I used this program called Vectr which is a free vector graphic software. You can download it or use it right in a browser, which is what I did! I then uploaded images of the different Enoden signs from Google, or clips I took from the Enoden website and used the line tools to trace all the kanji (this part took forever). The text editor looked good enough for the romaji and I used the windows default Japanese keyboard for the hiragana. Get the colors off the website clips using the color picker, and layer several circles for the little stop logos. Vectr is super intuitive and has a great alignment/snapping system, so getting everything lined up was super easy and satisfying. Oh yeah, and make sure you check with your printer about proper dimensions, which you can set in Vectr. I printed through Redbubble and their recommended sizing is 1187x1852 for most iPhone cases. There are sizes but Bc of the material, the main thing you should worry about is the torso length.
