I think he's a pretty committed dude. I listened to him when he went on Louisville radio yesterday and i just can't believe how great of a dude he is. We are lucky to have Donovan. In fact found the audio. It’s the top episode here and Donovan starts around the 99 minute mark of that episode.

I'd really recommend Hot Rod's autobiography, "You gotta love it baby!". You can get it pretty cheap online. (I just checked Amazon, you might find it cheaper somewhere else). The first half focuses on his personal life and playing days but the rest is devoted to the Jazz with an entire chapter just being memorable games from franchise history.
Yes.
I pay $3.33/month for Private Internet Access VPN, and paid somewhere around $100 for International League Pass. Don't go through Canada though, as they'll have blackouts for a lot of nationally televised games. For what it's worth, I've also logged on using the free built-in VPN for the Opera browser while traveling and watched games that way.
Didn't work well with the original Chromecast. I now have the Chromecast Ultra connected directly to ethernet, and tab-casting has worked very well that way.
r/nbastreams has worked too. I guess I like the gray area where I'm paying something for the service, but I'm unwilling to deal with the cable/satellite company bullshit.
Not the same discount, but there is a groupon right now that should get you $15 off
we can use our brid rights to sign either hayward or hood, would that help ease the financial situation then? also, i kinda worked out a trade. do take a look if you dont mind and share your thoughts. http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=hbuhywf
Download the app Fake GPS
Turn on development settings by tapping on your build number 7 times in "about phone"
Set Fake GPS as your mock location app in developer options
In fake GPS change your location to somewhere else. (I usually do philadelphia or somewhere out east)
Open youtube tv on you tv, and click update current playback area. Go to tv.youtube.com/verify and it will check the location of your phone and change your playback area. This will remove the black out and you should be able to watch with no problem!
DM me if you have any specific questions!
Good luck and FTR!
Yes, last year I used ExpressVPN. It was reliable, although it does cost about $10 a month. There are multiple locations you can connect to so games with blackouts in certain locations aren’t a problem (unless the game is nationally televised). I enjoyed being able to fast forward/rewind games that had already started. Not sure if I’ll do the same this year with there possibly being streaming options, but LP with a vpn is definitely worth it if you watch most of the games.
I use Private Internet Access VPN. I used it with LP one year and it worked fine. I have cable right now, so I haven't tried it in a few seasons.
I know that companies like Netflix block connections from VPNs, so I just assume that if the NBA was at all serious they would just do the same. Unless they really wanted to cater to the Chinese users, who probably all come exclusively from VPN.
What works for me… NBA subscription-$100.00 NordVPN-idk I have to watching using safari browser (not the app) on my iPad or laptop.
Tips, if you login from a different zip code rested your cookies, tracks those logins from those locations
To airplay / cast those games to a tv you can’t use vpn because different network lans (technical talk reasons) so I plugin a hdmi dongle into my tv. Also raspberry pi is a great device for doing all this too
you can always get youtubetv. It has local channels, but I'm not sure what channel you need for Jazz games. You'd have to look on tv.youtube.com/welcome to see if it has what you need.
It's on ESPN3. If you subscribe to almost anything you'll be able to stream it. I use tv.youtube.com and I'm streaming it just fine when I went to ESPN.com (you have to go to ESPN's website to be able to see the channel.
So, I tested this out tonight. Worked flawlessly and I live in the slc area.
Normally I wouldn't give such detailed instructions on this. But watching the Jazz this year is proving to be especially difficult. You basically have few options. Only Comcast and DIRECTV carry at&t sportsnet. Any package with either will cost over $100 a month out the door. Dish is dropping all regional sports packages because they don't get any value for them and they aren't terribly popular according to them.
Your other legal option is League Pass, but if you are a local that isn't even an option. This season is going to be one for the books and I'm not going to judge anybody on how they choose to watch the games.
I pay for ExpressVPN, and I’ve tried saying my location is in multiple other U.S. cities, as well as places outside the country.
It used to work when I started 2 or 3 seasons ago. This last season it never worked. Or maybe it would work for a few seconds then it would stop.
They must have gotten more sophisticated with how they crack down on VPNs or something.

If you want to learn more about Larry H. Miller, this book is a great read. I could not put it down.
I like to plug this book on basketball culture in the Philippines whenever this comes up. Pacific Rims: Beermen Balling in Flip Flops and the Philippines' Unlikely Love Affair with Basketball.
If you do want to watch Jazz games with League Pass in Utah, all you have to do is change your VPN before loading up league pass. If you have an iOS device, apps like CyberGhost will allow you to do this. Then you can just stream from your iOS device to an apple tv.
I did the former, but that one is sort of a waste of money. It's incredibly bad stability even with a quality VPN (I used ExpressVPN). I would often find a very good quality stream that was even better on nbastreams.
I'm surprised nobody mentioned this, but to get around blackouts, all you need to do is get a VPN client. ExpressVPN is what I use, and I paid for a 6-month subscription. Sucks, but it works.
Then all you do is start the VPN program (it's easy) select a city outside of Utah and voila you are connected there. Load up , login, and you can watch Jazz games on league pass bc it thinks you're in Chicago.
Honestly, I hate relying on streams. There are billions of ads (even with ad blocker) and the quality fluctuates too much.
Hey so there's this app in Google play store that I've used to listen to live NBA radio broadcasts... It works pretty good. I haven't had too many problems with. Sometimes I do have to refresh it. But hey, it's free. Here's the link. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dongalabs.gamedayprobasketball

What about getting a swingman jersey. I had one of Paul Pierce from like 2003, and they were great. I imagine, they are still very close to the look of an authentic jersey: https://www.amazon.com/Gobert-Adidas-Swingman-Jersey-White/dp/B01ATTQIDE/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1500922280&sr=8-2&keywords=gobert+jersey
