If you haven't used binance before:
make an account
deposit the crypto of your choice
trade for 1BNB,
vote (vote will consume 0.1 of the BNB you purchased)
The gains to your XRB holdings for winning this will be way more than worth the cost and effort!
The above link is a referee link which will give Schwa142 the opportunity to earn money if you use it to create a new account. He is spamming this link all over reddit and always forgets to mention that he is trying to make money. Nothing wrong with referee links in general, but trying to trick people into using them is not nice.
This, is my referee link. If you use it to make an account I might earn a small amount of money. You will have no disadvantages or advantages by doing so.
Hi, please check this post first. Feel free to ask whatever you need. https://steemit.com/raiblocks/@raiblocks/how-raiblocks-provides-unlimited-transaction-throughput
You can also check the wiki: https://github.com/clemahieu/raiblocks/wiki
Did raiblocks change name to nano? I don't know what's written but I've found this app on Google play where it writes nano in brackets. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.thiagosalper.cotacaoraiblocks
hi, to vote, do the following:
Login to binance.com
Go to this link: https://www.binance.com/vote.html
Check the box next to 'RaiBlocks (XRB)'.
Click on 'Vote' button.
More info here: https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003705851
I'm torn over both names, Raiblocks was unique and clunky, and memorable cause it was confusing to pronounce, but Nano is slick but kind of generic. However Raiblocks sounds waaaay to close to the video-game RoBlox and it would confuse any 7 to 14 year-old https://www.roblox.com/develop But Nano is waaay to close to the Ledger Nano Wallet. It should just be called Rai.
I suggest using KeePass, an open source password manager.
The steps that I recommend:
1. Install KeePass
2. Create a new Database:
* For the master password use a generator, change some characters and then write it down on a paper / memorize it
* Check "Show expert options" and then also check "Key file / provider"; Press "Create" to create a new file (there are two methods, I prefer using the first one)
* Store the key file on a USB stick as a backup, whenever you want to access the KeePass Database you'll need your Master Password but also the key file.
3. After you finished creating the database, you can add Groups and Entries to it. I like to create a Group for every Crypto that I own and then an Entry for each different private keys/seeds.
4.Whenever you need one of the private keys/seeds, enter the database and then just double-click on the password, this will copy it to the clipboard for a few seconds.
Hope this helps! Just make sure you backup the database (.kdbx file) and the key file on a separate USB/HDD (you'll have to save it again if you make any changes).
I did translation to Brazilian portuguese and if someone want to use a LateX template to translate, can try mine: https://www.sharelatex.com/read/jpmpnqkkcbzt It's almost the same from original Whitepaper
Download CMC app from PlayStore, Write the number of your XRBs there. Done.
This is the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.coinmarketapp.app&hl=tr
It is too easy, download& you will see*. One click on your phone and you will be able to see
If you want a RaiBlocks only app, RaiBlocks Price Tracker does the job just fine. They just released with widget support which is a nice addition
I am using this android app as alternative to Blockfolio for monitoring my XRB holding. Search for XRB, click on it and enter your holding. Check this out.

Not completely free, but much less cost depending on how you measure costs. For example regarding email for a start you can run your own email service, at home or on a server online. This is easier said than done, but you can. This is barebones internet:
https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/why-you-may-not-want-to-run-your-own-mail-server
Obviously this doesn't include costs that you'd incur including your own time which would be the most costly component.
Check this board https://trello.com/b/7uqou2xL/raiblocks-community-developments
Some ideas which are pending are listed on the left side column. If anyone has other ideas that should be added, let me know!
Agreed that it would feel better to get them to a hardware wallet. Here's what the devs need to do in order to start the process with Ledger: https://trello.com/c/4Aa7Ug5a/20-altcoin-support-information
i'm sure you can say something like "Vote for you your favorite coin at https://www.binance.com/vote.html". But obviously most people following the raiblocks twitter will just vote for raiblocks so i'm not sure how cool that is.
There is a vote coming up for Binance community coin, which could get it listed there, which would be huge. I'll definitely be putting in a vote for Raiblocks:

In the meantime, KuCoin should be up next to offer xrb trading. I've been using it for some other small coins and I'm liking it so far even though it's still a smaller exchange. It also has some referral bonuses and profit sharing coins for the exchange. My referral link is below if you want to check it out.
Did you use a password you've ever used before?
Check https://haveibeenpwned.com/
If you're using a password generator like LastPass or keepass, do you have two Factor authentication there? Is it possible your password database has been compromised?
Otherwise I'd be worried about a keylogger or something, or perhaps your email is compromised. I had a friend get accounts stolen from him and he didn't know his email was compromised. The hackers most likely just deleted every email related to changing passwords, etc.
Sorry you had to learn such a painful lesson though, for you and anyone reading this, ALWAYS use 2FA wherever possible. It's probably the lowest effort for the highest security for any average person. Look at hackers like a hungry bear, you only have to be just faster than the slowest person. Using the same passwords rather than a password generator (unfortunately really required these days given how many places have been hacked resulting in all your info being available as if you were phished, even if you know better than to fall for phishing) and not using 2FA, especially for financial services just leaves you as a very juicy low hanging fruit for thieves.

got mine off amazon with a mag connector called mint cell! Works very well.
Thanks for being willing to discuss this. I love economics so this is always fun to think out loud.
There is still a point at which you'd sell your Van Gogh painting, it's just much much much higher than if he had made 1,000,000 paintings. People sell rare things all the time because they value the other end of the transaction more than they value their item.
Inflation and deflation are two sides of the same coin and naturally wildly unhealthy swings in either direction are not conducive to consistent/predictable economic interactions (that are required for a successful long-term currency). You're correct in pointing out that, all else equal, cryptos are necessarily deflationary. If done right there will be a fixed maximum amount that will slowly recede over time as private keys are lost. On a long enough timeline it's reasonable to expect that all of a given crypto will disappear (more than likely it'd hit a minimal amount to where it can no longer facilitate enough volume of transactions, this would be baked into the price rapidly falling as people switch out to other goods/services/currencies).
In my opinion, the lack of any inflationary effects are a long long long-term problem to which I'm curious if it really matters when you consider all the benefits of crypto currencies (and subsequent productivity it can unleash).
I understand the point you are trying to make, but I'm trying to dispel the idea that deflation is necessarily bad (just like inflation isn't necessarily bad). They both have trade offs and unhealthy extremes. The average age of a fiat currency is 27 years which sets the bar for how long we think a crypto's "half life" would be before it deflates into not being a currency and instead is sold off for something better.
Here's a great book I'd recommend reading (one of my professors when I did my undergrad): https://www.amazon.com/Less-Than-Zero-Large-Print/dp/1495294285/
There was a comic book by valiant in the 90s called “Rai”. Had a red sun on white background theme to it. A Japanese samauri god that teleports electrically throughout japan. Just the name reminds me of the comic. Was cool as fuck. I think because Rai has Japanese meaning, it should get some influence in it.
