original goal, so as long as we don't have another Castle Doctrine situation, this game should be fantastic.
This IS from the manga. Its in Volume 4, its literally on page 5.
Here is another pic from that Volume
I think that was actually Misato, because she had memories that Shinji would not have known about. That and in End of Evangelion when she dies, and the section she is in is demolished by the invaders, Rei appears for 13 frames.
Frames: https://imgur.com/a/xkR1c
EDIT: Same thing happens to Ritsuko as she is flying backwards.
So, as far as I know, Megumi Hayashibara does do berserk Eva Unit-01's screams, or at least ANN seems to think so, and I generally trust their information:
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/people.php?id=391
I googled "evangelion horse racing" and found this:
> The Japan Racing Association (JRA) began streaming four new horse-racing commercials featuring an Evangelion horse hybrid on Tuesday. Kotono Mitsuishi, the voice of the anime's Misato, narrates these commercials as she did for the first ones: > > The first two ads, "Unknown Horse" and "Birth of Eva-Impact," begin with the Evangelion anime's Spear of Longinus falling from the heavens. Real-life jockey Yutaka Take, not being able to synchronize with an EVA unit weapon, tells Shinji, Rei and Asuka of the secret decision that has been made. "Eva-Impact" is an humanoid thoroughbred developed by JRA and Nerv as the "Final Battle Weapon Type Horse." Eva-Impact was born from the combination of Nerv technology and DNA extracted from legendary horses with a 150-year lineage. The fall of the Spear of Longinus triggered the development of this weapon. > > > The third and fourth ads promote this Sunday's Shūka Sho race and next Sunday's Kikuka Shō race as part of the Evangelion tie-in campaign called "JRA Instrumentality Project." The official site has a "u:MAGI" section that introduces the basics of horse-racing to newcomers. The u:MAGI section draws inspiration from the anime's MAGI supercomputer and uses "Synchro Rate" and other Evangelion keywords to explain horse-racing terms. > >
Huh, interesting. I have no idea what could have happened.
Edit: it would appear that the clips are still available on their site here, which only adds to the mystery.
You can find these cameras being really used by the development crew when creating different low fidelity prototypes of scenes and capturing the angles for the camera. Here is a documentary about Hideaki Anno making the finale.

PS: cameras are on the 26:08 for instance.
OH, I bought mine from Amazon. I bought mine for $450 but I just saw that there are much cheaper listings on Amazon right now... I hate my life.
Here is an article from last year that has Anno joking that it could take up to 6 years after 3.0 for the last film to come out. While he was joking, it sounds like he want people to be prepared to wait. I think the last confirmed release date was Fall to Winter 2015, so I wouldn't expect anything earlier than that.
Zerochan is never the actual source, just letting you know for the future! :)
EDIT: SauceNAO will get you the real source, usually, but it seems their account has been deleted.
You should try it out at least! I'd recommend downloading Blender and looking into some basic rigging and animation tutorials. Blender's a great tool for new people because it's free and there are tons of learning resources out there. These tools do have a little bit of a steep learning curve at first, but if you just google basic navigation in Blender (or Maya, or whatever) you'll be animating in no time at all.
I just got one on Amazon for $25, check everyday for it to be back in stock, they usually go out of stock within 3 days so be fast. There is the $75 and then another company that restocks here and there. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076DP5XTC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_F8R3Z0KZ8PH1KR1ZJH3T
For clarification: I define "feel most similar to yourself" as loosely as "oh, I can empathize with some of what you're going through" / "damn, that's exactly how I feel right now" / "shit, I'm in a similar situation right now"; not meaning "yeah this character 100% fits me".
It has changed throughout the years: It first began with Rei. Then, right away, came a mixture of Shinji + Asuka. Then the "no Eva years" began -we do not speak of those dark times in this house- but then came Kaji, which rapidly evolved to now, which is a mixture of bits and pieces of all the other adults (including the Bridge Bunnies, heh...)--When I was younger, the adult characters seemed rather distant and obtuse most of the time... N-not anymore ( ; ・﹏・).
However, the issues of the younger ones are still relevant, like a foundation upon which everything else is built--Some issues I've resolved, others make a comeback from time to time, and some are just lingering perpetually and you learn to carry their weight.
Try using the software off this website. http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download Rip it off and get a 'iso' file from the disc. Then you should have a serperate file from the CD on your computer labeled 'blahblahblaevagos.iso'. Then you can take this iso and upload it to a torrent website such as megaupload or thepiratebay. I believe you will have to create an account to upload files. Godspeed!
I just went through the same experience. I ended up ripping the subs from my Platinum DVD's. They sync up just fine to the Bluray. I recommend using media player classic to watch the Blu-rays since VLC has such a hard time with importing subtitles. Here are the subs! :)
I haven't ripped the subs for Death & Rebirth nor EoE, yet. I used this program to rip the subs. I'll let you know when I decide to rip them myself.
There's actually an English-subbed Blu-ray box set of Anno's three live-action films from 1998-2004 (Love & Pop, Shiki-Jitsu, and Cutie Honey), but it's rather expensive by Western standards. Of course most individual Japanese movies' BD/DVDs cost in excess of 4000 JPY, so its price isn't too surprising in that context.
You can find the LP’s Amazon listing here. though several outlets had special pressings with various colors and patterns as well as available as a standard black double LP, a CD, or digital and is available on streaming. As for what it is, straight from the blurb:
EVANGELION FINALLY, a collection of vocal songs performed by Yoko Takahashi and Megumi Hayashibara as heard in the hit anime series NEON GENESIS EVANGELION and EVANGELION 2.0 YOU CAN (NOT) ADVANCE. The 15-track collection includes Yoko Takahashi's well-known opening song to the series ""The Cruel Angel's Thesis,"" as well as new covers of original songs including ""FLY ME TO THE MOON (2020 Version),"" a new recording of the classic jazz standard featured in the shows end credit, and a new vocal arrangement from Takahashi of ""Kokoro yo Genshi ni Modore 2020."" Also included in the collection is ""THANATOS -IF I CANT BE YOURS-,"" a new original track and the theme song to the Shin Evangelion feature film performed by LOREN & MASH. Meanwhile ""Come sweet death, second impact"" is a jazz arrangement of the legendary masterpiece featuring the voice of Megumi Hayashibara.
If it's Region 1 and still has all the disks, only three of those are listed on Amazon right now, the lowest one being $499.95.
I don't think OP is entirely in the wrong here. It's assumed that if you can use reddit, you can use google, too, right? I mean, if and when I don't get what somebody's talking about, I look it up, rather than downvoting somebody and telling them that they had to be clearer.
Here's a google play page for the game
And here's a google-translated version of that page
Hope I don't sound like an asshole, but I just don't get why the OP is being downvoted here for asking a legitimate question.
Book Depository seems to have all available and I've personally never had an issue with them. I get it shipped to Australia and the longest wait I've had is 2 weeks, and that was for some unusual books too. Free shipping is the tits.
I feel like a spokesperson for the brand now.
Here's that ANN report Unit-00 is referring to.
Don't want to click? Says Viz will release US Vol 13 the same day as Japan, November 2, 2012.
Staying with ANN just because I was there already, here's links to sites with vol 11 in stock. Luckily for you, vol 11 is the one you need. Earlier volumes are a little harder to get a hold of.
The moon isn't rolling on earth, it's just orbiting closer.
Anno is the same man that let Fuyutsuki say "you'll lose in 31 moves" to Shinji and then proceeded to make Kaworu's head exactly 31 minutes later. He is that kind of director.
And Anno worked with a man from JAXA, the Japanese Space Agency, to make the space stuff realistic.

I printed mine on 13x19 glossy paper, and these are the frames I got from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002NLIQG4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
For Shin Godzilla, and a lot of his more recent work post Eva/Gainax (even Gunbuster) entirely yes. For this one unfortunately, it looks like no. The film is a bit too obscure for even Netflix or Amazon Prime to pick up, and from the looks of it no on-demand services have it either. The Amazon physical DVD (Eng Subs, luckily) would be your only bastion, besides just watching the full thing on YouTube, https://www.amazon.com/Love-Pop-Tadanobu-Asano/dp/B00029NMD6
My general rule of thumb when it comes to films, as both art and intellectual monetary property, is if it's no longer being print, and no longer being distributed or available legitlly through a service where the money would go back to the production studio, distributor, and folks behind it it any way, then it's fine to watch online or second hand where accessible. Kind of similar to public domain renaissance art . If you still feel sketchy about that, then by all means order the 2004 DVD. (Edit: NOT advocating the pirating of any easily monetarily accessible, well in-print media. That's no good).
Thanks to you for the great analysis!
>Did you use a digital tablet to draw the line art and paint?<
Yup, I used a wacom intuos for lines and coloring and that's why they aren't that smooth, I really need to practice more my eye/hand coordination lol.
> Asuka's thigh is thicc, while Rei and Shinji's proportions are excellent. Shinji actually looks quite heroic, you've buffed him up a little here. <
While I was drawing the pilots my hand couldn't resist and i buffed up all of them (now that you made me notice Asuka's thigh, needs some tweaks) i didn't quite like the ultra-slim bodies of the original (Sadamoto Sensei please forgive my sin).
>Unfortunately it also brings to mind the three infamous howling wolves of Mountain Men<
LOL, didn't see that coming, the idea was to make the Evas look pretty much in the same direction as their respective pilots, the similarity is making me chucke now, i can stop thinking about it.
> I still have to give props to the original artwork and Sadamoto's use of lighting. It really gives off a Caravaggio vibe, which just makes everything 10x more dramatic and theatrical.<
The original coloring is EPIC, I wanted to do something similar but i didn't nailed it, I'm thinking to change some aspect of the overall atmosphere and then repost the final version if you guys want it.
Have you considered the loop though? Everything getting better and better, people getting more chances?
Long story short, the ending gets milder and milder as Shinji gets more stable (though he never is, so I guess more "used to" these events).
In the end, if RoE is worse than EoE, we can just swap the two.
And just like Anno said: ”Eva" is a story that repeats. It is a story where the main character witnesses many horrors with his own eyes, but still tries to stand up again. It is a story of will; a story of moving forward, if only just a little. It is a story of fear, where someone who must face indefinite solitude fears reaching out to others, but still wants to try. We hope that you look forward to the 4 new retellings of this story.
Loop theory beginnig: http://i.imgur.com/m6QSNIS.jpg (has own source)
Those are super cool. lots of other cool stuff on your page, you people should go look.
Do you do anything other than coasters and glasses?
In case anyone is interested, I have these listed in my store here along with Unit 01 and Unit 00.
I haven't seen Rebuild yet, so those are the primary EVAs I'm familiar with. I guess I could do Unit 03, for its short appearance, or the mass-production units (ew, creepy)?
I had a couple requests for the NERV logo, too, so I'll be getting to that when I'm back from PAX East.
If anyone has any more requests, let me know! You folks have been pretty supportive and I appreciate that.
This guy has some wonderful paintings in his etsy shop:
Here are couple of good ones.
"This is man's ultimate fighting machine the synthetic life form know as Evangelion, Unit 1. Built here in secret, it is mankind’s last hope"- Ritsuko Akagi- Angel Attack
" I mustn't run away, I mustn't run away, I mustn't run away, I mustn't run away, I mustn't run away!" Shinji Ikari- Angel Attack
"That's right. It's said if an Angel makes contact with Adam, who lies below here, humanity will be eradicated in the Third Impact. The only thing that can stop it is the one thing with power equal to an Angel's, the Evangelion. Shinji, the only thing I can do is stand here and water. But you, you have something that you can do. That only you can do. Nobody is forcing you. Think for yourself, and make the decision by yourself. Think about what you ought to do now. You know, so you don't have any regrets"-Kaji Ryoji- A Man's Battle
"So fucking what if I’m not you?! That doesn’t mean its okay for you to give up! If you do, I’ll never forgive you as long as I live. God knows I’m not perfect either. I’ve made tons of stupid mistakes and later I regretted them. And I’ve done it over and over again, thousands of times. A cycle of hollow joy and vicious self-hatred. But even so, every time I learned something about myself. Please, Shinji. You’ve got to pilot Eva and settle this once and for all. For your own sake. Find out why you came here. Why you exist at all. Answer your own questions. And when you’ve found your answers, come back to me. I’ll be waiting for you. Promise me."
-Misato End of Evangelion
"The fate of destruction is also the joy of rebirth".-Seele Russian member. End of Evangelion

Most mecha shows are shounen-targeted (a viewer demographic in japan, "shounen" refers to pre-adolescent males up to high school aged males). Mech shows are usually about high-school age kids so that their target viewership can identify with the characters better.
That said, there's not enough information here to help you. Sorry! Just start watching all the mecha anime you can find from the years where it was all getting released dubbed/subbed on VHS and you'll eventually find it. All of the old mecha classics (and even less than classics) can still be downloaded online (sorry, can't help you with links as it's against Reddit ToS). They are all worth watching anyway. I still sometimes watch old mech anime other than Eva.
Just for fun, here's a list of the common target reader/viewer demographics for anime and manga in Japan:
kodomo: very young kids
shounen: boys (approx 10-18)
shoujo: girls (approx 10-18)
seinen: men (college-aged and older, often comedic, usually a lot of sex humor, sometimes good dramas)
josei: women (college-aged and older, usually this is where the best romance stories and dramas are)
edit: A great resource for doing actual historical research on anime is https://anidb.net as you can search by years/seasons and by very detailed tags (not all shows have a detailed tag tree, most do). You may come across a character picture or poster for the show that clicks with your memory.
Hmm, I think you should search a little bit more about what Anno says. People take the whole "troll" thing too literally and think it is the only reason why he ever does anything. Anno doesn't have a problem with being nerds so much as he does with people being creepy escapist shut-ins obsessed with whatever minutuea they are into, which is what "otaku" actually means in Japan, so it kind of gets lost in translation. He has expressed this in some more recent interviews as well as in Moyoco's manga, yet he still keeps hammering on that issue, and you can see his societal concerns in not only 3.0 but other works like Shin Godzilla. As for Rei herself, I really think you should look at the many, many posts you have already made about this before. Rei becoming an individual is in fact what is happening in 3.0 as she starts entertaining the idea of not being a servant to Seele or Gendo (similar to what happened with Rei III in EoE), but this does not mean her 2.0 self, who was relatively devoid of such independence, did not play that thematic role towards Shinji echoing Gendo to destructive degrees, Rei was simply never written that way and Anno has already commented on this before. But this doesn't mean he hates her, simply that her character was written with a different purpose than a significant portion of Japanese fans have interpreted - which might or might be how you see her.
I tried it myself and got to a point where I had a issue with the video screensaver problem so it didn't work. However, for those that can potentially solve the issue, I converted the mp4 file with this so that a downloadable program can use it as a screensaver. After following all the instructions and attempting to preview the screensaver, I got an "ini file is missing" issue and couldn't figure it out. If anybody else could point out whats wrong that would be great.
It's actually a reference to this video. It went pretty viral on the Japanese video hosting site nicovideo.jp and spawned a lot of remix videos like this one. NSFW
In addition to this, from my country I couldn't watch them on the Amazon webpage (the ones linked this post), but I can watch all of them from https://www.primevideo.com/ (which shows different things to https://www.amazon.com/-/es/gp/video/storefront). Make sure to check both.
That's a nice figure of "New Unit-02α" you've got there. Hadn't seen that one in real life (as compared to stock images or box art) as of yet.
I think a good addition to the collection as it currently stands would be a figure of Mari's "Provisional Unit-05" from Evangelion 2.0 (i.e. not the identically-numbered "Mass Production Evangelion" from The End of Evangelion).
https://www.amazon.com/Neon-Genesis-Evangelion-ANIMA-Light/dp/164275708X It’s available physically or digitally, and it’s really cheap right now to start the series. Hikari doesn’t get introduced and get focus until the second novel, to set your expectations. But I really enjoyed the series and am anxiously waiting for June for the last book to come out.
it's available from a US seller on amazon canada for $8.99 used plus some shipping if that helps at all.

Made the design (my roommate helped me) in Photoshop and then bought a custom design flag from Amazon where you send them the design and they'll make it.
https://www.amazon.com/Custom-flag-Banner-Foot-150X90cm/dp/B071GYDGX4
You have to ask for the four holes without the white border though.
Might make an Asuka flag as well.
Here's 1.11 on DVD just check the description on each listing and it'll tell the available languages I don't support it but you can always be a pirate https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002KYIAJ2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_kzsIFb0M08D4M
I'm thinking it might be bootleg. I looked around, and all the versions of the platinum collection have the slide out box.
I bought it on Amazon, but they apparently buy it at a secondary vendor in Japan. I didn’t know so I was shook when I had to pay 35 euros extra in ‘douanekosten’ (customs). That’s the price I paid extra, and I live in Belgium, so it might be more or less for you.
Link: Model kit
Hey man, thanks! Here’s the link if you’re interested ;)
Link: Model kit
I found a pretty neat live wallpaper recently. The free version can light up when a SMS message is recieved and the paid version can be set to do that for all notifications; as far as I know no other difference exists.
THE? Like, it's the only one with a bunch of Japanese text and the English work "Eva". Basic enough controls and UI to grasp with some playing. Super fun.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.qzgame.eva.google
For context: this is the German release, essentially a downgraded version of the UK/US Ultimate Edition (it's missing the Apostle paperweight, the Nerv security card and the VSI dub/subs).
Evangelion 3.0+1.01 is currently only available via Amazon Prime Video.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B098WNZSQ3/
A physical release is slated for March of next year in Japan. We are still waiting on English release details.
Of course I was joking, by the way last year in Japan were effectively released two new groundwork books that include generally the production drawings for the series and the movies.
From what I know they should include partially or totally new material compared to the classic groundworks, but it's better that you get more info about them.
I leave anyway here their Amazon links:
Groundwork of EVANGELION - DIGEST
Groundwork of EVANGELION The Movie - DIGEST
Excited just like you for the final Groundwork book of Thrice: the teased cover is just it already beautiful!
The Prime Video release was 3.0+1.01, as clearly shown on its Amazon listing.
Note that 3.0+1.01 was also what was shown in Japanese theaters during the second half of its theatrical run.
City Of Woke. — my friend read it and it was the most offensive novel that she has ever read..
City Of Woke: The Six-Part Anthology https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BG9194FP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_VW5W2JWFCWF1HSHQPGGH
It's pretty safe to assume that it'll be based off of the 3.0 + 1.01 version, which was what screened in Japanese theaters during the second half of its Japanese theatrical run (i.e. from June 2021 onwards) and also globally on Amazon Prime Video.
Can you link me the source of this biography? Googling it turned up nothing relevant except a movie he directed called "Love and Pop", which is a fictional account of compensation dating, and I couldn't find much else on it.
Anyway, reading Moyoco Anno's (Hideaki Anno's wife) autobiographical manga "Insufficient Direction", Hideaki Anno still very much loves otaku culture. He has a room full of anime and tokusatsu merch that he hoards, he gets up every Saturday morning to watch the latest Super Sentai, Ultraman, Kamen Rider episodes, and his primary motivation to lose weight was to fit into a Kamen Rider 555 belt.
Here's the Amazon page to prove I'm not making the manga up https://www.amazon.com/Insufficient-Direction-Hideaki-Anno-Moyoco/dp/1939130115
Another difference is that Khara re-composited all of 3.333 in a higher native resolution than the original 3.33 release, so its picture quality is somewhat better even on its Blu-ray release.
Of course the UHD + Blu-ray release at $41 shipped to the US via Amazon Japan only costs like 5 bucks more than the Blu-ray only release, so it makes sense to get the 4K one even if you don't have a corresponding player yet.
I know some of them were collected in the art book Evangelion Illustrarions 2007-2017
It’s got a lot of neat artwork, a lot of it from the store/webpages and all of the numerous ad campaigns
As far as I'm aware, the only content currently available in 4K would be the Japanese UHD release of Evangelion 3.333. Of course there are several caveats with this release, namely:
MSI Premium Mid-Tower PC Gaming Case – Tempered Glass Side Panel – RGB 120mm Fan – Liquid Cooling Support up to 420mm Radiator x 1 – Cable Management System – MPG GUNGNIR 110R EVA e-Project
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09ZN7NW8M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_MVVAVGR4B7WSXFWNYD2A
You can get any of them on Amazon for a much better price, Rei is $30!
Record Album Double (2) Vinyl LP Frame Display Featuring White Matting Juke Box Style Design (Black Frame) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XTSMLVQ/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_ASRW03XTFVTBYGJCH76S?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I also messaged the company and asked for them to hang it horizontally.
You're halfway there, but now you need to get the Japanese "Archives of Evangelion" DVD set which is the only home video release worldwide which contains the actual broadcast version of Eva TV (plus "Death[True] & Rebirth").
What format did you want Evangelion on previously? If it was the old DVDs from the '00s, then the clips without the "haziness" that you saw were probably sourced from the Blu-ray set.
Got it in my local store :)
But in case you want it, I fInd it on Amazon. Only 2 left
Leonine was literally the only publisher to put out a DVD version of the 2021 box set, and since they only publicized it in German it would make sense that most of the people here would have never heard of it.
The German licensee Leonine did put out a 7-disc DVD-only "Limited Collector's Edition" alongside a 7-disc Blu-ray version.
The official plush is made by a company called Great Eastern Entertainment, but it looks like it's sold out currently:
https://geemerch.com/products/evangelion-new-movie-rei-plugsuit-plush-8h
https://www.amazon.com/Great-Eastern-Evangelion-GE-52302-Plugsuit/dp/B076DP5XTC/
If you can't buy it there you might search for GE-52302
If you want to try another Evangelion kit, try a High Grade. Eva-01 from <em>Evangelion 2.0</em> was reissued in 2020.
I was about to suggest RahXephon as well.
Conveniently enough the TV series + movie are available on Blu-ray, and the DVDs are easily enough found used on eBay.
I checked the Amazon Prime Video Japan and Amazon Prime Video US listings for Eva TV, and it seems that the primary Japanese playlist features the 23-minute "OA" versions of Episodes 21-24, while the US playlist has the longer "Director's Cut" versions.

i want to read the manga. what's the best way to do so, the individual volumes (14 of them?) or the 3-in-1 omnibus editions? and does anyone know if there will be a matching 2-in-1 for volumes 13 and 14?
EDIT: derp, should have just searched, i'll get the 3-in-1 editions... https://www.reddit.com/r/evangelion/comments/258ov3/should_i_get_the_3in1_edition_or_the_individual/
Alright here it is. The back looks kinda off since it was originally supposed to be a tablet stand. Ill maybe fix it to not be a stand anymore one day.
Hmmm I don't have a problem with the reveals and twists so much as the fact that the entire premise [went from "humanity vs extinction" to "humanity vs...humanity". Everyone who is watching the anime is amazed by the scale of the problem: that we are chickens in a little fence with no real means of resistance. Erin's First Victory was SO AWESOME. And then...it seems like that everywhere you turn there are people who know what's going on. That the exploration team really is just wasting everyone's time and money, that they die for nothing. The cliche is that, in the end, what's the worst thing that could ever face humanity?](/spoiler) is "turns out it's man"
> if a good author likes it enough to invest their own time into it then why not?
Because an author smart enough to be a 'good' author probably understands something about, or has intuited the meaning of, the sunk cost fallacy.
Your best bet is to review their work and see if that knocks anything loose. I was firmly addicted to the work-feedback-work cycle, so some extra feedback might kick that process back into motion for someone else.
While you aren't interested in doing it, commissions might work. I've had great art done by people at affordable prices, I'm sure there's something equivalent for writers... though I have to admit, the idea of accepting money for fixed output in a reasonable timeframe sounds like a personal recipe for failure. I'm guessing that writing is a great deal easier for some people than it is for me, though.
Maybe your affection for the story should be transferred to the author, generally? If the author is doing something else, go ahead and support them. Baby authors usually feed off any kind of feedback in order to continue writing. The more writing you do, the better you get at writing. The better the author gets, the more you benefit as a reader.
That is a type of support that you can give to an author with a nominal time commitment to yourself that ought to cost you about $0.
it is a fighting game about you playing as unit 00 or unit 02 to defeat an awakened unit 01. i am not finished with it yet, but you can still check out scratch.mit.edu and see other games.
Yessir, these right here are probably the best nippers on the market GodHand Nipper PN-125 GH-PN-125 for Plastic Models https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NWBG938/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_CJRQ03VWXBV7YC837XBM
If it's $14.39, it's just one of the boxes. To get the complete set you need to order the bundle, like here at Amazon for $64: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09LRMMY7L/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_EY777ZFGZPBT1RQZKDZF
It's from Khara's animator expo. They've been releasing shorts about once a week for a few weeks now. This one was eva related but the others are also really interesting too! Here's some more info about it.
