I agree with all these points. 500watt minimum, nVidia and ATI are equivalent in my book. You also need a hard drive.
The mainboard seems to be more expensive due to supporting up to 2100 speed ram, with the *overclocked caveat. This means it may not run at 2100 at all.
Personally, I'd save the $80, get the $99 version that does 1333, and spend the difference on 8gb of ram. Win 7 64-bit (home) is $99.
I need to submit my vote for : Urban Terror (UrT). It was like the modern warfare of its time. It was based on the Q3 engine. The Q3 engine was eventually released for free, so the entire game is free. If any of you fools want to jump in to this sometime, let me know. Be warned, people still play it and have been since 2002, so the competition is ludicrous.

If you have Firefox, get greasemonkey first.
If you have Chrome, you can install it like any other extension. I think Opera works the same way.
Live Sports and Live TV will all be unavailable (Unless you get a HD Antenna) Some of your "local" channels will be broad-casted. Everything else you can pretty much find on the internet through Netflix, Amazon, and iTunes at about $2 per show. There are also COU*torrents*GH which i would never dare do. There are alot of workarounds. I also found a few websites that i cant check out yet thanks to Barracuda filter at work.
This one here. It handles lag extremely well. I have been following HDTVs pretty closely for a couple years now as I've wanted to upgrade but never had enough spare funds for a purchase so I've viewed many and have been fully impressed with few. That being said, this tv continually blows me away in every regard. I watch Blu-Rays on my ps3 with it constantly, play xbox 4-5 days a week, and recently started hooking up my laptop to it. In every use, it is superb. If there was one thing I would complain about, it's the bleed through of the edge-lit lighting. A couple of my corner lights come through too brightly although it's only visible when the screen goes completely black. Like in a loading screen or something. I watched the price on mine and got it price matched down to $999. A fucking steal for the quality I've been experiencing.
EDIT: You may have heard about some TVs that have a "Game Mode" incorporated in them that you can turn on in settings for gaming, this TV has that. It's meant to do a better job at keeping the lag to a minimum.
I played this game a lot in 2001-2003. It's really fun, has an incredible development team behind it and it's completely free. It's built on the Q3 engine and it's a "hollywood tactical shooter" that uses "fun over realism".
Read more about it here.
